TB disease is still a public health problem today. At least one person will be infected with TB everysecond. The existence of different characteristics of TB patients in Pekanbaru City will lead todifferent health quality and problem burden. One strategy to overcome this is through the method ofgrouping areas in Pekanbaru City which have certain characteristics based on the causes of TB.This study aims to determine the risk factor model for TB disease. This research is a descriptiveanalytic study using secondary data analysis conducted in Pekanbaru City from March to August2020. The data were analyzed using cluster, biplot and discriminant analysis. From the results of thestudy, it was found that 3 sub-district clusters were based on the risk factors for TB. There are 4variables that significantly differentiate between the three clusters, namely the TB prevalencevariable, the number of health workers, the number of health facilities, and the percentage ofmalnourished children under five. The variable number of health workers was the most dominantvariable in differentiating between groups followed by the percentage of under-fives withmalnutrition.

High blood pressure or hypertension is when blood pressure, the force of blood pushing against the walls of blood vessels, is consistently too high. Hypertension attacks the elderly. Elderly is someone who is 60 years and over. The use of regional languages as a method of providing health information is rarely and never even done by health workers. This study aims to analyze the impact of local language health education on elderly compliance in preventing increased blood pressure. The design used in this study is a pre experimental design method with one group pre and posttest design method. The population was 30 elderly with stage 2 hypertension who used Tae' language. Samples were taken using total sampling method. The research was processed with the wilcoxon signed ranks test, the p value was 0.000, which was smaller than the α = 0.05. It is concluded that there is an effect of local language health education (tae ') on the level of compliance in taking preventive measures to increase blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. Providing health education using local languages is expected to be able to change the compliance of the elderly in preventing hypertension.

Diabetes is a common disease and the incidence is increasing. It is estimated that nearly half of all people (49.7%) living with diabetes are undiagnosed. Community empowerment in increasing early awareness in monitoring risk factors is one of the goals in the control program for non communicable diseases including diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of diabetes cadres in implementing the 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus management. This study uses a qualitative method. The participants in this study were cadres of PTM Puskesmas in Bukittinggi with at least 5 years of experience. Participants were selected by purposive sampling, there were 12 participants. The results of the data analysis process have found several main themes from the experience of DM cadres in implementing the 4 pillars of DM implementation, namely being happy to be of benefit to others, hopes of DM cadres and implementing cadre activities. The implementation of the 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus management at the Bukittinggi city health center has been carried out well. Diabetes cadres have performed duties as an extension of the health center where they live. It is necessary to increase cadres knowledge and motivation of diabetes mellitus sufferers as well as support from families of diabetes mellitus sufferers and the role of diabetes mellitus cadres in implementing the 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus management

The primary nursing method is expected to be a solution to improve the quality of handovers during the patient's treatment period. The competence of a PPJA is very decisive in coordinating any handover activities carried out while the patient is treated. This study aims to analyze the relationship between PPJA competence and the quality of patient handovers at Dr. M. Djamil Padang in 2020. The study used descriptive correlation with a cross sectional design. The sample was 170 nurses staff. The result of the analysis showsed that the proportion of nurses who assess the quality of handovers is good at 53.5%. The results of this study prove that there is a relationship between PPJA competence, knowledge aspects, skills aspects, attitude aspects, and clinical judgment aspects with the quality of patient handovers (p <0.05). The most dominant factor related to the quality of patient handovers was PPJA skills. Hospital management is advised to improve PPJA competence by providing trainings that can improve PPJA competence.

According to WHO the number of malnourished sufferers in the world reaches 104 million children and malnutrition is the cause of one third of all causes of child death worldwide. One of the factors that influence nutritional status is an intermediate factor, an environmental factor and a mother factor that includes the number of children under five and birth spacing. This study aims to determine the relationship between birth spacing and nutritional status of children under five in the working area of Muara Fajar Public Health Center in 2016. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, the population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers totaling 221 people with a sample of 86 people. Data collection uses primary data with questionnaire sheets. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results obtained by the value of Pvalue = 0.00. From the research conducted it can be concluded that there is a relationship between birth spacing and the nutritional status of toddlers.

A medication error is a health problem that has many impacts on patients ranging from mild risk to even the most severe risk of causing death. The number of mistakes in prescription writing at Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi Hospital in September 2016 increased to 60.90%. Therefore, the study aims to analyze the factors causing medication error at the pharmacy Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi RSI. This type of research uses a qualitative research approach. Informants in this study were 5 people who were taken intentionally (purposive sampling). The results showed that the type of prescribing error occurred in unclear prescription writing so that it could lead to errors in the administration of drug doses. Errors in the dispensing phase occur from the time of preparation to prescription delivery by pharmacists, which is the wrong way of taking drugs from a storage rack due to packaging or similar drug names. Dispensing errors also occur due to incorrect identification of patients and do not cross check again. Errors in the administration phase occur in the process of using drugs from the time of preparation to prescription delivery by pharmacists. It can be concluded that medication error at RSI Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi occurred in the phase of prescribing error, dispensing error, and administration error.

Aging is a natural process that is characterized by decreased function. In the aging process a decline in the ability of reactive oxygen species. This causes damage to the membrane lipids that cause a decrease in function of the body's organs. Lipid oxidation process in the membrane because free radicals produce lipid peroxidation such as malondialdehyde which is used as a marker of oxidative stress. Regular physical exercise can overcome the negative effects of oxidative stress. To conduct studies on aging, animal models are used. One of the animal models used is the aging induction model by giving D-galactose. Metabolites from d-galactose can induce aging by causing oxidative stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical exercise on reducing malondialdehyde levels in an aging animal model induced by D-galactose. This research was experimental in-vivo with a post test only research design. The research sample of 8 weeks old swiss webster mice, consisted of 10 treatment groups. The results of studies on animal models of aging induced D-galactose on malondialdehyde levels after being treated for 6 weeks from the statistical results obtained p value ≥ 0.05 was not significant. However, there was a significant decrease in MDA levels in the D-galactose + physical exercise group
