Abstract

This community service activity has been held in East Java Fatayat Business Group within segmented target of Small Medium Enterprise (SME) business-woman which become one of economic support in Indonesia. These business-woman mostly consist of culinary business, followed by clothing re-seller and others. Community service activity aimed to give understanding to SME business-woman about the importance of business intelligence, funding management, packing and product label and human resources management as well to support the groeth of business in the future by considering and implementing business activity support factors. Implementation method consist of four stages, which are problem identification, daring training through zoom meeting, daring mentoring and monitoring evaluation process through whatsapp group. The expected outcomes after held this training is SME business-woman have ability and capacity to transform data into business opportunity, how SME can manage their finance efficiently, packing interesting product, and SME can empowering human resources effectively thus with this activity, business-woman from East Java Fatayat Business Group can upgrade their business activity becomes sustainable activity to support Indonesia economy.

Abstract

This abdimas activity took the theme of 'back to basic' or back to basics, because it saw the condition of SME partners, the majority of whom had micro/small business scale. In this case, the abdimas team provides training in simple bookkeeping and marketing management with the main focus being partners' understanding of the importance of keeping financial records, changing the mindset of partners who initially saw financial bookkeeping as difficult but became easy. After the training, the STIESIA abdimas team assisted partners to become proficient in making financial reports. Located in Dapur Djitoe, which is one of the partner SMEs, so that partners contribute to providing a place for activities and empowering SME products as consumption activities as well as promotional events for other UMK products. The initial stage starts with understanding the basics of making simple bookkeeping and understanding related to marketing management, the next activity the abdimas team will use bookkeeping applications, then on the marketing side there will be training and digital marketing assistance, cataloging techniques, employee management management, supply chain and recording business legality. Thus, this basic activity is expected to be able to become the foundation for SME partners in maintaining their business, expanding market share and developing their business.

Abstract

Currently, the existence of information technology is unavoidable. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes in consumer consumption patterns from traditional sales patterns to a website-based digitalized sales system. MSMEs in Janti village still use the traditional sales system. This condition makes it difficult for MSMEs in Janti village to carry out sales promotions. The purpose of community service is to provide solutions faced through socialization activities and website creation training as a means of promoting MSME products in Janti village. This is a new breakthrough for MSMEs because traditional marketing is no longer effective. Implementation of activities with the methods of socialization, discussion, and training. The socialization and training activities received a positive response from MSME actors. Overall, the activity went smoothly and received a positive response from MSME actors. The results of these activities have an impact on increasing sales so that the income of MSMEs also increases as general, so that it will impact to increase economic and role of human resource. There the COVID-19 in 2020-2021 makes MSMEs in Janti Village have capable although has hard work.

Abstract

Osteoarthrits is a degenerative joint disease that includes cartilage damage with symptoms of pain during the pressure of the joints which are influenced by genetics, age, gender and weight. Knee osteoarthritis is one of the ten other diseases that cause disability due to activity daily living disorders in developing countries. The purpose of this activity is to provide information about facts and myths related to osteoarthritis through education so that patients and the public in general can receive correct information and make appropriate health efforts. In this study, a preliminary study was carried out to obtain data on persepi or myths related to osteoarthrtitis of the knee that causes kinesopobia and potential disability. The next stage is carried out the formulation of priority problems with the ultrasound matrix (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) obtained the highest score, namely in knee osteoarthritis pain must rest not be used activity. The next stage is to study the problem with a fishbone diagram using 5 M (Man, Money, Machine, Materials, and Measurement). Then the solution carried out is the education of facts and myths in an effort to prevent disability due to osteoarhtritis of the knee at the second level hospital dr. Soepraoen, Malang.

Abstract

Based on data at the Balowerti Public Health Center, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is still low, namely 27.6%, the real achievement of the 2021 target is 50%. Problem identification using fishbone analysis. Then from the fishbone analysis, alternative solutions to the existing problems were sought with USG analysis. Next, problem solving analysis is carried out based on SWOT analysis. One of the factors that causes exclusive breastfeeding for breastfeeding mothers is not optimal, namely the lack of understanding of mothers, families, and communities. In research activities at the Balowerti Public Health Center, pocket book were used as a medium of counseling. After the middle intervention (counseling with pocket book media) was carried out, the respondent's knowledge was measured again using a questionnaire (post-test). After the results of the pre-test and post-test were obtained, a paired T-test was performed. The significance value (2-tailed) in this case was 0.000 (p < 0.05). So the results of the pre-test and post-test scores experienced a significant (meaningful) change. It can be concluded that the post-test scores have increased from the previous pre-test scores. There was an increase in knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding after education using pocket book media.

Abstract

Pregnancy in adolescence was a national and international dilemma not only for adolescent and infant health but also for the wider community. Maternal mortality rates and neonatal outcomes were higher in adolescent mothers, including premature birth, low birth weight, and the needed for intensive care of newborns. Early pregnancy is one of the high-risk pregnancy factors that can affect maternal health as well as fetal growth and development. Incidenced at UPTD Tutuyan Community Health Center, North Sulawesi Province at 100% early marriage and 48% early pregnancy. This community service was provided information about pregnancy risk factors in adolescents and identified pregnancy prevention rates in adolescents at UPTD Tutuyan Community Health Center, North Sulawesi Province. In this service, there were various problems that need to be prioritized. The method used to determine the priority of the problem using the SWOT method, the USG method and the fishbone method. Counseling on risk factors for early pregnancy is a program that is carried out based on the priority problems obtained. Counseling on socialization of risk factors for pregnancy in adolescence has been carried out well, but there are still some weaknesses, namely the lack of health workers involved in the counseling program and also there are still many incidents of early marriage in the area around Tutuyan, North Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has declared a health development paradigm based on a healthy paradigm, which means that health development must prioritize promotive and preventive efforts, without neglecting curative and rehabilitative efforts. The purpose of this residency is to find out how the process of providing health promotion services is, the types of communication media used in the process of disseminating health promotion information and the community's use of the communication media used. Problem identification using fishbone analysis. Then look for alternative solutions to existing problems with ultrasound. Next, problem solving analysis is carried out based on a SWOT analysis. The results of the study stated that the problem that needs to be prioritized for completion is that the team needs web-design and content creator training. The strategy that can be applied to this residency activity is to conduct web-design and content creator training. After the training, it was found that the participants' evaluations were very good (86%) good (14%), very in accordance with the theme (80%) appropriate (20%), the delivery of the resource persons was very good (60%) good (40%), considered this training was very useful (86%) and useful (14%).
