Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa yang masih rendah. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), mengetahui peningkatan pada setiap indikator kemampuan pemahaman matematis, dan signifikansi kemampuan pemahaman matematis serta ketuntasan belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Partisipan penelitian ini sebanyak 30 siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SD Negeri di Kabupaten Cirebon. Data penelitian kemampuan pemahaman matematis dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen tes, sedangkan data aktivitas siswa dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) mengalami peningkatan pada setiap pertemuan dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 81%, terdapat peningkatan pada setiap indikator kemampuan pemahaman matematis, yaitu indikator 1 sebesar 0,67 termasuk kategori sedang, indikator 2 sebesar 0,74 termasuk kategori tinggi, dan indikator 3 sebesar 0,79 termasuk kategori tinggi. Terdapat signifikansi kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), serta ketuntasan belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 85,6%.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge and understanding of Muslim women on how to distinguish between female blood, such as menstruation and istihadhah causes difficulties in identifying the time of istihadhah, which can affect daily worship. This study aims to help Muslim women, especially female vocational school students, to more easily understand and distinguish between female blood types. Thus, they do not make mistakes in performing worship. This study was conducted on 35 female students of SMK NU Al Basyariyah Kedokan Bunder, who although they understand the legal basis of female blood, many of them still have difficulty distinguishing between menstruation and istihadhah. To provide guidance in accordance with Islamic law, an Android-based application called Daily Haid was created, using the forward chaining expert system method. To measure how effective and useful this application is, testing was carried out with the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 30 respondents. The test results showed that the application scored 75, which placed it in the "Acceptable" category, with a grade of "B" and an adjective rating of "Good." This shows that the application is well received by users, is considered satisfactory in terms of usability and convenience, and helps improve users' understanding of the jurisprudence of female blood and proper worship. Abstract

Folklore is an important part of cultural heritage that contains moral and social values. In the context of education, folklore not only serves as entertainment, but also as an effective learning medium to shape children's character. This article discusses the influence of folklore on children's character building through literary and psychological approaches. This research uses a qualitative method, the analysis is done by reviewing relevant literature and research. The results show that folktales are able to instil moral values, strengthen cultural identity, and develop empathy and tolerance in children. In addition, the emotional impact produced by folktales strengthens the internalisation of these values in children, making them an important tool in character education. This article recommends the wider utilisation of folklore in education to strengthen children's character building.

Abstract

This study aims to the role of strengthening numeracy literacy (mathematics and non-mathematics subjects) in improving the mathematical attitudes of elementary madrasah students. In the current educational context, numeracy literacy is very important to build a strong conceptual understanding among students. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze how numeracy literacy reinforcement can improve students' mathematical attitudes and to develop effective implementation recommendations. The method used in this study is a literature study, which includes an analysis of various literature and previous research on numeracy literacy and mathematical attitudes. The population in this literature study includes all literature related to numeracy literacy and mathematical attitudes. The results of this literature review are expected to provide in-depth insight into the importance of numeracy literacy in developing students' mathematical attitudes and guide educators in designing a more effective curriculum. In conclusion, implementing numeracy literacy reinforcement has been proven to have the potential to improve students' mathematical attitudes, so it needs to be a focus in developing teaching strategies at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of social media as a means of expanding marketing strategies by MSMEs producing onion paste in Kaliwedi District, Cirebon Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving ten MSME actors who actively use social media such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed thematically and supported by descriptive statistics. The results of the study indicate that consistent use of social media, especially TikTok and Instagram, can significantly increase customer interaction and product sales. MSMEs that upload content more than four times per week experience an increase in sales of up to 33%. The SWOT analysis shows that MSMEs are in a strategic position for growth, although they still face obstacles in digital literacy and maximum utilization of platform features. This study recommends digital training, collaboration with local influencers, and integration of social media with marketplaces as further strategies. These findings are relevant for the development of locally-based digital marketing strategies, as well as supporting the economic empowerment of rural communities.

Abstract

Lecturer job satisfaction is an important factor in creating a conducive and high-performance academic environment. In private higher education environments, lecturers often face complex challenges, such as high workloads, inadequate reward systems, and limited access to career development. This study aims to explore lecturers' perceptions of the factors that influence their job satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews with six teen lecturers from various study programs at a private university in Cirebon city. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that lecturer job satisfaction is influenced by several main factors, namely support from leaders, clarity of workload, fair compensation system, opportunities for self-development, and good social relations between colleagues. In addition to structural factors, psychological aspects such as recognition, appreciation, and a sense of belonging to the institution also determine the level of job satisfaction. These findings emphasize that human resource management in private higher education environments needs to accommodate lecturers' needs holistically, not only in financial aspects but also in professional and emotional dimensions. This study provides strategic recommendations for campus management in formulating more participatory HR policies that are oriented towards lecturer welfare.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to analyse the role of Islamic banking in supporting the development of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Cirebon City. Materials and methods. A qualitative approach was used with a case study method, through in-depth interviews with managers and staff of Islamic banks and BUMD leaders. Results. The results of the study indicate that Islamic banking plays an important role in sharia-based financing, financial assistance, supervision of fund use, and improving sharia financial literacy. This collaboration has been proven to encourage operational efficiency and improve the institutional performance of BUMDs. However, challenges remain, such as limited sharia literacy and regulatory support. Conclusion. This study concludes that synergy between Islamic banking, BUMDs, and local governments is essential to optimise sustainable regional economic development in accordance with Islamic principles.
