Abstract

This paper will discuss the effect of work motivation (incentives, motives and expectations) on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. The purpose of this paper is: 1) Determine the effect of incentives on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 2) Determine the effect of motive on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 3) To know the effect of expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 4)To know the effect of incentives, motives and expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.Research sites in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul and the population is 162entire employee in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. Samples amounted to 116 respondents taken with simple random probability sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results obtained: (1) incentives positive and significant effect on the performance of, (2) motif positive and significant effect on the performance of, (3) expectations positive and significant impact on the performance of , and (4) incentives, motives and expectations of positive and significant impact on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.

Abstract

The Research of design reactor HTGR cell core with thorium fuel and hydrogen gas cooled using SRAC program has been done. The reactor was designed to generate maximum thermal power and critical conditions. The parameters on this study are fuel enrichment, atomic density, size and configuration of reactor core, criticality and the distribution of power density. Reactor core calculation was done in two dimensional core (x,y) at 1/6 part of the reactor core with a triangular mesh. The fuel was Th232 and U233, and hydrogen as coolant. In this study, the ideal reactor core design was length (x) was 428 cm and width (y) was 214 cm, the first fuel enrichment was 6,037% and second fuel enrichment was 8%. Reactor core design in this study generated 60 MWth thermal power with maximum power density was 179,6747 Watt/cm3 which is located at x=1, y=18 point and effective multiplication (keff) is 1,000005.

Abstract

Abstract This article is focused on the comparison of the characteristics of route service between the existing conditions and the results of the Nearest Neighbour Method. The parameters used to compare consist of total distance and total travel time used in the distribution of the LPG gas cylinders. To answer the problems associated with the Nearest Neighbour Method, the initial data should be prepared are distance matrix, and savings matrix. The results were obtained: Total distance distribution of the existing condition is 2,071.2 km with a total travel time of 66 hours 6 minutes. The values are different from the Nearest Neighbour Method calculation, in which a total distance of 1,483.6 km of distribution obtained with a total travel time of 59 hours 49 minutes. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Nearest Neighbour Method produces a better route characteristic. Keywords: Nearest Neighbour Method, route service, distance distribution, travel time       Abstrak Artikel ini difokuskan pada perbandingan karakteristik layanan rute antara kondisi eksisting dan hasil analisis menggunakan Metode Nearest Neighbour. Parameter yang digunakan untuk membandingkan terdiri atas jarak total dan total waktu perjalanan yang digunakan dalam distribusi tabung gas LPG. Untuk menjawab masalah yang terkait dengan Metode Nearest Neighbour, data awal yang harus disiapkan adalah matriks jarak dan tabungan matriks. Hasil yang diperoleh: Jumlah distribusi jarak kondisi yang ada adalah 2.071,2 km dengan total waktu tempuh 66 jam 6 menit. Nilai-nilai yang berbeda dari perhitungan Metode Nearest Neighbour, ketika total jarak 1.483,6 km dari distribusi diperoleh dengan total waktu tempuh 59 jam 49 menit. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat dinyatakan bahwa Metode Nearest Neighbour menghasilkan karakteristik rute yang lebih baik. Kata-kata kunci: Nearest Neighbour Method, layanan rute, distribusi jarak, waktu tempuh

Abstract

Penggunaan alat-alat produksi seperti gravel pump menjadi sangat penting demi kelancaran suatu proses produksi. Untuk menjaga agar alat-alat produksi  yang digunakan tetap dalam kondisi yang siap pakai, maka perlu dilakukan suatu tindakan perawatan yang  intensif terutama untuk  jenis komponen yang kritis. Penentuan jenis komponen yang akan dipilih merupakan keputusan yang harus diambil oleh pimpinan perusahaan.Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan suatu metoda atau alat dalam pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat multi kriteria  dengan menggunakan bantuan software Expert Choice.Berdasarkan hasil penilaian pihak manajemen perusahaan  terhadap pemilihan komponen yang kritis didapatkan untuk komponen casing jenis komponen yang terpilih Yau Mangan Iron Casing dengan nilai bobot 0,41698, komponen pumpdoor untuk jenis komponen Louminco High Chrome Iron Doors dengan nilai bobot 0,437606 dan komponen Impeler untuk jenis komponen Yau Fong Chrome Impeler dengan nilai bobot 0,59625.

Abstract

Rice is one of the commodity that is very important as a staple food for more than 95% of the population in Indonesia. Rice production should be increase continously in line with the increasing population of Indonesia. Therefore, it is important to improve the quality and quantity of the production of rice. Improvement in terms of quality through development of rice with high protein content, beside of its production. Protein content in rice grain be important because it serves as an essential nutrient that can be used in the growth and cell recovery. This research be conducted in the village Sokawera, district Baturaden, Banyumas Regency. The material used is a population of F3 results of crossing with G39 x Milky Rice and G39 x Ciherang. The results showed the highest protein content in population of crossing G39 x Milky Rice is amount 13.42%. and a crossing G39 x Ciherang is amount 13.05%. The value of the correlation of protein content with component output is -0.36. There is no relations between production rice and its protein content.

Abstract

Diversity of the physical environment which is followed by the diversity of genetic resources in agriculture in Indonesia is very wide. The potential of specific environments can be used by breeders in determining the applicability distribution of a superior new cultivars, such as releasing the rice cultivars tolerant salinity with high yield potential for a wide range of spatial and specific. We growed 10 genotypes of rice and Siak Raya as check in three locations with low to moderate levels of salinity, Kebumen (140 µc/cm-350 µc/cm), Batang (861 µc/cm-5783 µc/cm), dan Pekalongan (670 µc/cm-1416 µc/cm). Genotypes showed difference performance, which indicated diversity of agronomic characters at three location. Genotypes stability were tested refer to Eberhart and Russell (1963), UNSOED 8 is a stable genotype with higher gran yield than the total average of genotypes.

Abstract

strategi DOTS adalah satu strategi yang diterapkan dan sesuai dengan rekomendasi WHO untuk digunakan dalam penanggulangan penyakit menular khusus untuk TB paru. Strategi Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS) mempunyai nilai ekonomis sangat efektif (cost-effective) dalam mengintervensi penurunan insiden TB sebesar 2% pertahun, dengan penghematan biaya sebesar US$ 55 selama 20 tahun. Fokus utama DOTS adalah penemuan dan penyembuhan pasien dengan prioritas diberikan kepada pasien TB tipe menular. Strategi ini akan memutuskan rantai penularan TB sehingga menurunkan insidensi TB di masyarakat. Berdasarkan uraian di atas terdapat berbagai masalah yang bisa dijadikan alasan untuk melakukan penelitian : 1) Tantangan P2PL TB yang terus meningkat. 2) Sumber daya yang terbatas khususnya terkait dengan tenaga kerja terampil dan terlatih (mengikuti pelatihan P2TB DOTS) yang belum bisa merata karena faktor mutasi staf yang tinggi sehingga  SDM yang memenuhi syarat DOTS (terampil dan terlatih) belum bisa tepenuhi secara tetap. 3) Kasus penemuan TB yang hilang atau kasus TB tidak terlaporkan Dari 3 (tiga) masalah tersebut di atas maka perlu dilakukan penelitian di bidang teknologi informasi terkait dengan sistem pendukung keputusan klinik untuk diagnosis penyakit TB paru pada orang dewasa, untuk membantu meningkatkan kinerja program P2TB paru. Untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan klinik ini penulis akan memodelkan dengan metode tree dengan menggunakan basis pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari rule (aturan) yang terdapat dalam strategi DOTS dengan demikian dapat di istilahkan basis pengetahuan menggunakan Rule Base Sytem (RBR). Abstract

Soil pollution by substances such as benzene can cause serious problems such as aquifer contamination and reduction of the biodiversity of organisms. A number of microorganisms are capable to degrade such substances naturally. However, introduction of any other microorganisms and or nutrient (bioaugmentation) are necessary in order to improve the biodegradation rate. This study examined the effect of introducing promising local strains of Bacillus namely U41 and U44, and urea addition at concentration 0.25% w/v. The parameter measured was benzene, pH, microbial number, and CO2. The best result was revealed from bioaugmentation of mixture of U41 and U 44. However, that result was not significantly difference with the use of single either strain U41 or U44, respectively.

Abstract

Abstract This article discribed political party theorizing that were early history of development, function, and typology of political parties. The existence of political party was central phenomena on political way of the state. Political partay could push the state to more democratic or vis a vis authoriterian. That condition was influenced by internal condition, party system and ideological distance between political parties, whether centripetal or centrifugal types.
