Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accounting information system and cash receipt procedures from the sale of PO Luragung Jaya bus tickets and to evaluate the accounting information system and procedures applied to the PO company. Luragung Jaya is appropriate or not based on business aspects. The research method is qualitative, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of a qualitative approach. In this research data collection techniques include preliminary surveys, field studies with interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study are the accounting information system and procedures in cash receipts are in accordance with business aspects, but not good enough. There is some documentation that is not yet appropriate and activities carried out without any special rules that are sustainable. The cash receipt system uses a computerized system but not all, there are some that are still manual causing non-uniformity in recording which can result in ineffectiveness in checking in the future.

Abstract

When discussing control systems for boilers, the PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control algorithm is one of the most well-known and widely used. The PID control algorithm has been proven effective in controlling temperature and pressure within boiler systems. However, as technology advances, there have been advancements in more sophisticated and efficient control systems. One of these advancements is the utilization of adaptive control and model predictive control. Adaptive control can adapt to changes in operational conditions and provide better performance compared to PID control. Meanwhile, model predictive control utilizes a mathematical model of the system to predict future behavior and make control decisions based on these predictions. Nevertheless, the PID control algorithm remains crucial and can deliver satisfactory performance in temperature and pressure control within boilers. The key to effective use of PID control lies in the selection of appropriate parameters and proper tuning. By employing the correct tuning methods, PID control can achieve optimal performance and high efficiency in boiler systems. Overall, the use of the PID control algorithm remains a good choice for temperature and pressure control in boiler systems, despite advancements in more advanced and efficient control systems. Model predictive control, on the other hand, utilizes a mathematical model of the boiler system to predict its future behavior. By solving an optimization problem over a predictive horizon, it determines the optimal control actions to be applied. This proactive approach allows model predictive control to account for constraints, nonlinearity, and system dynamics, leading to improved control performance and energy efficiency. In conclusion, while PID control remains a viable option for temperature and pressure control in boiler systems, the advancements in adaptive control and model predictive control offer more sophisticated and efficient alternatives. The choice of control strategy depends on the specific requirements, complexity, and desired performance of the boiler system. Combining different control techniques or employing advanced control algorithms can further enhance the overall control performance and optimize the operation of the boiler system.

Abstract

In audio equipment, the mixer is a tool that is well known and widely used by lovers of stereo 4-channel audio mixers such as those used in recording studios, transmitter stations and so on, all of which function to mix several signals, in a ratio that can be adjusted with a potentio meter. In the world of electronics signals can be mixed by summing them. In this research discusses the performance of the simplest 4-channel stereo channel audio mixer system consisting of two channels and can be developed up to dozens of channels. Four channels as a microphone amplifier and two channels (L and R) for channels that can be connected to tape, tuner, compact disc and others, as well as two output channels 1 (L and R) and output channel 2 (R and L) that can be connected to a power amplifier.

Abstract

Containment ring is component on engine for turbofan engines of air plane. The function of Containment ring is for balancing assembly part as the shaft, retaining disk and fully bladed disk on turbofan of airplanes. The component of containment ring is bushing for join of part on engine. The joint process of production on bushing and ring using welding process. This study will discuss of structure analyze of welding area on containment ring using Non-Destructive Test (NDT). Method of analyze is additional chemical on welding area using ADROX for focusing crack are in material after welding process. The material of ring and busing is stainless steel FYNIS SUS304. The result show that welding areas of joint no any crack finding after 10 specimens tested of Containment ring. The checking method using additional chemical ARDROX 9814 (penetrant) in welding areas for inside and outside areas of the part.

Abstract

Welding Shield Metal Arc Welding is a process of joining two metals by utilizing heat from jumping electrodes at two different poles. In this welding technique, the connecting material or metal material (electrode) is metal that has been coated with flux (welding slag). This study aims to determine whether current variations affect the impact strength in the SMAW welding process. In this study, welding was carried out on the ST 41 material using the E 6013 electrode with electric current variants on the SMAW welding machine, namely: 60 A and 85 A, followed by the Charphy impact test used to determine the strength of the ST 41 steel connection. The results obtained with the ST41 200A material were 0.566 J/mm2 and for the ST41 210A material, it was obtained 1.662 J/mm2. With research showing that the greater the amperage, the greater the effort required in the Charphy impact test and the greater the amperage, the greater the value of the Charphy impact test.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop an Android-based application that can help manage Pos Sehat, especially in rural areas of Indonesia, in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services. The focus of this research is developing applications for Pos Sehat managers, with important features such as patient monitoring, viewing patient biodata, tracking disease history, and drug recommendations. The research method involves planning research, studying literature, developing applications using Android Kotlin for UI/UX, Node.js for backends, and cloud services or Firebase for data storage, as well as application testing and evaluation. The results of the study show that the application developed can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of the Health Post, facilitate access to patient and drug information, and assist in the decision-making process regarding the management of the Health Post. This research is expected to be a reference for similar research and inspire further development in the field of technology-based health management.

Abstract

Companies that carry out production activities necessarily want the company's goals to be achieved, one of which is optimal profit. Maximum profit in production can be realized by planning the optimal amount of production. The purpose of this study consists of four, namely making a profit formulation to maximize the amount of production, determining the optimal number of brown bread variants that will be produced at Win Bakery, determining the maximum profit in producing bread at Win Bakery, and predicting profits for return on investment. This research was conducted using a linear programming model. Decision variables determine the decisions that will make to achieve the optimal solution. The objective function is a function that describes the goals or objectives in linear programming problems. Relating to the optimal use of resources to obtain maximum profit or to use minimum costs. A constraint function is a form of formulation of the obstacles faced in achieving the goal. The results obtained from the research are the decision variables, with X1 being the number of square chocolate bread productions and X2 is the number of round chocolate bread productions. The objective function of the profit per unit is to maximize Z = 1000X1 + 800X2. The constraint function is the raw material used in making chocolate bread. Furthermore, the optimization of production with POM-QM resulted in the number of square chocolate bread production of as many as 13 pieces and round chocolate bread as many as 25 pieces so that the profit gained in one day was Rp. 32,500. The next calculation, the break-even point by entering fixed costs, variable costs, and profits obtained results in units of 55 units and the total profit earned is Rp. 1,777,00.

Abstract

Pc wire or Prestressed concrete wire is iron thread with a round cross section and has indentations on its surface. Pc wire is widely used in the construction of buildings or buildings, railway sleepers and piles. This paper discusses the process of making pc wire heads and pneumatic systems that function as driving hammer dies in making pc wire. The aim of the research is to know the work process of making pc wire head (screw iron), calculating the pneumatic system for making pc wire head (screw iron). The data needed in the preparation of this report was obtained by collecting data, namely field studies which are direct data collection. data obtained through direct observation in the field accompanied by a field supervisor then Literature Study where literature study is data collection through literature books, journals, making pc wire heads by cutting pc wire with a diameter of 7.1 mm along 152 mm using a cutting grinder and then clamping it in a vise so that the screw iron does not shift when getting pressure from the die, the die will press the pc wire so that it is formed with a circular diameter of 13 mm and 7 mm thick. From the calculation of the density of dry air, the result is = 87.08 Pa, the result of the hydrostatic calculation is 609.78 Pa, and from the calculation of the Double Acting Cylinder, the result is 254.34 N.

Abstract

The demand for system automation has been continuously increasing with the current technological developments. One of these advancements is in the implementation of face recognition. Camera capabilities have evolved from merely capturing images or videos to being able to process the resulting images. Facial images contain a wealth of information, one of which is the gender information of the individuals. To obtain this information, facial image classification using deep learning is required. In this scientific paper, the author utilizes the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm implemented with the Python programming language and employs TensorFlow as its framework. The research aims to predict human gender based on facial images. The dataset used in this study is obtained from the kaggle.com dataset provider, consisting of 9,600 male facial data and 9,600 female facial data. The data is divided into a training and testing set, with an 80% ratio for training data and a 20% ratio for testing data from the total available data. The model training process is performed for 15 epochs with 768 steps in each epoch. The testing results show that the Convolutional Neural Network method achieves a validation accuracy of approximately 91%. The developed program runs well through a webcam.

Abstract

Rumah Tempe Indonesia is an MSME engaged in processing soybeans into tempeh products. The production system used is made to stockThis production system can cause problems, including the amount of production that does not match consumer needs, causing a shortage or excess of products which are very inefficient for the company's business continuity. For this reason, a study was carried out to determine the forecast for the demand for GMO Tempe at Indonesian Tempe Houses for the next 12 periods using the Holt-winters method and to determine the accuracy of the forecast made. The method used in this research is the Holt-winter method with the help of Ms. Excel Where. The final result of the research using Holt-winters has a level of forecasting accuracy90.1515344%, which means it is very good at predicting the demand for tempe in the future. Forecasting results in periods 37 to 48 respectively are 13372PCS, 12367PCS, 14196PCS, 12848PCS, 16655PCS, 15965PCS, 18032PCS, 15107PCS, 15132PCS, 17969PCS, 14267PCS, 21498PCS.
