Bulletin of Management and Business is managed by The Study Program of Management, Economic and Business Faculty, Widyagama University of Malang. Abstract

This study discusses the influence of variable bank characteristics on bank stock prices included on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2009-2013). Regarding what is used is a data collection that is a merger between cross section data and time series from 25 banks. The results showed that bad credit as a proxy for credit risk increased significantly to stock prices. Credit risk increases. It is proven that efficiency shows a negative and significant relationship to stock prices. Limitations / Implications in this study are the adequacy of bank capital, profitability and income diversification ratio non-interest income (NIIR) does not affect the bank's stock price.

Abstract

This study describes the historical phenomenon of Malang Brawijaya Museum.This study uses a qualitative literature method. The research setting is in MalangBrawijaya Museum. Data collection was obtained from written and electronicdocumentation and written sources.The result show what is meant by educational which is important for thecommunity of young generation or millennial generation so that they can have victoryvalues for the nation.Limitation / Implications for research are the need to develop promotion on socialmedia so that it is widely known by the public, both nationally and internationally.

Abstract

This research explains 320D2 GC Hydraulic Excavators. This study uses a qualitativemethod with a literature approach. Data collection was obtained from several sourcesfrom scientific books, research reports, scientific essays, theses and dissertations,regulations, provisions, yearbooks, encyclopedias, and sources which cannot bediscussed accurately electronically.The results showed that the product features possessed by Hydraulic Excavators type320D2 GC are technology, perceived usability, and convenience of use. As for productquality, brand utility, accessories, and guarantees. In the promotion of 320D2 HydraulicExcavators heavy equipment there are special offers, support, joint ventures, andcampaigns.Limitations / Implications for research are limited to product introduction andpromotion so further research needs to follow up on this research using differentresearch methods.

Abstract

Penerapan social distancing akibat adanya pandmei Covid-19 menjadi pengaruh tersendiri bagi masyarakat dengan perekonomian UMKM di Indonesia salah satunya di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menjelaskan pengaruh social distancing terhadap perekonomian UMKM di lingkungan UMS, 2) Menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh perubahan perilaku konsumen ditengah pandemi Covid-19 terhadap perekonomian UMKM di lingkungan UMS Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 30% dari total responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik convenience sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa omset UMKM sebelum pandemi yang stabil memiliki nilai 55.1%. Omset UMKM selama pandemi yang tetap memiliki nilai 95.9%. Sebelum pandemi UMKM yang memiliki karyawan memiliki nilai 81.6%. Selama pandemi UMKM yang menggunakan strategi online, memberikan jenis pelayanan tambahan, dan memaksimalkan penjualan online memiliki nilai 71.4%, 44%, dan 60%. Penjualan online tidak dapat membantu UMKM dalam mengatasi permasalahan selama pandemi Covid-19 memiliki nilai 52%. Penurunan daya beli konsumen dan pengurangan modal UMKM selama pandemi Covid-19 memiliki nilai 98% dan 84%. UMKM yang termasuk sebagai penerima bantuan dari pemerintah memiliki nilai 92%. Hal tersebut berarti penerapan social distancing sebagai upaya menghadapi pandemi telah membuat UMKM di sekitar UMS mengalami perubahan dan pelemahan.

Abstract

Study examined the factors that effect the using of mobile banking and financial inclusion as measured by the Financial Inclusion Index (IKI) on profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The data for this study were obtained through a quantitative research with a sample of 12 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The data involved a sample (n = 60) of twelve Islamic commercial bank during 5 years (2014-2018). The data were composed using linear regression and outcomes were presented by using software Eviews 10. The results show that partially mobile banking has a negative and significant effect on ROA and ROE, while the Financial Inclusion Index (IKI) has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA and ROE.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis Capital Adequecy Ratio, Non Performing Financing, Beban Operasonal Pendapatan Operasional, Return On Asset, Financing to Deposit Ratio. Teknik dalam penelitian ini yakni purposive sampling dengan ketentuan melakukan pemisahan, akuisisi atau konversi pada tahun 2010 dan menerbitkan laporan keuangan tahunan dari tahun 2010-2019. Metode analisis data dengan regresi data dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. Capital Adequecy Ratio dan Non Performing Financing memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Asset, variabel Beban Operasioal Pendapatan Operasioal berpengaruh negatif terhadap Return On Asset. Dan berdasarkan uji analisis jalur variabel Financig to Deposit Ratio mampu memediasi pengaruh Capital Adequecy Ratio terhadap Return On Asset.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara (1) environmental friendliness terhadap green purchase intention (2) environmental friendliness terhadap green perceived value (3) green perceived value terhadap green purchase intention (4) green perceived value memediasi pengaruh environmental friendliness terhadap green purchase intention. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang. Analisis data menggunakan hierarchical regression analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa environmental friendliness berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Environmental friendliness berpengaruh positif terhadap green perceived value. Green perceived value berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Secara sempurna, environmental friendliness berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention dengan green perceived value sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Motif Hedonis, Utilitarian dan Norma Subyektif terhadap Niat Belanja Online selama masa pandemi COVID-19, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 134 orang dan accidental technical sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, studi kepustakaan dari artikel jurnal, buku, serta menyebarkan kuestioner elektronik mengingat keadaan pandemi COVID-19 tidak memungkinkan menyebarkan angket secara fisik. Analisis data statistik menggunakan Analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motif Hedonis dan Utilitarian secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Niat Berbelanja Online, Motif Utilitarian memberikan pengaruh terbesar. Motif Norma Subyektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Implikasinya, agar survive dalam kondisi pandemi COVID-19 toko online perlu meningkatkan kegunaan penawaran produk atau jasanya, kemudahan penggunaan teknologi, inovasi manfaat produk dan layanan terkait protokol kesehatan yang dilakukan konsumen selama pandemi COVID-19. Abstract The research aims to see the influence of Hedonic, Utilitarian, and Subjective Norms on Online Shopping Intention during the COVID-19 pandemic, using a quantitative approach with a sample of 134 people and accidental technical sampling. Data collection was carried out by observation, literature study from journal articles, books, and electronic questionnaire analysis considering that the COVID-19 pandemic does not support physical questionnaires. Statistical data analysis used Path Analysis with the help of SPSS version 26.0 software. The results showed that the Hedonic and Utilitarian motives partially had a significant positive effect on online shopping intentions, the utilitarian motives had the greatest influence. Subjective Norm Motive has no significant effect. The implication is that in order to survive the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, online shops need to increase the benefits of their product or service offerings, use technology, innovate product and service benefits related to health protocols carried out by consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mencoba menjelaskan secara langsung pengaruh ilkim organisasi dan quality of worklife terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta menjelaskan peran mediasi yaitu variabel quality of worklife. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif – ekplanatory dengan sampel 47 karyawan PT. Taspen. Penggumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan program software Smart-PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan quality of worklife mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Begitu juga mampu menjadi mediasi hubungan iklim organisasi dengan quality of worklife. Kata Kunci: Quality of Worklife, Iklim Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja. Abstract This study tries to explain directly the organization and quality of work life on job satisfaction, as well as to explain the role of mediation, namely the quality of work life variables. The research approach used quantitative - explanatory with a sample of 47 employees of PT. Taspen. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using the Smart-PLS 3 software program. The results showed that the organizational climate and quality of work life were able to increase job satisfaction. Likewise, it is able to mediate the relationship between the organization and the quality of work life. Keywords: Quality of Worklife, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi terhadap budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Populasinya adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Batu yang berjumlah 95 orang. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS Versi 3 yang dijalankan dengan media komputer. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mampu meningkatkan budaya organisasi. Kompensasi mampu meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan transformasional belum mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Budaya organisasi memiliki dua peran dalam memediasi hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpionan Transformasional, Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai. Abstract This study explains the effect of transformational leadership, compensation on organizational culture and employee performance. The population consists of all 95 Civil Servants of the Batu City Regional Financial Agency. Methods of data analysis using SmartPLS Version 3 software run on computer media. The findings show that transformational leadership is able to improve organizational culture. Compensation is able to improve organizational culture and employee performance. Transformational leadership has not been able to improve employee performance. Organizational culture is able to improve employee performance. Organizational culture has two roles in mediating the relationship between these variables. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.
