Abstract

SMK PGRI 35 Solokan Jeruk Kabupaten Bandung is an educational institution under the auspices of the Trustees of the Association of Indonesian Teachers' Educational Institutions (YPLP PGRI) with the guidance of YPLP PGRI West Java Province. The design of the Tracer Study information system is a system created to trace alumni (Tracer Study) at SMK PGRI 35 because there is no information that can support adding accreditation value, how long the waiting period for graduates to get a job, how relevant the curriculum of the field of study is to type of work, position placement, location, and work situation. Therefore, a website-based Tracer Study information system is needed, namely using the system development method approach used is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) while the model used is Rational Unified Process (RUP) with a development tool, namely Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results showed that this program makes it easier for schools to manage alumni data and makes it easier for schools to track alumni data so that it can support the addition of accreditation scores, how long the waiting period for graduates to get a job, how relevant the field of study is to the type of work, position placement, location, and job situation.

Abstract

The design of an E-Learning information system is a system created to solve the problems being faced by SMK Pasundan Rancaekek in teaching and learning activities offline or face to face in front of the class. At least there are several problems that often occur during teaching and learning activities using the lecture method or explaining material in front of the class. So that it can cause some students to feel bored and some even fall asleep in class, besides that some students who can't go to school that day will miss the material, apart from students, the offline method can also have an impact on students if the teacher is unable to attend, so that the material on that day can't be delivered. The system development used in this research is OOAD (Object oriented analysis design) with the RUP (Rational unified process) model. And the system modeling tools it uses are UML (Unified Modeling Language) with the tools used are Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. The results showed that With the design of this E-Learning information system, it is hoped that it can help solve the problems being faced by teachers and students at Pasundan Rancaekek Vocational School and teaching and learning activities can become more interesting and students who learn do not feel bored.

Abstract

Flour Mocaf is an alternative to wheat flour. Flour Mocaf using raw materials from cassava. In the process of making flour Mocaf fermented using starter Bimo-CF. The research was carried out at the Chemistry Laboratory, Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Ma'soem University and Food Processing Laboratory, University of Pasundan from 7 January 2023 to 4 June 2023. The research method used was the experimental method with a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three repetitions and 9 combination of concentration (d) and time (w) treatments : d?w?, d?w?, d?w?, d?w?, d?w?, d?w?, d?w?, d?w?, d?w?. Symbols 'd?' 0.5 grams, 'd?' 1 gram and 'd?' 1.5 grams. Symbols 'w?' 12 hours, 'w?' 18 hours and 'w?' 24 hours. Observations were made on water content, starch content, yield, while organoleptic tests were carried out on the level of preference for color, aroma, taste and texture. The results showed that the best concentration were d? with a moisture content of 7.69% and d? with a starch content of 85.53%. The best fermentation time was when the water content w? was 7.70% and w? with a yield of 85.60%. Interaction of the best concentration and time on flour Mocaf on d?w? with a moisture content of 7.87%. Organoleptic tests on the level of preference for color (3.28), taste (2.98), aroma (2.98) and texture (3.33).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Self Service Technology on Customer Loyalty of Salam Hijrah Amanah Insurance at Bank Muamalat KCP Ujung Berung partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is Salam Hijrah Amanah Insurance Customer Loyalty at Bank Muamalat KCP Ujung Berung. The type of research is associative quantitative. The type of data in this study is primary data, and data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, literature study, questionnaires. The population is 123 people, while the sample determination uses the slovin formula as many as 57 people.The results showed that there was a significant influence between the Marketing Mix and Customer Loyalty of Salam Hijrah Amanah Insurance, there was a significant effect between Self Service Technology on Customer Loyalty Salam Hijrah  Amanah Insurance, and simultaneously there is a significant influence between Marketing Mix and Self Service Technology on Customer Loyalty of Salam Hijrah Amanah Insurance at Bank Muamalat KCP Ujung Berung.

Abstract

Macarons are simple cookies usually made from egg whites, sugar and almond flour. Almonds and almond flour are not produced in Indonesia, and must be imported from abroad, causing the price of almonds and almond flour to be quite expensive in the market. Therefore, in this study, a substitution of peanut flour for almond flour was carried out in making macarons. The purpose of this study was to obtain the right substitution of peanut flour for almond flour to produce the best macaron skin characteristics in terms of moisture content, protein content, fat content, expandability and organoleptic. The research was conducted at the Chemistry Laboratory and Food Processing Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ma'soem University and the Chemistry Laboratory of the Bakti Asih Analyst College from February to July 2023. Using the experimental method of Randomized Group Design (RAK) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 repetitions. The treatments were groundnut flour substitution of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% in almond flour by 100%, 90%, 80%, 70%, 60% and 50%. The analysis in this study included water content, protein content, fat content and swelling power as well as organoleptic tests in the form of color, aroma, taste, and appearance of the resulting macaron. The results showed that treatment D (30:70) produced the best macaron characteristics, this determination was based on the level of preference for aroma 4.25 (like), texture 4.30 (like), and taste 4.41 (like). The chemical content of treatment D (30:70) is in the form of water content of (2.89%), protein content of (5.16%) and fat content of (18.54%) as well as growth capacity of (30.02%).

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, this research was motivated by a lack of understanding of customers about margins, giving rise to customer perceptions that margins in Islamic banks are the same as interest in conventional banks.This study aims to determine how much influence customer perceptions and margins have on the customer's decision to finance griya at Bank BSI KCP Bandung Majalaya.The type of research is quantitative associative. The type of data used is primary data processed using statistical applications, and using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires.The population is home financing customers in 2022 with a sample of 58 people. The results showed that customer perception had a significant effect of 39.1% on griya financing decisions, margin had a significant effect of 37.1% on griya financing decisions, and simultaneously customer perceptions and margins had a significant effect of 39.1% on griya financing decisions at Bank BSI KCP Bandung Majalaya.

Abstract

The design of a website-based public administration service information system is a system for solving problems in the administration section in Cileles Village. The design of this website-based administrative service information system uses the Rapid Application Development development method with stages with the Joint requirement planning (JRP) technique, Joint application design (JAD) technique, information system construction and transition. The research method used is descriptive method, to obtain data using the method of observation, interviews and literature study. This website is implemented using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and uses the Laragon application to connect to the MYSQL database. The results of the study show that website-based public administration services in Cileles Village can improve people's welfare in the process of making public administration services more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Cahaya Abadi Nagreg Shop is a shop that operates in the field of selling construction materials. In the process of handling building materials warehouses, manual processing is still used. Therefore, it requires an optimal system to increase operational efficiency. The design of a building materials inventory information system is a system that will be built to minimize the problems faced in the building materials inventory information system. The methodology used in this Building Material Inventory Information System is Object Oriented (OOAD) and uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) model and is supported by the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for a well-structured software engineering process. With a stock recording system, errors when recording or losing item data can be minimized, transactions become faster, then orders can be made both offline and online.

Abstract

The puspose of this study aims to determine the financial performance of Bank BJB for the 2018-2022 period when analyzed using the economic value added, market value added and financial value added methods. The object of this research is the financial statements of Bank BJB for the 2018-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The results showed that the economic value added generated by Bank BJB experienced a positive increase of IDR 52,979,972 (in millions), which means that the bank can generate economic added value that can cover obligations to shareholders and has carried out management properly. Meanwhile, the results of market value added at Bank BJB received positive results of IDR 489,798,192 (in millions), which means that the company has succeeded in increasing the value of capital and increasing the wealth of companies and investors, while the results of financial value added showed positive results of IDR 8,970,155 (in millions) which means that Bank BJB is able to create financial added value because net profit and depreciation are able to cover Equivalent Depreciation.

Abstract

In teaching English, the teacher has a role in creating a classroom atmosphere that makes students willing to learn. There are politeness strategies that can be used by teachers in requesting students. This study aims to find the types of politeness strategies used and to find the implications of using politeness strategies in the teaching and learning process. To analyse the politeness strategies used by the teacher, a theory proposed by Brown and Levinson (1978) is used. The politeness strategies are bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness, and off record. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis at the eleventh-grade class in SMAN Cimanggung. As the result, there are four politeness strategies used by teacher in making request: bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness, and off record. This study also found out the implications of using politeness strategies are effective communication, cooperative interaction, and less imposition. Besides, the result can be used as evaluation material for teachers and schools in using politeness strategies to persuade the students to fulfill the request. For further studies can be conducted at a different focus thus the use of politeness strategies will more revealed.
