Abstract

The need for cosmetics is not only for women, but men also use it a lot as part of their needs, not for beauty but for skin health care. The awareness of the Muslim community to pay attention to the halal ingredients contained in cosmetics is still low. Cosmetic products do not enter the body, but they can be related to sacred or unclean matters, if they contain haraam ingredients. This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and religiosity on purchase intentions as dependent variables on Viva Cosmetics. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS Statistics 26 program. The population in this study were Viva Cosmetics consumers in Semarang who used the product within 6 months. The sample used was 100 people with a purposive sampling approach and the data collection method in this study was done through a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and religiosity have a positive effect on the intention to buy Viva Cosmetics.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of attitudes and behavior of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University students class of 2023 majoring in Sharia Economics on the decision to donate from the remaining shopping change at Minimarket. Quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The method used for data collection is the questionnaire method as a tool for collecting primary data. The results stated that there was a positive influence between religiosity on student donation interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated T value of 3.693> T table value of 1.995. There is no effect of demographic characteristics on student donation interest with a significance value of 0.504> 0.05 and a T value of -0.671 < T table value 1.995. There is no effect of education on student donation interest with a significance value of 0.512> 0.05 and a calculated T value of 0.660 < T table value 1.995. The results also show that there is a positive and significant effect of religiosity, demographic characteristics, and education simultaneously on student donation interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The development of sharia insurance in Indonesia is quite positive and has many enthusiasts because the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. Sharia insurance, also known as takaful or tadhamun, is an effort to protect each other and help each other among policy holders (participants) which is carried out through the collection and management of tabarru' funds which provide return patterns to face certain risks through appropriate contracts (engagements). with Islamic sharia. Millennials, defined as individuals born between 1981 and 1996, are a large generation and have significant influence on various sectors, including the insurance industry. The author uses this type of study in the form of a library survey (library research), namely research using data collection techniques through the study of literature, books, magazines and others that are considered according to this research. It can be concluded that by understanding the characteristics and needs of millennials, and utilizing technology and innovation, the sharia insurance industry can provide comprehensive financial solutions and in accordance with Islamic values for the millennial generation and the future.

Abstract

This research examines the factors influencing the decision to use m-banking for UNTIRTA Sharia economics students. This quantitative research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all UNTIRTA Sharia economics students. The data is primary data using a questionnaire and distributed as many as 101 results. The sampling technique is to use the lameshow formula. This research is quantitative research with data analysis methods using multiple linear regression. The results of this research state that there is a positive influence between the quality of trust on the decisions of Islamic economics students as proven by the results of the partial correlation test which shows a significance of 0.002<0.050 and a t value of 3,231>0.134. The research results show that M-banking has an influence on Sharia economics students' decisions on M-banking, where this is proven by the partial correlation results which show a significance value of 0.002<0.050.

Abstract

The Zionist-Hamas war peaked at the end of the year, and the two nations' struggle has greatly impacted every nation on the planet, particularly with regard to its economies. The boycott of Zionist products in support of Hamas in its fight for justice has created controversy in the economy of all countries, particularly in Indonesia. This boycott also affects local businessmen and entrepreneurs, as well as investors. This research discusses the boycott of products that support Zionist actions and how it affects local businesses. Using secondary data that the author processed, the descriptive qualitative approach method was used to analyze this study. The study's findings included a comparison of Zionist product sales before and after the boycott as well as sales of alternative Zionist goods, such as regional or non-Zionist goods.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a problem with its poverty level. In Indonesia, poverty is a social problem that has existed for a long time. However, poverty in Indonesia has experienced a continuing downward trend, although the decline has been slow. This study aims to determine the effect of the Gini ratio, government spending, education level and ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah) on poverty levels in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The method used is multiple linear regression, namely panel data with 136 observations for 4 years starting from 2020 to 2023 using data analysis tools in the form of eviews 10. Based on this research, the results obtained are that the gini ratio variable has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate in 34 provinces in Indonesia, government spending has a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate in 34 provinces in Indonesia, the level of education has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in 34 provinces in Indonesia, ZIS has a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate in 34 provinces in Indonesia.

Abstract

Agriculture is the main commodity in the Indonesian economic sector. Muzaro'ah is the practice of landowners and cultivators working together for what they want, where the landowner hands over his land to cultivators to manage so as to obtain maximum yields. The profit-sharing cooperation carried out in Tlogoboyo Village has the principle of trust as the basis for the agreement without witnesses accompanying it and there is no legal entity to protect it. This study aims to find out how the agricultural system exists in Tlogoboyo Village, the things that underlie the occurrence of profit sharing and what is the Islamic view of the muzaro'ah profit sharing farming system in Tlogoboyo Village, Bonang District, Demak Regency This writing uses a qualitative research design with a type of case study with a descriptive approach. This is because with this type of research, the writer will be able to obtain more accurate information on the research topic. Research methods through observation, interviews and document review. In this study it can be seen that cultivators prefer muzaro'ah profit sharing rather than renting or buying land because the muzaro'ah system is considered more profitable because cultivators are not charged with the cost of renting land and things that include additional costs in carrying out farming activities .

Abstract

The kafalah bi ghair ujrah contract is a Sharia financial instrument that involves a guarantee provided by one party on behalf of another without requiring any fees or compensation. As an Islamic-based educational institution, a kindergarten has sought solutions that align with Islamic principles to alleviate the financial burden of education on parents or guardian. One of the solutions implemented is the use of the kafalah bi ghair ujrah contract. This study aims to determine the mechanism for using the kafalah bi ghair ujrah contract in education financing at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 4 Kindergarten in Blitar City. The method used by researchers is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study in dicate that the application of the kafalah bi ghair ujrah contract can significantly reduce education costs for parents or guardians of students. On the other hand, this contract also helps schools in improving the quality of education and the sustainability of school operations. In this case, it can be concluded that the kafalah bi ghair ujrah contract is a solution that is in accordance with the rules or principles of sharia, which can be applied to educational institutions to ease the burden of education financing.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze factors that influence the decision of students to use Islamic mobile banking services. In this study, 180 respondents were collected through purposive sampling with criteria that have used or are currently using mobile banks, respondents answered an online survey through Google Forms as the main data collection. The method for analyzing gathered data in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression. The findings show that the factors of Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Islamic financial literacy have a positive influence while Risk Vibe has a negative influence. These four variables are significant to the decision to use Islamic mobile banking. These four factors can explain about 57.2% of the intention decision to use Islamic mobile banking services. These findings imply that these factors need to be considered by customers and banks. Islamic banking must continue to strive for security, data confidentiality, and customer trust in more creative, comfortable, and effective mobile banking service features and systems so that customers still feel their decision to use Islamic mobile banking services is correct.

Abstract

With the potential of a high Muslim population in Indonesia, it becomes an opportunity and challenge to develop the Islamic banking industry. The development of Islamic banking can be done by utiliusing technological developments. BCA Syariah is making optimal efforts to take advantage of the momentum of economic growth by accelerating digitalisation. Satisfaction can be influenced by several variables such as e-service quality, e-trust, Perceived Price, and Perceived Risk. This study uses a quantitative analysis approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling by taking a sample of 100 respondents / customers who used BCA Syariah mobile banking. The research instrument used a questionnaire through the google form platform and was analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results showed that E-Service Quality, and E-Trust had a significant positive effect while Perceived Price and Perceived Risk had a significant negative effect on BCA Syariah mobile customer Satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that 42.7% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable and the remaining 57.3% is explained by other variables outside this study.
