Pekodimas: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a multidisciplinary scientific journal published by program studi pendidikan ekonomi univeristas pamulang. This journal covers some general problems from the results of research implemented to the community. The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of service to the community. It focuses on publishing articles on the results of community service activities in any form, whether in the form of products or in the form of modules and methods. This journal holds publications from all major in science, the fields of education, arts and humanities, economic and social sciences. ISSN 2797-345X (PRINT), ISSN 2828-2744 (ONLINE) Pekodimas: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat has been publishing the articles since January 2021 precisely since the release of Volume 1, Number 1, 2021. Every submitted manuscript will be read by the editorial team. Manuscripts that are evaluated by editors and deemed not in accordance with criteria of journal will be rejected without external review. Then, a manuscript that has a special interest to readers is sent to peer reviewers, with two (2) different reviewers for each article by using the double blind system. After reviewing the manuscript, it will be returned to the author for revision process. In this journal, we have twenty (20) reviewers. The editorial team makes decisions based on reviewers’ recommendation. Pekodimas: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is published twice a year, in January and July. The Editorial Board invites the authors to submit the best manuscripts to be published in this journal.

Abstract

Tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, khususnya di kalangan pelajar SMK yang akan segera memasuki dunia kerja atau wirausaha. Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan keuangan dan penggunaan sistem pembayaran elektronik menjadi tantangan tersendiri di era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa SMK Sasmitha Jaya 2 Pamulang dalam mengelola keuangan dan memanfaatkan sistem pembayaran elektronik secara bijak. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup observasi, wawancara, pelatihan interaktif, simulasi transaksi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap penggunaan e-wallet dan QRIS serta kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan pribadi yang aman. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi sistem pembayaran elektronik dapat berkontribusi positif dalam membentuk generasi muda yang cerdas finansial dan siap menghadapi tantangan ekonomi digital.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to describe the implementation of the digital literacy outreach program for teachers at the Ash-Shadiqi Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Sumenep and to analyze its impact on enhancing teacher professionalism. The program was carried out in five stages: preparation, socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. Initially, most teachers had low to moderate levels of digital literacy, but the training succeeded in improving technical skills, self-confidence, and collaboration. Evaluation results showed a 35% increase in technological understanding, and 80% of teachers were able to create their own digital teaching media. Despite encountering challenges, collaborative solutions effectively addressed them. This program not only strengthened technical skills but also fostered a digital learning community grounded in pesantren values.

Abstract

This community service is an implementation of research that has been previously conducted by the Community Service team entitled Factors Affecting Professional Commitment. As is commonly known, self-efficacy is a form of organizational behavior that builds the performance of a principal. In addition to being able to increase the professional commitment of the principal, in theory self-efficacy is believed to be able to improve the performance of the principal. This community service program aims to strengthen time management and work-life balance for principals through a workshop and experiential learning approach in order to increase their self-efficacy in carrying out leadership tasks optimally. This PKM is present in the environment of the association of private high school principals in Tangerang City. The output targets to be achieved from this program include increasing the self-efficacy of the principal, as well as publication of activity results in the form of scientific articles or community service journals. With this program, it is hoped that principals can develop healthier and more effective work patterns, which have a positive impact on their personal well-being and professional performance in leading schools. Abstract

The activity was divided into two sessions: an interactive theoretical session on the concept of time management and its relationship with student discipline, and a practical session including making daily schedules, priority exercises, and reflecting on daily time disturbances such as social media or procrastination. The service approach method used interactive dialogue, group discussions, and distribution of daily journal worksheets to practice time management patterns. Evaluation used pre-test and post-test questionnaires on time literacy and student discipline scale. Data analysis was performed using simple statistical tests (e.g., Wilcoxon test or linear regression) to measure significant changes in student literacy and discipline as a result of the intervention.
