Abstract

Abstract Control over the supply of raw materials is a must for every company that aims to avoid misuse in the form of fraud or waste, because in the business world problems often occur in carrying out production. The purpose of this study are as follows (1) to determine the raw material inventory control applied to CV. Yan Utama Corporation, (2) to determine the number of orders for CV raw material supplies. Yan Utama Corporation on economical order quantities. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, the location of this research is at CV. Main Yan Company Sidobakti street, Paregi Purwodadi Village. This research technique by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using a tabular approach and a formula approach. The result of this research is CV. Yan Utama controls the supply of pure chemical raw materials using the EOQ method. The number of orders for raw material inventory CV. Yan Utama on the EOQ is 2,936 kg of raw materials which can be ordered every time an order is placed. The frequency of purchasing raw materials in CV. Yan Utama when using the EOQ method which should or is more efficient is 7 times the purchase of raw materials in one period (1 year), while new orders are made by CV. Main Yan is 24 times a year. So that with this evaluation, the time to order raw materials can be more considered with an interval of every 51 days when ordering pure chemical raw materials. Abstract

Human resource management has undergone significant changes over the past decade with the advancement of technology and the digital era. This scoping review aims to explore the latest trends in human resource management in the period 2012-2022 and their implications for human resource development in 2023. The scoping review method was used to collect and analyse related literature from various sources, including journals, books, and online publications. The results show that human resource management has changed to become more strategic, focus on employee development, and adopt new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Some of the latest trends in human capital management include a focus on employee well-being, work flexibility, diversity and inclusion, and digital skills development. The implication of these trends is that human resource development must adapt to these changes, taking into account the needs and expectations of employees and utilising the new technologies available. This scoping review provides a better understanding of the latest trends in human resource management in the digital era in the period 2012-2022, and provides an outlook on how human resource development can be adapted to these changes in 2023. This can make a positive contribution to organisations in facing future challenges and opportunities.

Abstract

Sanggabuana coffee is a coffee product produced from Mekarbuana Karawang Village. Processing into coffee packaging if Bumdes Buanamekar. Marketing for KoSa products is still experiencing difficulties and obstacles, promotions that have not been widespread and conventional marketing is still a major problem in sales so that the sales volume is not optimal. This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses of Bumdes Buana Mekar coffee business, the position of Bumdes business and the right marketing strategy for Bumdes Buana Mekar. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with the method of observation, interviews, documentation studies and analyzed using SWOT analysis. Data analysis using IFAs and EFAS by analyzing internal and external factors, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to obtain strategic positions. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to Bumdes Buana Mekar in implementing its marketing strategy so as to increase sales of Sanggabuana coffee products (KoSa).

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the Effect of Changes in Shift Work as the Impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as a Moderating Variable” (Study on Employees of BBPMPPV BOE Malang). The population in this study were employees of BBPMPPV BOE Malang. The sampling technique in this study uses non probability sampling, and the sampling method in this study is total sampling or census. Respondents in this study were 72. The data was processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that shift time has an influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment has an influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment plays a role in moderating the relationship between shift time and employee performance.

Abstract

The level of measurement of the financial performance system can be said to be a far more important thing to be able to do to be able to see at the level of achieving a mission that has been carried out in a group or organization and at the level of an outcome in an action on which measurement. will be able to provide an action on motivation as well as a direction for a much more effective future. As in the results of this research, it can be seen that the level of expertise in the PDK financial work system in Malang City for the 2017-2020 period if it can be known based on an independence ratio which is still in a consultative form, which can be defined as minimal, which is due to in the system of existing roles on the part of the central government with the aim of being able to maximize the existing development system in the city of Malang, it is much better and the level of independence at the level of society to be able to build an area in paying retribution and taxation can be stated to be minimal. It is known that an effectiveness ratio in the ability of an area of ​​Malang City which can carry out a realization of regional original income in the 2017-2020 period as with a target that will be applied based on real data. It can be seen that based on an efficiency ratio and the performance system of the Malang City government in the 2017-2020 period is declared good.

Abstract

Scholarship Scheme the 1912 Bumiputera Joint Life Insurance Scheme is designed to provide education cost protection to insured children in accordance with their education program. Education and guaranteed income are two advantages of life insurance.. There are two types of insurance from the ten insurance programs offered by Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 , namely : life insurance, including insurance for Planned scholarships. This study uses the method of case studies, and this study in the realm of qualitative to identify a particular issue. Uses in-depth datasets from multiple sources and detailed studies to explore limited settings over time. System design is presented in the form of context diagrams and E-R diagrams. The system needed to present information in management activities in Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 Bandung is the calculation of premiums , learning Continuity Fund calculation system, and periodic scholarship calculation system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing mix of Diuk Coffee and Eatery Purwakarta in an effort to increase competitive advantage. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques carried out using direct communication strategies, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The highest score of the SWOT matrix strategy combination score that was processed was in the Strenghts and Opportunities (SO) strategy with a total score of 4, this shows that Diuk Coffee and Eatery Purwakarta has considerable strength in developing businesses and has a competitive advantage with similar business actors in Purwakarta Regency. Therefore, the strategy (SO) carried out is to improve services to increase loyal customers, increase promotions by building online marketing applications and working with customers to provide offline testimonials (special boards for customer testimonials) and testimonials online, flexibility in physical supporting facilities by following trends in instagramable business places, and arranging café operational schedules for several events.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of service quality perceptions and consumer satisfaction of national online food delivery services (Grab Food) and local food delivery (Cak Ed Food), with a case study of Grab Food and Cak Ed Food consumers in Lamongan. The research approach used is quantitative-comparative. The population in the study were people who had used Grab Food and Cak Ed Food services, while the research sample was 100 respondents. The data was analysed using the paired sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that there was no significant difference between Grab Food service quality and Cak Ed Food service quality, and there was a significant difference between Grab Food customer satisfaction and Cak Ed Food customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict, stress, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample with a total sample of 42 respondents. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to BPR Nur Semesta Indah Kencong Jember employees. The results of this study indicate that conflict and organizational culture partially have a positive effect on employee performance. While stress and motivation have no effect on employee performance. However, conflict, stress, organizational culture and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. The results of the study show that conflict, stress, organizational culture and motivation affect employee performance with a determination coefficient of 91.8%, while the remaining 8.2% employee performance is influenced by other variables outside of this study. These results indicate that conflict, stress, organizational culture and motivation are important factors that can improve the performance of BPR Nur Semesta Indah employees. From the research results, it is suggested that PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah can improve, maintain and improve relations between employees. Other researchers are expected to be able to add independent variables in further research, such as work environment and style of leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, kualitas produk, dan layanan purna jual (after sales service) terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda listrik U Winfly Mitra Sejati di Kota Malang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian ulang (repeat order), yang mencerminkan loyalitas berdasarkan pengalaman aktual terhadap merek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling, melibatkan 60 responden yang telah menggunakan produk U Winfly. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara itu, layanan purna jual tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan secara langsung. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi merek yang kuat dan produk yang andal lebih dominan dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian ulang, dibandingkan layanan pasca-penjualan. Temuan ini merekomendasikan agar produsen sepeda listrik U Winfly terus memperkuat citra merek dan menjaga kualitas produk sebagai strategi utama dalam mempertahankan pelanggan setia.
