Abstract

Abstract:. This study aims to determine the speaking skills and learning motivation of students by applying sociodrama strategies. The research was carried out in class VI of MI Ma'arif Klangon, Salam District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province, with details of the research subjects of 8 students of class VI MI Ma'arif Klangon. Consisting of 2 male students and 6 female students this was carried out in 3 cycles, where each cycle was carried out 1 time for 1 week. Researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires in collecting data. The instruments used were observation sheets, student questionnaires, and interview instruments. The results showed that through the implementation of sociodrama strategies in Indonesian language lessons, students' speaking skills improved. The percentage of students' speaking skills increased both in cycle I to cycle II and cycle II to cycle III. The speaking skill of students before the implementation of the cycle action is still very low. After taking action in the first cycle, the percentage of students' speaking skills was 38.32% with sufficient criteria. The second cycle experienced an increase in speaking skills, namely to 55.83% with sufficient criteria. Meanwhile, in the third cycle there was an increase compared to the first and second cycles to 74.16% with good criteria. Through the application of sociodrama strategies in Indonesian language lessons, students' learning motivation has increased. The success of students' learning motivation has increased by reaching a percentage of 90.20% with good criteria. That means that the application of sociodrama strategies in Indonesian language lessons can increase students' learning motivation by 6.87%. The percentage in the first cycle was 77.70%, in the second cycle it reached 83.33%, while in the third cycle it reached 90.20% with good criteria.

Abstract

Abstract:. This study aims to determine the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans to prepare learning in the classroom through supervision activities. This research was conducted at MI Al-Khoiriyah Wonolelo Pleret, Bantul Regency. The time required for this classroom action research is about 1 month, from February 10 to March 10, 2021. The subjects of this study were divided into two, namely the subject of the action recipient and the subject who assisted in the research. The subjects who received the action in this study were 14 teachers of MI Al-Khoiriyah Wonolelo Pleret, Bantul Regency, consisting of 6 male teachers and 8 female teachers. This study uses the model developed by Kemis and Taggart. Each action or cycle always consists of four activities: 1) action plan, 2) action implementation, 3) observation or observation, and 4) reflection. In collecting data this Classroom Action Research uses the method of observation, and documentation. While the analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that 2. Academic supervision activities carried out by the head of MI Al-Khoiriyah Wonolelo Pleret, Bantul Regency for 14 teachers are activities that can improve the ability and understanding of teachers in preparing lesson plans. Both related to the content and format of the RPP as well as the steps for making the RPP properly and correctly. This can be seen through the supervision activities in each cycle, from cycle 1 which got a score of 34.5 and an average value of 57.5 in the sufficient category, there was a significant increase in the second cycle with a score of 54.7 and a score of 54.7. an average of 91.3 very good category.

Abstract

Abstract:. This study aims to determine the improvement of the learning outcomes of Science Subject students through the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model for Class III students of MIN 3 Bantul in the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects in this study were grade 3 students of MIN 3 Bantul, with details of 13 female students and 13 male students. This study consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation, and tests. The results showed that student learning outcomes increased after the action was taken. The percentage of students who have not completed has decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 (from 28.125% to 6.25%. The percentage of students who have completed has increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 (from 71.875% to 93.75%). Indicators of success in This research is that it is said to be successful if the percentage of students whose learning outcomes have been completed reaches a minimum of 90%. From these results, it shows that the percentage of students whose grades have completed has reached 93.75%, so this research can be said to be successful.

Abstract

Abstract:. This study aims to describe efforts to improve Indonesian language learning achievement about reading skills using the make a match method in class IV at MI Ma'arif Sangon Kulon Progo. This research was conducted in class I MI Ma'arif Losari Salam, Salam District, Kab. Magelang Academic Year 2021/2022, with a total of 13 students, consisting of 8 male students and 5 female students. The time of the study was carried out from November to December in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The subject that will be studied is Indonesian language reading ability. In collecting data, the researcher used test, observation, and documentation techniques. While the instruments used are in the form of observation sheets and learning outcomes test questions to determine whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes after learning using the Make a Match type cooperative learning model. The results showed that student learning outcomes increased after the action was taken. The percentage of students who have not completed has decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 (from 63.1% to 0%. The percentage of students who have completed has increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 (from 37% to 100%). The indicators of the success of this study are , that this research is said to be successful if the percentage of students whose learning outcomes have been completed reaches a minimum of 85%.From the table shows that the percentage of students whose grades have completed has reached 100%, then this research has been successful.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the method of cultivating emotional and spiritual intelligence in students at MI Ma'arif Sendang Karangsari Pengasih Kulon. This research uses qualitative research, in the form of case study research. The data collection method used by the researcher is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. In testing the validity of the research data, the researcher used a data credibility test with several techniques, including persistence of observation, triangulation (technique, source, and time), peer discussion, and using reference materials. In analyzing the data, the researcher used 3 stages, namely data reduction, presenting data in descriptive narrative form, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implantation of the emotional and spiritual intelligence of MI Ma'arif Sendang from the various activities carried out, had a great impact on students making children have good manners and morals, so that students were able to develop their potential in emotional and spiritual intelligence to have tawadlu nature. and and believe themselves to be fair and honest, able to control themselves, able to respect each other and respect each other, students will be motivated to participate in activities in madrasah, have noble character in daily life, students will feel happy and excited to join existing programs in madrasas so that students reach their peak, namely winning / becoming champions in every competition.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to apply the experimental method and student learning outcomes in Class III B MIN 2 Bantul in Indonesian lessons on material properties of objects after the experimental method was applied. The research was conducted for approximately 3 months, with the research subjects being 36 students of class III B MIN 2 Bantul in the 2019/2020 school year, consisting of 16 female students and 20 male students. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, in which each cycle was carried out starting from the planning, action, and reflection stages. The results showed that the application of the experimental method could improve student learning outcomes on material properties of objects, as evidenced by the results of the actions in cycle II which showed a percentage that there was a significant increase in the value of learning outcomes even at meeting 3 in cycle 2, where 100% of students got scores. above the KKM.

Abstract

Educational supervision is a very important activity to be implemented in schools. Transcendentally the principal as a supervisor is someone who supervises and provides assistance to teacher performance to improve the learning process so that it fits thelearning objectives. The role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance. Therefore, the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance is important in education. This study aims to find out 1) To describe the planning of the principal's class supervision program in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri Plabuhan III, Plandaan District, Jombang Regency. 2) To identify the implementation of the principal's class supervision program in improving teacher performance at SD NegeriPlabuhan III, Plandaan District. Jombang Regency. 3) To identify the evaluation and 4) To identify follow-up of the principal's supervision program in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri Plabuhan III, Plandaan District, Jombang Regency. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques of this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that: Supervision planning, namely: 1) meetings, 2) supervision socialization, procurement of learning tools 3) making schedules 4) dividing schedules and supervision tools. The implementation of the program has been communicated properly 1) Empowerment of meetings, 2) completion of procurement of learning tools, 3) making schedules, and 4) realization of sharing schedules and supervision tools. The results are 1) meetings, 2) socialization of supervision, procurement of learning tools 3) making schedules 4) dividing schedules and analyzing supervision tools. This research investigated 1) meetings, 2) socialization of the supervision of the procurement of learning tools, 3) making a schedule 4) dividing the schedule and supervision tools for post-supervision activities to reflect on the results of the supervision that has been carried out.

Abstract

Strategy is an effort, program or plan of the principal in learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom during the pandemic. School principals have an important position in determining policies and providing education during the Covid-19 pandemic. Policy is the attitude taken by the principal and becomes the basis of work in the educational environment he leads. The pandemic period is a period of spreading epidemic disease outbreaks caused by a new virus called sar cov-2. The research objectives are to find out: 1). Planning 2) Organizing 3) Implementation and 4) Supervision of school principals in learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a case study approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results showed that the principal's strategy in learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic at Maarif Jogosari Pandaan Elementary School, Pasuruan Regency went well with seven policies, namely: 1) Carrying out learning boldly 2) Forming a school Covid-19 Task Force 3) Using an emergency curriculum 4) Determination of Attendance Schedule for Educators and Education Personnel with a picket schedule 5) Removing extracurricular activities 6) Implementing limited face-to-face learning activities 7) Reducing education costs

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic, students are asked to study at home using e-learning that utilizes social media. The problems to be answered in this study are as follows: 1. How is the implementation of e-learning mathematics for class IV students at MI Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik?, 2. What are the supporting factors in implementing e-learning mathematics for class IV students at MI Al- Azhar Menganti Gresik?, 3. What are the inhibiting factors and solutions in the implementation of e-learning mathematics for fourth grade students of MI Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik?. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the research subject of the principal, the head of the curriculum, class teachers and fourth grade students. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model with data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research regarding the implementation of e-learning mathematics for fourth grade students of MI-Azhar is the implementation of learning that is carried out without direct face-to-face between teachers and students as well as accessing the internet network and using social media to exchange information and interactions Among them is by using the whatsapp application, google meet and youtube. Then the supporting factors for e-learning learning are the very rapid development of IT, a good and stable signal network. While the inhibiting factors for e-learning learning are the internet network which is less stable, the unavailability of internet package quotas.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the urgent problems and it is deemed necessary to get serious attention and handling from various related parties. This is closely related to school leadership and management. In addition, in improving the quality of education, all aspects of a school must be considered, both input, process, and output. The quality of education is deemed necessary to make improvements and changes in various sectors including leadership and management. The success of a school will only be able to carry out effective management, effective management can only be carried out by professional leadership. Things that need to be done by leaders as managers are: planning and evaluating, organizing, directing and monitoring, and monitoring continuous evaluation for further action.
