Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the Effect of Changes in Shift Work as the Impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as a Moderating Variable” (Study on Employees of BBPMPPV BOE Malang). The population in this study were employees of BBPMPPV BOE Malang. The sampling technique in this study uses non probability sampling, and the sampling method in this study is total sampling or census. Respondents in this study were 72. The data was processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that shift time has an influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment has an influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment plays a role in moderating the relationship between shift time and employee performance.

Abstract

The level of measurement of the financial performance system can be said to be a far more important thing to be able to do to be able to see at the level of achieving a mission that has been carried out in a group or organization and at the level of an outcome in an action on which measurement. will be able to provide an action on motivation as well as a direction for a much more effective future. As in the results of this research, it can be seen that the level of expertise in the PDK financial work system in Malang City for the 2017-2020 period if it can be known based on an independence ratio which is still in a consultative form, which can be defined as minimal, which is due to in the system of existing roles on the part of the central government with the aim of being able to maximize the existing development system in the city of Malang, it is much better and the level of independence at the level of society to be able to build an area in paying retribution and taxation can be stated to be minimal. It is known that an effectiveness ratio in the ability of an area of ​​Malang City which can carry out a realization of regional original income in the 2017-2020 period as with a target that will be applied based on real data. It can be seen that based on an efficiency ratio and the performance system of the Malang City government in the 2017-2020 period is declared good.

Abstract

Scholarship Scheme the 1912 Bumiputera Joint Life Insurance Scheme is designed to provide education cost protection to insured children in accordance with their education program. Education and guaranteed income are two advantages of life insurance.. There are two types of insurance from the ten insurance programs offered by Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 , namely : life insurance, including insurance for Planned scholarships. This study uses the method of case studies, and this study in the realm of qualitative to identify a particular issue. Uses in-depth datasets from multiple sources and detailed studies to explore limited settings over time. System design is presented in the form of context diagrams and E-R diagrams. The system needed to present information in management activities in Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 Bandung is the calculation of premiums , learning Continuity Fund calculation system, and periodic scholarship calculation system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing mix of Diuk Coffee and Eatery Purwakarta in an effort to increase competitive advantage. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques carried out using direct communication strategies, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The highest score of the SWOT matrix strategy combination score that was processed was in the Strenghts and Opportunities (SO) strategy with a total score of 4, this shows that Diuk Coffee and Eatery Purwakarta has considerable strength in developing businesses and has a competitive advantage with similar business actors in Purwakarta Regency. Therefore, the strategy (SO) carried out is to improve services to increase loyal customers, increase promotions by building online marketing applications and working with customers to provide offline testimonials (special boards for customer testimonials) and testimonials online, flexibility in physical supporting facilities by following trends in instagramable business places, and arranging café operational schedules for several events.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of service quality perceptions and consumer satisfaction of national online food delivery services (Grab Food) and local food delivery (Cak Ed Food), with a case study of Grab Food and Cak Ed Food consumers in Lamongan. The research approach used is quantitative-comparative. The population in the study were people who had used Grab Food and Cak Ed Food services, while the research sample was 100 respondents. The data was analysed using the paired sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that there was no significant difference between Grab Food service quality and Cak Ed Food service quality, and there was a significant difference between Grab Food customer satisfaction and Cak Ed Food customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict, stress, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample with a total sample of 42 respondents. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to BPR Nur Semesta Indah Kencong Jember employees. The results of this study indicate that conflict and organizational culture partially have a positive effect on employee performance. While stress and motivation have no effect on employee performance. However, conflict, stress, organizational culture and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. The results of the study show that conflict, stress, organizational culture and motivation affect employee performance with a determination coefficient of 91.8%, while the remaining 8.2% employee performance is influenced by other variables outside of this study. These results indicate that conflict, stress, organizational culture and motivation are important factors that can improve the performance of BPR Nur Semesta Indah employees. From the research results, it is suggested that PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah can improve, maintain and improve relations between employees. Other researchers are expected to be able to add independent variables in further research, such as work environment and style of leadership.

Abstract

One of the causes of weak public services is the low performance of public services as measured by the criticism given by the public regarding the slow service process. There is an additional factor that contributes to the cause of weak public services, namely that the government in offering this type of public assistance is overly regulated towards formal implementation and responsibility. Quantitative methods were applied for this study by conducting associative field research. Services excellent at the Bale Madukara Public Service Mal (MPP) in Purwakarta is the focus of this associative research. The results of this study indicate that partially the independent variable, namely Service Excellent, affects the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction at the Bale Madukara Purwakarta Public Service Mal (MPP) and simultaneously Services Excellent affects Customer Satisfaction at the Bale Madukara Purwakarta Public Service Mal (MPP). Abstract

This study explores the pivotal role of customer satisfaction as a key aspect of the business strategy, investigating its mediation among service quality, product quality, pricing, and customer loyalty at modern coffee shop D’Gunung Angkringan Malang. Modern coffee shop, a renowned local Indonesian brand, offers a diverse array of coffee beverages. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, this research examines the intricate interplay among service quality, product quality, pricing, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. With non-probability accidental sampling involving 50 respondents, regression analysis uncovers a significant direct correlation among the variables. Additionally, indirect effects highlight the substantial impact of the independent variables on customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction. The findings underscore the importance of customer satisfaction in the coffee shop industry, crucial for retaining loyal customers. Notably, product quality, service, and pricing emerge as sensitive factors significantly contributing to customer satisfaction. Therefore, prioritizing attention to these aspects in coffee shop business can fortify customer loyalty and bolster overall business performance. This study provides valuable insights into consumer behavior dynamics within café settings, offering strategic implications for strengthening customer relations and improving business performance.

Abstract

Madinah Malang in the future using the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, SWOT Matrix, I-E Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix. Quantitative method. Research settings at the Madinah Malang Restaurant. The results showed that the ability of Malang Medina Restaurant Shops with IFAS and EFAS were able to exploit their weaknesses. At the decision making stage with QSPM, the alternative strategy chosen was the Market Development Strategy at the Madinah Malang Restaurant Shop. This strategy has a TAS score of 6,595. Limitations / Implications for research need to increase Promotion by utilizing existing technology through mass media such as: Instagram, Facebook, Google.

Abstract

This study to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, credit growth, efficiency, and capital adequacy on the Bank’s profitability listed on the IDX partially and simultaneously. The research data are annual data for the 5-year observation period (2009-2013). This research was conducted at 33 banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Banks Analyzed that met the population criteria were 23 banks. The analytical method used in multiple linier regression. The results showed that liquidity, credit growth, efficiency, and capital adequacy together (simultaneously) significantly influence profitability. Partially, liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, while efficiency has a significant negative effect. Credit growth and capital adequacy have no significant effect on profitability. Liquidity is the variable that has the biggest effect on the Bank’s profitability.
