Abstract

Internet network is a primary need in the educational environment, especially in SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City already has an internet network using the Telkom Indihome provider with a bandwidth of 30 Mbps. So far, the use of the internet is still done freely, where every user can access and connect to the internet at school. The increasing needs of internet users and the need for installed network devices result in an increased risk of damage and disruption to the internet network which causes network troubleshooting to become slower due to the absence of a system that helps to monitor and provide reports to the IT section of SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City when problems occur on the network. The network monitoring system at SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City is used to assist network operators in supervising and managing computer networks in schools. The process of monitoring the computer network is carried out within the scope of SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. This study uses Zabbix as a network monitoring application that runs on the Linux Ubuntu operating system and can be accessed via a web browser. Based on the tests conducted at SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City, it can be concluded that the process of securing the network system can be carried out properly as expected.

Abstract

The community satisfaction index (IKM) is a measure of the assessment given by the community to the government for the services that have been provided. This is stated in the regulation of the Minister of PAN-RB No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Community Satisfaction Survey for Public Administration Units. The community satisfaction index analysis should always be carried out periodically so that it can be seen that the community's satisfaction with the services provided, especially at Betungan Urban Village Office. But in reality, so far, the Urban Village Office does not have a benchmark that is used as a forum to determine community satisfaction with these services. The service satisfaction assessment system at the Betungan Urban Village Office was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This satisfaction assessment system can be accessed online via the link http://afif.vad.my.id, so that it can make it easier for the public to provide service satisfaction assessments. In helping the analysis of the service satisfaction assessment, this application has applied the Servqual Method where the assessment is divided into 2 parts, namely perceptions and expectations. In addition to this satisfaction assessment system, there are 2 application interfaces, namely administrators and people who have different functions. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the application runs as expected

Abstract

MAN 2 Bengkulu City is one of the public madrasah aliyah schools in Bengkulu City. The school already has a library which is used as a medium for library members or users to search for books, read books, and borrow books. So far, the library at MAN 2 Bengkulu City is still conventional and has not used related applications in terms of searching book catalogs. Members/librarians come to the library and look directly at each shelf to pick up the desired book. In addition, the data processing of the book catalog has not utilized the office application package, all book data is processed using double polio paper that has been prepared. The book catalog application at MAN 2 Bengkulu City is an application that can be used to facilitate the library in managing book data, members, borrowing, and returning books and can print the output needed in archiving library data. The book catalog application at MAN 2 Bengkulu City has applied the Levenstein Distance Algorithm which is used to facilitate the search for books when the book borrowing process is carried out. The book catalog application at MAN 2 Bengkulu City was made using the Visual Basic programming language.

Abstract

Mail server is one of the most widely used server functions in a school or other company. This is because the email function itself can reduce the cost of correspondence using paper, is faster and more efficient than manual communication and uses attachments that are useful as complements and additional documents related to the contents of the email. Mail Server implementation is done offline by installing on a server that has been prepared. There are 2 operating systems that will be used in the implementation of this mail server, namely for the server (Windows Server 2012) and for the client (Windows 10). The mail server uses Exchange Server 2010 installed on the server (Windors Server 2012). In its application using wireless router with 1 laptop will be used as a server and 2 client laptops, so that the results of the shipment that will be sent to the recipient are automatically stored on the server. While the client accesses the message reception and sends the message. Based on the tests that have been done, if you enter the appropriate username and password, you can enter mail so you can send messages or receive messages from the server to the client and the system is able to send or reply emails from one account to another.

Abstract

The Management Study Program is one of the Strata 1 (S-1) study programs located at the Faculty of Economics, Dehasen University, Bengkulu. Students who graduate with a study period of 7 semesters to less than 8 semesters, 8 semesters and more than 8 semesters have different grades. The success of students completing their study period cannot be separated from the factor of the study plan prepared by the Head of the Study Program. The number of students who will conduct consultations on study plans, makes the study program overwhelmed and requires quite a lot of time to help provide information on the future of study. Therefore, we need a system that can help provide recommendations for predicting the results of the study period for each student automatically. The application for predicting the study period of students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Dehasen Bengkulu, was created to help provide recommendations for predicting study period results for each student automatically by applying the Naive Bayes Method. The classification is divided into 3 parts, namely students who graduate early (7 semesters to less than 8 semesters), students who graduate on time (8 semesters) and students who graduate not on time (more than 8 semesters). Based on student grade data in 2019, the results of the prediction for the study period of 30 students were obtained, namely 22 people graduating faster, 2 people graduating on time, and 6 people graduating not on time..

Abstract

The appraisal system for the appointment of training employees to permanent employees at Rakyat Bengkulu Television (RBTV) has not been computerized and is still done manually through an assessment form that has been provided to give each training employee a score that has been seen for the last 3 months. This takes a long time to find out who is eligible to be appointed as permanent employees. The Decision Support System for the appointment of permanent employees at the Bengkulu Rakyat Televisi (RBTV) Bengkulu was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database, where in the application one of the Decision Support System Methods, namely Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been applied. This Decision Support System for the appointment of permanent employees at the Bengkulu Rakyat Televisi (RBTV) Bengkulu can assist the employee appraisal process and provide recommendations for those who are eligible to be appointed as permanent employees. As for the test results in 2018 using the AHP Method, it was found that 3 employees had the highest scores out of 10 employees, namely Galeh Fajar (87.81), Retno Setiawan (85.57), and Richo Rieo (85.5).

Abstract

At the rafflesia aromatic professional perfume store, we have not used a special application in determining the purchase pattern of perfume products sold and still use manual data processing such as writing in books, and do not utilize existing sales data and sales data only as an archive. So tejadi accumulation of data that is not in the know the benefits. Basically, the data set has useful information to make a decision about the pattern of perfume sales that are sold. One method that can solve the above problems is the Apriori algorithm method. Because the apriori algorithm is a suitable algorithm used to determine the search for Frequent itemsets using the Assciation rule technique with transaction data that is used for 1 month (January 1, 2022 – January 30, 2022).With the amount of 25 data from 15 transactions, support items can be displayed minimum support Value = 10% as many as 10 perfumes consisting of Celebrity, Citra Edition , Alasca , Topaza , Rock Star ,Be Delicitions , La Verne , B Agua Marine, Jasmin Note , and garuda. For a combination of 2 itemset is to use support 15% which consists of, Celebrity-Citra Edition, Celebrity-Alasca, Topaza-Rock Star, Rock Star-be Delicitionse, La Verne-B aqua Marine, B aqua Marine- Jasmine Note, then look for the rules of association that can meet the minimum requirement for confidence is to calculate the confidence associative rules based on a ❸ ( ❸ ) B with a minimum value of support taken is 20%, then that meets that there is a perfume most purchased by consumers is Citra edication, celebrity, alasca ,celebrity topaza, rock star the minimum value of support taken is 20%, then that there is a perfume most purchased by consumers is Citra edication, celebrity, alasca ,celebrity topaza, rock star.

Abstract

The admission of new students is a routine activity every Academic Year carried out at schools. SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City is one of the State Vocational Schools in Bengkulu City which every Academic Year accepts new students. Based on data obtained from the 2011/2012 Academic Year to the 2021/2022, it shows that the level of the number of students sometimes decreases and also increases. This fluctuating pattern of student numbers is a problem faced by SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City in determining strategic steps and policies from schools in dealing with PPDB (New Student Admission) in every academic year. The application for forecasting the number of students at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City is an application that can help schools find out how many students there will be in the coming school year based on the results of the analysis conducted from the previous trend data. Forecasting analysis is carried out through Exponential Smoothing Method approach. The results of the tests carried out obtained forecasting results in 2022/2023 academic year as many as 474 students.

Abstract

PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah is one of the companies that manages palm oil production. In the palm oil industry there is a collection of information that can be extracted and developed for the advancement of the industry. The data has been processed using the office application package, namely Microsoft Excel. However, the data is only for filing for PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah and was not reviewed for information in the data. Application of Prediction of Total Palm Oil Production Results at PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database by applying the Extreme Learning Machine Method. In the application of the Extreme Learning Machine Method, predictions are made to determine the amount of production for 12 months in 2021 based on trend data analysis of palm oil production for 12 months in 2020. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Prediction Application for the Amount of Palm Oil Production at PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah is successfully carried out, and can provide predictive information on the amount of palm oil production for 12 months in the following year, as well as the functionality of the application has been running as expected

Abstract

judging from the geographical location, bengkulu province is a province where there are quite a lot of cracks in the earth's plate, it has the potential to occur tectonic earthquakes that can cause earthquakes and tsunamis. the natural vulnerabilities that exist make almost the entire west coast of bengkulu including bengkulu city very prone to earthquakes and tsunamis. in the event of an earthquake and tsunami, if disaster management and evacuation routes are not prepared, it will cause damage to buildings and can result in very severe casualties such as the events in aceh & lombok. under these conditions, it is necessary to carry out an evacuation that aims to save the population from the danger of a tsunami, from a place that is considered safe. the thing that is most closely related to evacuation is time, the longer the evacuation process or the greater the evacuation time required, the more lives will be threatened. in the evacuation process it takes a fast time to reach the gathering point or the nearest point. one of the closest/shortest paths is found in dijkstra's algorithm, in addition to using the dijkstra algorithm to reach the shortest destination location, a geographic information system is used which presents a map of the location of the destination to be achieved. geographic information system (gis) is an information system used to process data on earthquake and tsunami evacuation routes in the city of bengkulu. an android-based geographic information system will greatly assist the community in solving these problems, thus we can see the closest evacuation routes that must be passed, this study aims to utilize dijkstra's algorithm to determine earthquake and tsunami evacuation routes so that it can effectively assist in the evacuation process when an earthquake and tsunami occurs and create an information system application for earthquake and tsunami evacuation routes. keywords : dijkstra, geographic information system, evacuation, path, gathering point and hazard point
