Abstract

PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala OMU merupakan PLTU Supercritical pertama PLN dengan Daya Terpasang 660 MW yang terletak di Desa Bunton, Kabupaten Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Sehubungan dengan capaian peringkat merit order teratas saat ini, PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala dibebani dengan CF harian mendekati 100% sehingga produksi limbah non B3 yang berupa FABA turut meningkat, menjadikan PLTU Adipala tidak hanya berkontribusi dari produksi listrik, melainkan hasil FABA yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi produk-produk tertentu untuk kepentingan masyarakat, seperti jalan, konstruksi bangunan, dan produk lain. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri lebih jauh tentang implementasi Creating Shared Value (CSV) dalam pemanfaatan FABA yang dilakukan oleh PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala OMU. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Creating Shared Value dan manfaat FABA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala OMU mampu mengimplementasikan tiga dimensi kunci CSV dalam pemanfaatan FABA. Pertama, pemanfaatan FABA yang dilakukan oleh PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala OMU bukan merupakan one-time activity. Kedua, pemanfaatan FABA yang dilakukan PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala OMU merupakan wujud value chain. Ketiga, pemanfaatan FABA yang dilakukan oleh PLTU Jateng 2 Adipala OMU menjadi langkah awal dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pengembangan klaster lokal .

Abstract

Character education is an important aspect that must be considered in forming individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have high moral and social integrity. In the context of higher education, especially in student dormitories, character education becomes increasingly important considering that dormitories are places where students spend most of their time and interact intensively with fellow residents. Semarang State University (UNNES) as one of the teacher education institutions in Indonesia, has a strategic role in producing prospective educators with character. Dormitory 2 PGSD UNNES Ngaliyan, with the vision of creating a healthy, superior and prosperous life, is committed to activating a character building and development program that trains independence, sensitivity, responsibility and leadership. This study used qualitative research methods. This qualitative approach is used to describe and analyze individual or group phenomena, events, social dynamics, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions. The research was carried out by means of observation and interviews containing questions for related parties according to the topic raised by the author. The results of this research are regarding the method used in the process of cultivating character in Dormitory 2 PGSD UNNES Ngaliyan, namely by creating regulations that the dormitory residents must adhere to and holding various kinds of activities involving the dormitory participants. In Dormitory 2 PGSD UNNES Ngaliyan activities there are various kinds of activities, namely in terms of spirituality there are mandatory congregational prayers for Muslims and Sunday worship for non-Muslims, activities for the Prophet's birthday, halal bihalal, and so on.

Abstract

CSR tidak hanya dilihat sebagai tanggung jawab sosial, tetapi juga sebagai strategi bisnis yang berpotensi memperkuat reputasi perusahaan, meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, dan menciptakan nilai jangka panjang. PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Saguling melalui Program Inovasi Bumi Pasundan telah menjalankan berbagai program penanganan eceng gondok dan sampah di Waduk Saguling yang dampaknya perlu dikaji lebih lanjut. Triple Bottom Line Sustainability (TBLS) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi keberlanjutan yang menilai dampak aktivitas CSR perusahaan dalam dimensi sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak dan kualitatif untuk menjelaskan hasil dari dampak. Didapatkan hasil bahwa Program Bumi Pasundan memberikan dampak sosial berupa penyerapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 31 orang pada tahun 2024, peningkatan taraf kesehatan dengan sistem pengobatan tukar sampah, dan peningkatan jejaring sosial. Sedangkan untuk dampak ekonomi yang dirasakan yakni peningkatan rerata pendapatan sebesar 2.000.000/bulan, profitabilitas dari kegiatan ekonomi baru, serta penghematan biaya produksi usaha masyarakat karena substitusi produk olahan eceng gondok bagi peternak itik, jangkrik, dan ayam dengan sebesar 136 juta sampai 444 per tahun dan bagi petani sebesar 560.000 per panen. Dampak lingkungan yang diperoleh yakni pengurangan jumlah nyamuk dan peningkatan kualitas air waduk.

Abstract

Numerous students encounter obstacles in comprehending the material of economic mathematics, suggesting a need for innovation in pedagogical approaches. In this context, the application of digital media, such as Sparkol Videoscribe-based instructional videos, presents a potential solution. The objective of this research is to construct and evaluate the efficacy of economic mathematics instructional videos utilizing the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) development model. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, as well as the 4D development model. Validation tests involved subject matter experts, instructional design experts, and educational media experts. The effectiveness of the instructional videos was examined through individual trials, small group trials, and field testing. Findings from the reviews and trials demonstrated that the economic mathematics instructional videos were rated as outstanding, with validation percentages exceeding 90% in all categories. In field testing, the instructional videos received an excellent rating, with a percentage of 95.98%. The instructional videos significantly enhanced understanding of the concepts. This indicates that Sparkol Videoscribe-based instructional videos are effective in improving students' understanding of economic mathematics material. The research concludes that the construction and implementation of economic mathematics instructional videos using the 4D development model is effective in enhancing students' conceptual understanding. The study further provides recommendations for students, faculty, campuses, and other researchers to utilize and further develop digital educational media, such as videos, in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The ability to think critically in mathematics is one of the cognitive abilities that students require in order to learn problem-solving techniques and arrive at logical conclusions, particularly while dealing with advances in the twenty-first century. One method is to use live worksheet-assisted cooperative learning. The goal of this study was to assess students' critical thinking abilities when using LKS-assisted cooperative learning. This study employs a descriptive research design with a qualitative methodology. Thirty eighth-grade students participated in the study. Lesson plans, observation sheets, assessments, and interviews are examples of research instruments. Data collection methods include observation, exams, and interviews. Students' post-test results showed that 17 students scored 72.36% in the category of high critical thinking ability, three categories of students scored 9.67%, and students in the category of low critical thinking ability scored 6.67%. Adopting cooperative learning settings with LKPD support can also aid enhance student engagement throughout mathematics instruction, with an average of 82.1% activity.

Abstract

The phenomenon experienced by students is their inability to determine the parts of the term Ashabul Furudh. This material is indeed difficult to understand, in addition to the many parts that must be known, it is also necessary to understand the fraction material. This is where one of the functions of mathematics in life is included in calculating inheritance. This study aims to examine students' thinking patterns in solving faroidh problems. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study were students of Tadris Mathematics semester VI. The results of this study indicate that overall students are included in the creative category because they are able to meet the four categories of creative thinking abilities that have been determined, namely fluency, flexibility, detail, and sensitivity. The high group subjects had very good creative thinking, the medium group subjects had good creative thinking and for the lower group subjects had moderate creative thinking.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the main causes of environmental problems and can damage the balance of the ecosystem. Trimurjo Subdistrict has a lot of organic waste. The objectives of this service are as follows: 1) provide and introduce techniques for converting household organic vegetable waste into eco-enzymes; 2) increase awareness of the importance of converting household waste into economically profitable products. In Trimurjo District, housewives receive direct instructions on how to make eco-enzymes from organic waste. The community, especially housewives, will learn to make eco-enzymes. The brown color and aroma of fermentation will indicate that they are made. After that, the eco-enzyme is processed to produce room fragrance products. The results of this service are: 1). This program has also succeeded in encouraging the community to develop new organic waste processing methods. The results of the response questionnaire that has been explained show that partners are very interested in providing community service. 2). This outreach program succeeded in increasing public awareness about managing organic waste in an environmentally friendly manner.

Abstract

Bilingual education plays an important role in improving students' language competence and cultural understanding, the success of which depends on interactive, contextual, and developmentally appropriate learning media. This research aims to design bilingual-based learning media that is in accordance with the characteristics of students and the curriculum, as well as to analyze its effectiveness and implementation in the learning process.This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature review. Data collection is done by literature review through identification, collection, and selection of literature. The results obtained in this study are that in the context of bilingual learning, the media not only functions to provide material understanding for students but also as a means to increase students' vocabulary and skills in foreign languages, especially English. Therefore, the right learning media is needed to convey the material so that the learning objectives are achieved optimally.

Abstract

The increasing waste problem is a major challenge for Indonesia, which mirrors the situation in many countries around the world. Indonesia's continuous population growth directly contributes to the increasing volume of waste produced every day, thus exacerbating the problem. The waste problem in Indonesia is a major concern, but public awareness is still lacking. Waste management education from an early age is needed to minimize its negative impacts. Community service activities at SDN 2 Pakuan Aji aim to improve students' understanding of waste sorting through education and direct practice. Students are taught to sort waste into organic and non-organic bins. The expected result is an increase in students' understanding and application of waste management. Subsequent activities can be focused on waste processing and recycling practices. This community service activity received a positive response from the school community and succeeded in fostering environmental awareness among students from an early age. In addition, this activity is also effective in increasing students' creativity through the process of recycling organic and non-organic waste materials.
