Abstract

Abstract : A retired Notary will basically submit the protocol of the Notarial deed that has been made during his/her term of office as a Notary to another Notary. However, the provisions of the Notary Law and other legal provisions do not regulate for the Notary Receiving the Protocol for the Protocol Provider's deed made by and/or before the Substitute Notary. The problem in this study is related to the responsibility of the Notary Receiving the Protocol for the provider's deed made by and/or before substitute Notary and the protection of the Notary Receiving the Protocol deed made by and/or before the substitute Notary. The research method used in this legal research is normative juridical legal research. The research approaches used in this legal research include statutory, conceptual, analytical, and historical approach. legal material analysis techniques used include analogical construction, grammatical interpretation, and systematic interpretation to analyze the problem based on the existing of the legal material for this legal studies. The results of this study indicate that a Notary has no responsibility for the deed made by a substitute Notary. Regarding the case of an error made by a substitute notary in making a deed that causes losses and the government or state or commits a disciplinary violation of the prohibitions or obligations as a notary, sanctions will be imposed according to applicable laws. Legal protection for Notaries receiving protocols for authentic deeds made by and/or before a substitute Notary is through the existence of a Notary Honorary Council. With the existence of a Notary Honorary Council in the event of any form of summons, examination and detention, it is carried out after obtaining permission from the Notary Honorary Council that has examined it first, so that in the end it will create legal certainty for the community with the trust that underlies authority.

Abstract

The dispute of default (wanprestasi) in Apartment Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) is evident from numerous construction delays and buyer losses caused by the developer’s breach of promise (Dasein). Ideally, legal certainty should be upheld through the application of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUH Perdata) and related regulations so that the rights and obligations of the parties are fairly and securely protected (Dassollen). This raises two main issues: (1) How to resolved breach of contract disputes by developers in Apartment Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB)? and (2) How to ensure legal certainty in resolving breach of contract disputes by developers in Apartment Sale and Purchase Agreements (PPJB)? These questions are examined using Yahya Harahap’s Dispute Resolution Theory and Jan Michiel Otto’s Theory of Legal Certainty. The method used in this research is normative juridical research, specifically a legal library study or secondary data analysis. The legal sources include primary, secondary, and tertiary sources. The research approaches used are statute, case, conceptual, and analytical. The legal materials were collected by identifying and inventorying positive law, journals, and other legal sources. The legal materials were analyzed using grammatical, systematic, teleologis interpretations. The legal construction was carried out using analogy and argumentum a contrario methods. The result of this study is that the settlement of ppjb apartment default disputes is generally taken through litigation in court, although non-litigation options are available but rarely used and that legal certainty has been guaranteed by the Civil Code, The Flats law and the legal certainty of PPJB apartment default disputes have been regulated in the Civil Code, The Flats law, and the consumer protection law, but the implementation is still hampered by the execution of decisions, disparity in compensation, and standard clauses, so it is necessary to strengthen regulation and supervision so that consumer protection is more real.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, Peran Komitmen Organisaional Dalam Memediasi Pengaruhi Leader Member Exchange Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada PT Niaga Bunga Creative. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT Niaga Bunga Creative dan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 80 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis dekskriptif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software komputer program SPSS Statics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa, Leader Member Exchange, Motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memiliki efek positif pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional (OCB) di PT Niaga Bunga Creative. Komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh Leader Member Exchange pada perilaku organisasional kewarganegaraan di PT Niaga Bunga Creative. Komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja pada Komitmen organisasional di PT Niaga Bunga Creative Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan ada indikasi kelemahan pada indikator keadilan atas tunjangan yang diberikan organisasi. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan indikator keadilan atas tunjangan yang diberikan organisasi pada organisasi adalah dengan melaksanakan peninjauan kembali terkait kebijakan pemberian tunjangan yang selama ini telah dijalankan, apakah telah sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepada pegawai serta performa kinerja yang ditunjukkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) gula semut dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Oebou dan Desa Oetefu, Kabupaten Rote Ndao. UMKM gula semut memiliki potensi besar sebagai sumber ekonomi lokal karena ketersediaan bahan baku berupa pohon lontar yang melimpah dan telah menjadi bagian dari kearifan lokal masyarakat setempat. usaha ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan modal, tekniK pengolahan yang masih sederhana, kualitas produk yang rendah, serta akses pemasaran yang terbatas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan UMKM gula semut yang efektif meliputi peningkatan kapasitas produksi melalui pelatihan dan inovasi teknologi, penguatan akses permodalan, perbaikan kualitas produk dan kemasan, serta perluasan jaringan pemasaran melalui kolaborasi dengan instansi terkait. Dengan penerapan strategi yang tepat, UMKM gula semut dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Rote Ndao.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan keadaan menurunnya kadar hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit, dan jumlah sel dara merah di bawah nilai normal Buah kurma memiliki kandungan zat besi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sumber zat besi lainnya, kandungan zat besi pada buah kurma adalah 13,7 mg. Banyak factor yang menyebabkan ketidakpatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet fe salah satu efek samping yang tidak nyaman seperti mual. Untuk menghindari efek samping dari pemberian tablet fe maka digunakanlah cara non farmakologi yaitu dengan menggunakan kurma dan air kelapa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Jus Kurma dan air kelapa terhadap Kenaikan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Remaja Putri Di PMB W Kotawaringin Timur Tahun 2024. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan peneletian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian kadar Hb peserta I tercatat sebesar 11,2 gr % dan peserta II tercatat 10,7 gr %. Setelah pemberian jus kurma air kelapa pada peserta I mengalami kenaikan 1,9 gr% sedangkan pada peserta ke II mengalami kenaikan 0,9 gr%. Kesimpulan terdapat efektivitas pada pemberian jus kurma air kelapa terhadap kenaikan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri dan di barengi dengan mengkonsumsi nutrisi yang bergizi dan bervariasi, istirahat yang cukup, dan aktfitas fisik.

Abstract

Background: Non-contrast abdominal radiography is an important diagnostic procedure in radiology for detecting abnormalities in the abdominal organs. Image quality is evaluated through the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and Contrast-to-Noise Ratio (CNR) to measure the signal-tonoise ratio and the ability to distinguish contrast between anatomical structures. Image processing using Python allows for improved image quality at low exposures, in line with the ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principle of minimizing radiation dose without compromising diagnostic accuracy. However, studies on optimizing non-contrast abdominal images using this technique are still limited, particularly in reducing the effects of scattered radiation on thick objects such as the abdomen. Methods: This study employed a quantitative experimental approach. An adult abdominal phantom was used. The study was conducted in the Radiology Laboratory of Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta, from March 2025 to May 2025. Data collection was conducted through documentation and processing using Python on Google Colab. The SNR and CNR values of noncontrast abdominal images before and after image enhancement were calculated using Non-Local Means (NLM) and Histogram Equalization (HE). The Shapiro-Wilk normality test and paired sample t-test were then performed. Results: The calculated SNR value increased from an average of 8.73 to 11.66, and the CNR increased from an average of 1.69 to 4.28. The data were normally distributed (p>0.05), and there was a significant difference in SNR (p=0.0019) and CNR (p=0.0003) before and after enhancement (p<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, image processing using Python effectively improves the quality of non-contrast abdominal radiographic images at low exposures, supporting diagnostic accuracy and reducing radiation dose.

Abstract

This study describes the role of architects in the participatory design of Sasak women's spaces in the nensek tradition in Keloke Aik Atas Hamlet, Batujai Village, West Praya District, Central Lombok Regency. Through the active involvement of Sasak women in Keloke Aik Atas from the research, design to empowerment stages, the concept of a realized space reflects their own ideals and collective memories is presented. The method used is a participatory approach through in-depth interviews, observations and analyzed using hermeneutics and semiotic approaches. The research findings include the existence of spaces that illustrate the ideals of Sasak women to always meet their ancestors as well as a medium for their meetings with their future generations. The design results in the form of a women's space as a learning space for the nensek tradition which is expected to become a learning space for the nensek tradition so that the nensek tradition remains preserved forever. Not only that, the learning space for the nensek tradition can be the basis for the development of an educational tourism hamlet to encourage economic growth as well as social change in the community in the hamlet

Abstract

This study aims to discuss YouTube as a learning medium in improving the communication skills of students at SD Negeri 11 Tanjung Batu, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of YouTube can enhance students' communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, through the presentation of more engaging, interactive, and contemporary content. Supporting factors in the use of YouTube include the availability of technological devices, students' enthusiasm, and teacher support, while limiting factors include internet connectivity issues, lack of content control, and teachers' limited skills in utilizing technology. In conclusion, YouTube is effective as an innovative learning medium in developing elementary school students' communication skills

Abstract

Background: Non-specific low back pain (NSLBP) is a common musculoskeletal disorder among the elderly, leading to reduced functional ability and quality of life. William Flexion Exercise (WFE) and Isometric Exercise (IE) are two physical therapy interventions aimed at reducing pain and improving functional ability; however, the comparison of their effectiveness has not been extensively studied in the elderly population in Indonesia. Objective: This study aims to compare the effects of WFE and IE on improving functional ability in patients with LBP in the Bugar Mandiri elderly health center group in Tegalrejo, Yogyakarta. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design was conducted on 36 elderly individuals aged 60– 75 years, randomly divided into a WFE group (n = 18) and an IE group (n = 18). Interventions were administered three times a week for four weeks, with WFE including pelvic tilt, single knee to chest, double knee to chest, and hamstring stretch movements, and IE including curl up, side bridge, and bird dog exercises. Functional ability was measured using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), and pain intensity was assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Data analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Levene's homogeneity test, paired t-test for effects within groups, and independent t-test for comparisons between groups. Results: Both groups showed a significant increase in functional ability (ODI) and a decrease in pain (VAS) (p<0.001). The WFE group had an ODI score of 31.5 before treatment and 26.56 after treatment, while the VAS score was 4.17 before treatment and 2.61 after treatment. Meanwhile, the IE group showed an ODI score of 28.22 before treatment and 23.33 after treatment, while the VAS score was 3.89 before treatment and 2.67 after treatment. However, the independent t-test showed no significant differences between groups in ODI (p=0.066) and VAS (p=0.879). Conclusion: WFE and IE are both effective in improving functional ability and reducing pain in patients with NPBNS, with no significant difference between the two interventions. Recommendation: Both exercises can be recommended as physiotherapy interventions for NPBNS in the elderly, taking into account patient comfort and clinical needs. Further research with larger samples and longer intervention durations is needed to confirm these findings.
