Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of risk management and internal audit on financing policies at Bank Muamalat KCP Ujung Berung both partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is the financing policy at Bank Muamalat KCP Ujung Berung. The type of research is associative quantitative. The type of data in this study is primary data, and data collection techniques are observation, interviews, literature studies, questionnaires. The population amounted to 35 people, while the determination of the sample using the slovin formula was 32 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between risk management on Financing Policy by 40.9%, there was a significant influence between internal audit on Financing Policy by 42,7% , and simultaneously there is a significant influence between risk management and internal audit on financing policies at Bank Muamalat Sub-Branch Office Ujung Berung by 42,8.

Abstract

The problems that occur are fluctuating employee performance achievements, lack of employee work experience and lack of comfort in the physical work environment in the company. This research aims to determine respondents' responses regarding the situation and how much influence work experience variables and the physical work environment have on employee performance at PT. BPR Hayura Artalola and its partial and simultaneous influence. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research was 43 employees with a sample of all employees at PT. BPR Hayura Artalola using non-probability sampling techniques, saturated sampling. Based on the results of data distribution, it was found that work experience was in the fairly high category, the physical work environment was in the quite good category and employee performance was in the good category. Based on the results of the determination test, it was found that work experience had an effect on employee performance by 57.4%, physical work environment had an effect on employee performance by 24%. Work Experience and Physical Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance by 65.4%. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that work experience influences employee performance with a sig. of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) and the t-count value is 7.231 > t-table 2.021. The physical work environment influences employee performance with a sig. of 0.001 (0.001 < 0.05) and the t-count value is 3.419 > t-table 2.021. Based on simultaneous hypothesis testing, it shows that work experience and physical work environment influence employee performance with a sig. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and F-count value > F-table (40.728 > 3.232).

Abstract

The main problem in marketing communications is the communication channels that can be used in marketing programs. The purpose of this research is to answer the question of how the role of social media Instagram on the development of digital marketing. This research applies the Systematic Literature Review method. Based on the results, the researcher found 136 Scopus articles in a search using Publish or Perish and the help of other applications such as Zotero, Mendeley, VOSViewer, and Microsoft Excel which were then filtered into 55 selected articles for descriptive analysis. The findings show that social media Instagram has contributed to the development of digital marketing. Social media Instagram has played a role as a marketing communication medium, increasing brand awareness, influencing consumer engagement and behavior, and generating data that supports marketing strategies.

Abstract

There are many unpleasant situations when writing a paper, so students need to have academic resilience. Students who have good academic resilience will be able to struggle so that when faced with difficulties or pressure in an academic setting they will not give up easily, academic resilience will change students' thinking styles and the level of academic success. Resilient students will be able to overcome difficulties experienced, rise from the pressure they face, be able to manage stress, emotions that arise as a result of situations that occur. The research that was conducted had the aim of measuring the resilience of academic students who were compiling paper at Ma'soem University based on gender. Measuring student academic resilience is considered important because it will be able to measure a student's ability to deal with pressure in an academic setting. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and survey approach. The number of sampling is 122 person. Analysis of the data used to find out the profile is the three categorization formula and testing the difference using the t-test formula. The results of the study revealed that in general the condition of student academic resilience was in the high category and there was no difference in the level of academic resilience between students and female students.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to shorten the time and facilitate the selection process of prospective Indonesian workers and create a decision support system based on performance appraisal criteria in the selection of prospective workers so as to obtain objective results, as well as to minimize errors from the selection process of prospective Indonesian workers to work in Japan at PT. Sarekah Insan Atama Foundation. This thesis uses a Decision Support System with the TOPSIS method then a system development method using OOAD (object-oriented analysis and design). The results showed that the creation of this website-based application can facilitate the CTKI Selection assessment process to work in Japan at PT. Sarekah Insan Atama Foundation.

Abstract

Based on the observation results, that the background of this research is that there has been a decrease in the number of current account customers in the last two years, this is due to poor word of mouth promotion and also service excellent that does not meet customer expectations which can affect customer confidence in taking decision. This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth promotion and excellent service on customers' decisions to choose current account products partially or simultaneously at bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur. The object of research in this thesis is BTN Giro customers at bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, lists of statements (questionnaire), observation and literature study. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population is all Current Account customers at the bank BTN Kantor Cabang Bandung Timur, totaling 838 people with a sample of 89 people. The results showed that there was a significant effect of word of mouth promotion on the decisions of BTN Giro customers at the BTN bank East Bandung Branch Office of 33.7% where the value of tcount>ttable (6.646>1.662), there was a significant influence of service excellent on customer decisions BTN demand deposits amounted to 40.3% where the value of thitun> ttable (7.656> 1.662), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between word of mouth promotion and service excellent on customer decisions choosing current account products at bank BTN East Bandung Branch Office of 52% with F test results Fcount <Ftable (46.62).

Abstract

The design of a procurement and expenditure information system is a system created to facilitate school administrators, especially the infrastructure section in carrying out the supply and expenditure of goods for all purposes in supporting learning activities. The process of procuring and dispensing equipment that is currently running at SMK Al Amah Cimanggung is still being done by hand in a book, so this process is quite time-consuming as well as the possibility of loss or damage to data on procurement and expenditure of equipment can be said to be quite likely to be lost or damaged. This research uses the OOAD (Object oriented analysis design) method with the RUP model consisting of stages: Inception, elaboration, construction, transition. UML (Unified Modeling Language) devices use Use Case, Flow of Event, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. The results showed that this information system can make it easier for schools, especially the facilities department that manages the procurement and expenditure of equipment to be optimal when carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Total Physical Response (TPR) is one of the methods used in English language teaching. This method was created by James Asher (1964) and is designed to make students more interested and less bored. This study aims to find out whether or not the Total Physical Response method can improve vocabulary acquisition in fourth grade students at Al Ma'soem Elementary School. This study used pre-experiment research. The sample taken was only one class by giving a pre-test and post-test to the experimental group of 25 students. The results of the analysis of the value of t_((0.975)) for a two-sided test on the distribution of students (t) dk = 23 obtained t table = 2.069. From the results of the calculation of t count = 10.360, which is in the H0 rejection area, it is concluded that there is an effect of using the Total Physical Response method in teaching vocabulary to grade IV students.

Abstract

Based on the observation results, the background of this research is that the number of customers for MSME at PT BPRS PNM Mentari Garut financing products is far greater than MSME credit products at  Bank Perumda BPR Garut KCP Limbangan. This study aims to determine the comparison between MSME financing at PT BPRS PNM Mentari Garut with MSME credit at Bank Perumda BPR Garut KCP Limbangan in terms of terms, conditions, procedures and margin/interest calculations seen from the SWOT analysis. The object of this study is MSME financing products at PT BPRS PNM Mentari Garut with MSME loans at Bank Perumda BPR Garut KCP Limbangan, using a comparative qualitative method with the help of SWOT analysis and the type of data is primary data. Using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that MSME financing products and MSME loans are seen from the strengths (Strenght), namely, there are 7 conditions for applying for MSME financing and 11 conditions for applying for MSME loans, for weakness, there are 5 provisions for applying for MSME financing and 7 conditions for applying for MSME loans, From the opportunities, there are 5 stages of procedures for applying for MSME financing and 5 stages of procedures for applying for MSME loans, seen from threats, namely, there is competition for marketing credit products with other banks that apply lower interest rates than Perumda BPR Garut KCP Limbangan banks.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, that the background of this research is the decline in the number of members in the last 2 years and the lack of public knowledge of the Cooperative. This study aims to determine how knowledge, attitudes and personality influence the behavior of members of the IKOPIN Jatinangor Big Family Cooperative. The object of research in this thesis is members of the IKOPIN Jatinangor Big Family Cooperative. The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The sampling technique is non probability sampling with convenience sampling type. The population is all members in the IKOPIN Jatinangor Big Family Cooperative, totaling 1,147 people with a sample of 100 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between knowledge on the behavior of members; there was a significant influence between attitudes towards member behavior; there is a significant influence between personality on member behavior and simultaneously there is a significant influence of knowledge, attitudes and personality on member behavior at the IKOPIN Jatinangor Big Family Cooperative.
