<![CDATA[The analysis of this research is whether the work environment and work facilities have an effecthas a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Representative Council OfficeRegional People of West Sumatra Province. The method that I use in this research isquantitative method with the help of the SPSS 22.0 program. This study uses analysismultiple linear regression. The population in this study were all House of Representatives employeesRegional People of West Sumatra Province, and Sample A total of 89 respondents. primary datausing the Questionnaire. This study shows that the work environment has a positive effectand significant to the performance of employees of the Regional Representatives Council of Sumatra ProvinceWest. tested and acceptable based on the t-count value of Variable X1 3.258 t-table 1.663 andsign value (0.002 < 0.005) The magnitude of the influence of the work environment (X1) on performanceemployees (Y) of 0.191 units. Work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance.tested and acceptable based on t-count (5.480) t-table (1.663) and sign (0.00) < 0.05.the magnitude of the influence of work facilities (X2) on performance (Y) is 0.445. which meanevery time there is a good work facility it will increase performance by 0.445 units. R² valueis 0.467 which indicates that the independent variable (X1,X2) explains the effectto the dependent variable namely Employee Performance of 0.467 or 46.7%. conclusion onIn this study, the work environment and work facilities have a positive and significant effecton the performance of employees at the Regional People's Representative Council office of Sumatra ProvinceWest.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial risk, security risk, time and convenience risk and psychological risk on consumer decision behavior to buy online. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased online at least twice in the last 3 months. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that risk is positively related to online consumer buying behavior. Risk or perceived by consumers is an important factor for online purchases. Security risk and financial risk must be low in order to get high and positive online buying behavior from online buying consumers. The smaller the risk the greater the purchase of online purchases. Risk Time and convenience show a positive relationship. The smaller the time risk and the perceived convenience, the greater the consumer's interest in making online purchases. Psychological risk shows a positive relationship to online purchases and shows that the role of the internet is getting bigger]]>

<![CDATA[This community service is carried out with the aim of being able to assist program planning in the village. one of which is the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). This research focuses on the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting the economic independence of the residents of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which provides a descriptive description of the findings. The results of the study show that BUMDes have a role in supporting village economic independence. The role of BUMDes is by increasing the standard of living which has implications for the growth and equity of the rural economy. Improving people's standard of living is carried out by developing a business selling plant seeds, plant fertilizers, and plant pesticides.]]>

<![CDATA[High levels of openness and responsibility in business operations constitute excellent corporate governance. Companies can reduce the likelihood of engaging in harmful behaviors and the danger of financial difficulty by adopting a policy of strong corporate governance. The methodology of this study is quantitative descriptive research. Researchers frequently use quantitative descriptive research methodologies to describe or explain phenomena or features of a population or sample. This study discovered that financial hardship is negatively impacted by the factors leverage, credit risk, liquidity ratios, and good corporate governance. Liquidity, as determined by the Current Ratio, is inversely correlated with the severity of financial crises. Therefore, the results of this study support the claim that CR lessens financial stress.]]>

<![CDATA[The company certainly has human resources as managers in organizing, managing and developing a strategic plan for the company's goals. In realizing these goals the most important thing is how the competence and performance of employees in the company. As an effort to improve employee performance, it must be supported by all components and the most important factor is increasing employee competence. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how work competence influences the performance of employees in the company. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that work competence greatly influences employee performance. The effect of competence on performance can be seen from the level of competence which has practical implications in human resource planning. It can be concluded that there is an influence of work competence on employee performance. The performance and effectiveness of employees in carrying out their duties is largely determined by competence. Companies are expected to always improve employee performance through training employees with their respective competency standards. This is because success in a company is influenced by the basic performance of employees obtained from the level of education, abilities and expertise possessed by these employees, so that they can contribute effectively and efficiently to the company.]]>

<![CDATA[In Indonesia, online motorcycle taxis are the largest public transportation with a very large number of partners and fleets, covering all parts of Indonesia. As a profit-oriented mode of public transportation, paying attention to customer satisfaction is a necessity. One of the efforts that can be done is to provide quality services. In fact, this study aims to find out how online transportation users respond by looking at the service elements provided by service providers. Scientific studies are used as a logical way to prove reliable research results, and in this study using quantitative methods and statistical analysis of linear regression. The subjects of this study were users of the online ojek public transportation mode in the student MPLM UNJ 2022,Jakarta. The results of the study provide an overview, in general, respondents are satisfied with the presence of nline motorcycle taxis. This is very helpful and facilitates user activities. However, there are still things that need to be improved, such as comfort and safety standards. Statistically, service has a significant effect on online motorcycle taxi user satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of work motivation variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. to examine the impact of competency variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are sampled, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Which means the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of attractions and facilities on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents using accidental sampling technique. By using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit. So it can be concluded in this study that it was found that the variables of attractiveness and facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City.]]>

<![CDATA[Angkot is one of the conventional forms of transportation that is often used by the public for mobility because the prices are affordable with a variety of routes and a lot of cargo. We can find Angkots easily in various city centers with units that are often many so they can be easily found. But at present, conventional transportation and online transportation, giving rise to many policies and also considerations from various parties involed in contributing betwen online and conventional parties. In all aspects, online transportation is far superios in all aspect, online transportation is far superior in all respects and in line with the deveplopment of the current era of globalization. So that the party that suffetrs the most is conventional transportation because with the times that continue to roll, angkot drivers need to survive and find solutions by taking rationalist actions to maintain the existence of angkot. Actions ned to be taken not only by the angkot driver as a party involed in this dynamic, but the intervention of the local goverment and also the trasportation agency is very important for the contribution of the angkot to balnce the social system in society. So that rationalist actions and also the role of local goverment are very important in supporting conventional transportations operations.]]>
