Abstract

The development of the internet from year to year is increasingly experiencing a very rapid spread. The benefits of the internet can also be felt in the field of education where the internet can help all activities in the field of education to make it easier and faster, one of which is the process of accepting new students. In this study it was found that the system used in accepting new students was still manual and did not work well. Referring to the research objectives and the results of observations made, the solution to overcome this problem is to create a new system to solve existing problems.the design uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) system design. The results showed that design of a new student registration information system is able to improve the delivery of information, provide services quickly and as a medium for school promotion.

Abstract

Ice cream is a frozen dessert with a lot of milk that everyone likes. One factor determining thePquality of icePcream is the density of ice cream consisting of fat, protein, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals. The purple sweet potato flour and soybean extract can be added into the dough to improve the density and characteristics of the ice cream as a whole. This researchPhas been carried out to determine the balance of purple sweet potato flour and soybean extract the most appropriate to produce ice cream with the best characteristics. The methPused in this research isPthe experimental method with the Acute Group Project consisting of five treatments of the balance of purple-striped wax and silk sari which are A (35:65:0), B (30:65:5), C (25:65:10), D (20:65:15), dan E (15:65:20). Each treatment was repeated five times. ThePresults showed thatPtreatment B, namely thePaddition of 5 grams of thePpurple sweetPpotato flour to the textkaure, produced the best characteristics of ice cream based on organoleptic tests of color, taste, texture and aroma.

Abstract

Based on observation results, that the background of this research is the tendency for a decrease in BSI Griya Hasanah customers at BSI KCP Garut Kadungora over the past three years. This is caused by the lack of Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Media Communication at BSI KCP Garut Kadungora, which affects customer interest in choosing BSI Griya Hasanah at the bank. This study aims to find out how Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Media Communication influence the interest in choosing BSI Griya Hasanah products, both partially and simultaneously at BSI KCP Garut Kadungora. The research object is BSI Griya Hasanah customers. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population is all BSI Griya Hasanah customers at BSI KCP Garut Kadungora, totaling 72 people with a sample of 61 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between brand awareness on customer interest in BSI Griya Hasanah of 59,2% where the value of t count > t table (9,251 > 2,001), there was a significant influence between brand image on the interest of BSI Griya Hasanah customers by 59,9% with the results of the t test where t count > t table (9,378 > 2,001), there is a significant effect between media communication on customer interest BSI Griya Hasanah of 43,6% with the t test results where t count > t table (6,758 > 2,001), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between brand awareness, brand image and media communication on interest in choosing BSI Griya Hasanah products of 68,5% for R2 with F test results where f count > f table (41,229 > 2,76).

Abstract

The research conducted on the learning process of new students revealed numerous identified issues. These issues include suboptimal learning outcomes resulting from time constraints and inadequate learning materials due to limited access to information provided by teachers.The research conducted on the learning process of new students revealed numerous identified issues. These issues include suboptimal learning outcomes resulting from time constraints and inadequate learning materials due to limited access to information provided by teachers.The website has been developed utilizing the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) web programming language and incorporates a MySQL database. The primary objective of this system's design is to enhance student learning by enabling access to educational resources through an internet network. This accessibility feature is anticipated to streamline the process of obtaining information and materials, ultimately leading to an enhanced learning experience.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews, the background of this research is the fluctuating customers that occur in multipurpose products at KSPP Syariah Citra Pasundan Utama Bandung. In connection with this, the author wants to know the position of Multipurpose products by conducting a SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity and threats on multipurpose products at KSPP Syariah Citra Pasundan Utama Bandung so that it can determine the strategy that must be carried out based on the results of EFAS and IFAS analysis.The object of this research aims to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats contained in this multipurpose product. The type of research is descriptive qualitative, the type of data is the premier data collection technique in the form of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation study. The results showed that KSPP Syariah Citra Pasundan Utama Bandung's multipurpose products had: 6 items, 6 weaknesses, 6 opportunities, and 6 threats. The analysis results show that the position of multipurpose products is in quadrant I which is aggressive with the Strengths and Opportunity (S-O) pattern and there are 5 strategy points in it.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out aims to obtain an informative description of learning motivation, differences in behavior of students who have high and low learning motivation, and to find out the group guidance services provided by guidance and counseling teachers in increasing the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Cileunyi. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the mobility of students who are accustomed to learning face-to-face and interacting at school, then they are required to be able to quickly adapt to the online learning system and limit activities outside the home. After the COVID-19 pandemic ended, students again had to adapt to changes in the face-to-face learning system in the classroom as usual so that it had an impact on the differences in learning motivation shown by each student. As an effort to increase student learning motivation, especially in Class VIII, guidance and counseling teachers provide group guidance services so that students can increase their learning motivation through the process of group interaction. This study used a qualitative method (qualitative research), with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were school principals, homeroom teachers, and guidance andcounseling teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Cileunyi. The results of this study showed that each student has a variety of learning motivation, namely high and low. In an effort to increase student learning motivation, the principal, guidance and counseling teachers, and homeroom teachers have an active role. The principal's role is to provide direction and work together with all teaching staff and extracurricular coaches, the homeroom teacher's role is to pay attention and hold question and answer sessions and discussions with rewards so that students are motivated to learn. Meanwhile, the guidance and counseling teacher has the role of implementing counseling and guidance services. guidance and counseling teachers carry out group guidance by means of group discussions, role playing, playing games, and providing information through video shows. Group guidance topics presented are about time management, Children's responsibility for their role as student adolescents, as well as how to learn effectively and understand the reasons for learning difficulties.

Abstract

Students are often faced with adjustment problems such as acceptance and rejection in interactions with their environment. Apart from that, individuals also tend to expect themselves to develop for the better. This can be realized if individuals understand their abilities by having confidence, courage and self-confidence. This research aims to analyze the extent of the positive relationship between self-confidence and social adjustment of Ma'soem University students class of 2022. This research uses quantitative correlational methods with a population of 416 and a research sample of 204 students using stratified random sampling techniques. The measuring instruments used are a self-confidence scale based on aspects from Lauster (2012) and a social adjustment scale based on aspects from Hurlock (2013). The research results show a significance value (p) that is much smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient value of 0.689. Thus, there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and the social adjustment of Ma'soem University students class of 2022 which is relatively strong. Students with high levels of self-confidence tend to have better social adjustment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the important role of education for children, including children with special needs. The government supports inclusive education through Permendikbud No 70 of 2009, but existing learning methods do not fully meet their needs. As of October 2023, there were 306,980 children with special needs attending school, yet learning methods continue to evolve. This research aims to analyze the role of the PAIKEM (Active, Inspiring, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning) approach in increasing the learning participation of students with special needs at Sekolah Alam SKLC. PAIKEM is applied as an inclusive learning method and focuses on developing students' potential by accommodating various learning styles. The emphasis on outdoor learning activities and hands-on experiences is proven to increase student engagement. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. The results show that the PAIKEM approach is effective in improving motivation, engagement and learning outcomes of students with special needs. In addition, this approach also supports the creation of better inclusive education. The importance of collaboration between teachers, school managers and parents is a contributing factor to the success of this method and plays a role in the holistic development of students. This research provides practical implications for other schools that want to implement inclusive and student experience-centered learning methods.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of intensity of PD BPR Bank Sumedang KC Tanjungsari in promoting advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity, in addition to the amount of competition between banks, both Islamic banks and conventional banks, which affects the decrease in the number of customers. This research aims to determine the influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity on brand equity at PD BPR Bank Sumedang KC Tanjungsari partially and simultaneously. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, questionnaires. Meanwhile, the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type. The population is all customers at PD BPR Bank Sumedang KC Tanjungsari in 2023, totaling 5,324 customers with a sample of 99 customers. The data analysis and hypothesis tests used were multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, t-test and F test.  The research results show that advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, and publicity partially influence brand equity by 21.5%, 24.1%, 20.8%, and 29.6%, as well as simultaneously advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity have an effect of 59.6% on brand equity.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the background to this research is the fluctuation in the number of KPR credit customers caused by strategic planning and strategy implementation carried out by Bank BJB Jatinangor Branch Office. This research aims to find out how to implement the Segmenting strategy, Targeting and Positioning in marketing home ownership loans at Bank BJB Jatinangor Branch Office. The object of this research is the marketing strategy in marketing home ownership loans at Bank BJB Jatinangor Branch Office. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The type of data is primary data with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The research results show that (1) there are four indicators that constitute a segmenting strategy, namely demographics, behavior, psychographics and geography. (2) there are two indicators that become targeting strategies, namely selective specialization and product specialization strategies. (3) there are four indicators that become a positioning strategy, namely attributes, price, product users, and benefits. The data analysis technique used in this research is the interaction analysis technique model, namely a process carried out through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The object of this research is an analysis of the application of segmenting targeting and positioning strategies in marketing home ownership credit (KPR) at Bank BJB Jatinangor branch office.
