Abstract

This study aims to find out how to plan the Reinforced Concrete Bar Frame Structure which includes the structure of columns and beams and their reinforcement to meet the design concept of capacity, namely strong columns and weak beams. In this study, it will be planned on the Nusa Putra Islamic Boarding School building which amounts to 3 floors using the Special Moment Resistant Frame System (SRPMK) in accordance with SNI-2847-2013 and SNI-1726-2012. The earthquake load used is Spectrum Response Analysis by taking into account three different types of soil conditions namely hard, medium and soft soils. Moment Resistant Frame System is a spatial frame system in which structural components and their joints resist forces acting through bending, sliding and axial action. The quality of the concrete material used is 25 MPa and the reinforcing steel material used 400 MPa threaded iron while the beam dimensions are 300 mm x 400 mm and the column is 500 mm x 500 mm. The results obtained on the beam structure in hard soil conditions Mu = -85.5012 kN (support for) 4D19; Mu = 42.7506 kN (pedestal under) used 3D16; and Mu = 30,2581 kN (in the middle span) used 3D16; on medium soil Mu = 92.0741 kN (support for) 4D19; Mu = 46.03705 kN (lower pedestal) used 3D16; and Mu = 59.4276 kN (center span) used 3D16 + 1D13; on soft soil Mu = -107,842 kN (upper support) 5D19 was used; Mu = 53,921 kN (pedestal under) used 4D16; and Mu = 63.4546 kN (center span) used 4D16; Axial force occurs in the main column due to the combination of the three types of soil is not too significantly different, on hard soil = 337,949 kN, medium soil = 339,785 kN, soft soil = 342,954 kN, so column reinforcement in all three uses 12D22

Abstract

The allocation of funds is certainly a big village also demands a big responsibility for the village government. In managing public funds, a public sector organization is required to be able to provide accountable financial reports. To achieve the effectiveness of village financial management, a decision support system is needed to assist village officials in determining which village programs will be prioritized. This research focuses on village programs that use village fund allocations. The purpose of this study is to create a decision support system todetermine priority village fund programs using a web-based kmeans clustering algorithm. The k-means clustering algorithm can perform the modeling process without supervision (unsupervised) and is one of the methods that performs data grouping using the partition system. This is in accordance with the desired end result in the form of grouping the village work program into 3 priority levels, where the village road repair program is included in the high-level priority program in cluster 1, the BUMDES program is included in the medium level priority in cluster 2 and the program for the construction of a reservoir for incoming rainwater. in low priority cluster 3. This research was conducted by considering the aspects of urgency and usefulness developed using the programming language PHP version 5 and MySQL database version 3.2.1.

Abstract

The application of natural fiber composites in the modern world is often overlooked due to the rise of new synthetic fibers. The BetungBamboo is one type of natural fiber that has been used for many generations in the Indonesian archipelago. The fiber can be used to produce composites, however the choice of matrix and fiber treatment has an effect on determining the strength properties of the composite. In this study using epoxy resin as a matrix and Betung Bamboo fiber as a filler. Permanganate treatment of Betung bamboo fiber was conducted using KMnO4 solution. With variations in KMnO4 concentrations of 3%, 5%, and 7% for 15 minutes of immersion. The fabrication was carried out by hand lay-up method with silicone rubber molds. Tensile tests are then carried out to determine the tensile strength of the composite. Digital microscopy was observed to see the fracture pattern of the composite. The initial hypothesis of this study was the treatment of KMnO4 solution which aims to improve the interfacial properties of strength and resistance of Betung bamboo fiber and matrix, so that the mechanical properties of the composite are stronger. The highest tensile strength was at 5% KMnO4 content of 33.55 MPa and the lowest was at the specimen without KMnO4 content of 28.06 MPa. The highest strain was on specimens without KMnO4 content with 2.645% and the lowest on 7% KMnO4 content with 1.513%. The highest elastic modulus value was at 7% KMnO4 content of 20.84 MPa and the lowest was for specimens without KMnO4 content of 10.6 MPa. In the tensile test specimen without KMnO4 content, there are pullout fracture patterns, and in the tensile test specimen with 5% KMnO4 content there are indications of overload fracture pattern.
