Abstract

This paper is motivated by Jean-Jacques Rousseau's philosophy of naturalist intelligence with the presence of amour-propre or amour de soi-même and compassion. Then, through this attitude (self-love) the author sees this attitude as a contribution to children who have natural intelligence. The purpose of the study was to analyze Jean-Jacques Rousseau with various previous studies on naturalist intelligence in children itself. The research method uses literature review: the philosophy of Jean-Jacques Rousseau through his successors and previous research on naturalist intelligence. The results of the study both show and confirm the philosophy of Jean-Jacques Rousseau regarding amour-propre or amour de soi-même in children through the results of previous studies using various methods, research subjects and data used by previous researchers.

Abstract

Young generation is an asset for every country. Therefore, assuring and maintaining their quality are important thing to do and it is becoming responsibility for schools, parents, also government. Due to the rapid development of technology, many negative side effects appear such as addiction to online games, high number of crime case, drugs, terrorism and others. In order to counter those side effects, Indonesia has supported the implementation of character education in schools. Besides, another country such as Japan also implemented this education. This short writing intended to compare the implementation character education in both countries so that the insights of each could complete one another. Abstract

Learning mathematics is one of the lessons with abstract concepts that require students to solve problems contained in math problems, which cannot be separated from everyday life. Mathematics lessons are considered difficult because it comes from students' initial perceptions of mathematics who already think that mathematics is difficult. The opinion that mathematics is a difficult subject has been passed down by students from generation to generation and has become a bad mindset. For this reason, all parties involved in learning mathematics must be able to combat the bad mindset by being given positive encouragement to become a positive minds

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' interest and learning outcomes in mathematics, especially FPB and KPK materials, using Pakonta media and Dienes theory. This study uses qualitative research methods using the literature review method, the causes that cause a lack of interest and low learning outcomes of students in learning Mathematics, especially FPB and KPK are due to lack of understanding of students regarding material descriptions or learning concepts besides that many students consider mathematics learning is a difficult and boring learning and so on. Through Pakonta media with Dienes theory, a pleasant atmosphere will be created, not boring, besides that students will be easier to understand the material presented. In this case, the role of educators is also very important in motivating, designing learning as attractive as possible to increase interest in learning and student learning outcomes in learning mathematics, especially FPB and KPK.

Abstract

The teacher has an important role in a learning process. The success of a learning is largely determined by the ability of teachers to manage learning activities in the classroom. Thus, teachers are expected to continue to develop their abilities in planning, implementing, and improving learning in a systematic and directed manner in order to improve the process and learning outcomes of participants. Supervision is a planned effort in improving the quality of education in an institution. In this case, educational supervision needs to be carried out to provide services and facilities to teachers to develop teacher abilities, especially in pedagogic competence and professionalism. In its implementation, the head of the madrasa acts as a supervisor to observe the learning activities carried out by the teacher. Educational supervision activities can be carried out individually or in groups by taking into account the principles of scientific, democratic, cooperative, as well as constructive and creative.

Abstract

Roles of teachers and parents in raising motivation of students of islamic elementary schoolof muhammadiyah nogosari kulon progo. The purpose of this study are. (1) the role of teachers in improving student' motivation in Ma'arif Kediwung Islamic elementary schools. Secondly; (2) the role of parents in increasing learning.Motivation their children. The desaign of qualitative research. Informants in this study were principal’s, teachers, and parents Ma'arif Kediwung Islamic elementary school. which consists of one principal, nine teachers and fivety five parents. The collecting data using interview and observation techniques. The analysis data using interactive model Miles and Huberman. The results showed that teachers play a role in increasing students' motivation especially in: (a) as a motivator / donor support, (b) to creating conducive situation on learning, (c) move to their students, (d) to create good competition, (e ) apveag reward to their student (f)the student know their achievement, (g) choul be inspiration, (h) to give a gift. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the hypnoteaching approach on the learning motivation of the Vb MIN 1 Bantul class students. This study uses a mixed methods approach, a type of method that combines qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative is used to find out how the hypnoteaching method is applied in the learning process and has a significant influence in increasing student learning motivation. While quantitative is used to find out how much influence the hypnoteaching approach can increase student learning motivation. The data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques for making instruments, validity test, reliability test, and simple linear regression test. The results of this study show. First, the application of hypnoteaching in class IVb MIN 1 Bantul in the academic year 2021/2022 has a positive and significant influence in increasing student motivation. This is in line with the results of the analysis on qualitative data in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. All these data indicate that students after getting a hypnoteaching approach to learning they feel happy, excited and learn more passionately. The steps are to use the relaxation of the eyes and all the nerves in the body. In addition, it is also implemented with steps of self-motivation, pacing-leading, positive and suggestive words, praise and modeling, yelling or shouting together, emotional hours, invitations and commands. Second This study uses mixed methods with 2 variables, one dependent variable that is learning motivation, and the independent variable is hypnoteaching. Both of these variables are made a questionnaire with each variable 30 statements. After testing the validity there are 4 invalid statements and must be issued. As long as the research instrument becomes 56 statements. Then the reliability test showed all the instruments of reliable research with Alpha above 0.7, which was 0.952. Then a simple linear regression test, with the result of R2 (coefficient of determination) 0.775, thus it can be said that the hypnoteaching approach has a very positive influence in increasing student learning motivation with an average percentage increase of 77.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the Arabic vocabulary mastery of fourth grade students at SDN 3 Beureunuen by using a Think Pair Share cooperative learning model approach. This study uses a classroom action research design. Research data obtained through observational data collection, tests and documentation. The research subjects were all fourth grade students of SDN 3 Beureunuen which consisted of 20 students consisting of 13 female students and 7 male students. Tehkink Data analysis used by researchers is to reduce data, present data and draw conclusions. The results showed that the application of the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can improve the Arabic vocabulary mastery of fourth grade students at SDN 3 Beureunuen, this is evident from the acquisition of the average score of students in the first cycle of 64.5 and experienced a significant increase in the second cycle of 91.25

Abstract

Guru memiliki peran strategis dalam bidang pendidikan, guru merupakan ujung tombak dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan hasil pendidikan. Tetapi ada saja permasalahan yang muncul yang berkaitan dengan profesionalisme guru pasca sertifikasi. Apakah setelah adanya tunjangan tersebut para guru dapat lebih baik dari sebelumnya dan bagaimana perbandingannya dengan guru yang belum menerima sertifikasi. Banyak isu-isu yang mengatakan guru setelah menerima sertifikasi kurang menjalankan profesinya dengan semestinya. Karena tanpa meneliti dan menyelidikinya sendiri, tidak akan pernah tahu dan pandangan negatif terhadap hal itu akan selalu bersifat negatif. Melalui penelitian, saya menelusuri pandangan terhadap isu yang mengatakan bahwa guru kurang profesional pasca sertifikasi dalam pembuktian kualitas guru saat proses pembelajaran yang diampu oleh guru tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan memberikan sepuluh butir pertanyaan kepada beberapa tenaga pendidik. Saya meneliti guru yang sudah menerima sertifikasi dan belum menerima sertifikasi. Lokasi penelitian yang saya ambil yaitu di SDN 3 Panarung, kota Palangka Raya, provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Guru yang telah menerima sertifikasi dan belum menerima sertifikasi tersebut sama-sama melakukan proses pembelajaran dengan maksimal dan berusaha tetap menjadi guru yang profesional. Jadi dalam penelitian ini penulis menyimpulkan bahwa guru yang telah menerima sertifikasi dan belum menerima sertifikasi tersebut sama-sama melakukan proses pembelajaran dengan maksimal dan berusaha tetap menjadi guru yang profesional Guru yang belum menerima sertifikasi juga pasti akan mengembangakan profesinya dengan sangat maksimal untuk mendapat sertifikasi tersebut dan guru yang telah menerima sertifikasi mereka tetap menjadi guru yang profesional di lingkungan mengajar karena mereka bangga dan sangat menghargai pencapaian mereka dalam memperoleh sertifikasi, dengan itu mereka terus melakukan yang terbaik untuk sekolah dan anak didiknya.

Abstract

Profession is a job or position that requires certain skills, but requires preparation through special education and training. In essence, the profession is a statement or an open promise stating that a person is devoting himself to a position. The teacher profession is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teach, guide, direct, train and assess. Teachers are classified as professions because according to their expertise and special requirements in carrying out their duties, they have a professional organization with a code of ethics, and have an organizational platform. The teacher professional organization is a rational coordination of the activities of a number of teachers to achieve shared educational goals that are explicitly formulated, through regulation (code of ethics) and division of labor as well as through a hierarchy of power and professional responsibilities. This study aims to describe the relationship between the teaching profession and teacher organizations. The research method used is quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaires, tests and interviews. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the teaching profession and teacher organizations.
