Abstract

This study aims to audit the Learning Management System (LMS) system at Bhakti Kencana University Bandung using the COBIT 2019 framework with a focus on  the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain. This research includes three main objectives: (1) Conducting an audit of the LMS system by utilizing COBIT 2019 in the DSS domain, (2) Evaluating the maturity, security, and convenience level of the LMS system, and (3) Providing recommendations and suggestions for future system management improvements. The method used is quantitative with an analysis of the implementation and effectiveness of the system. The audit results showed that the LMS system's achievement value was at level 4, namely Managed and Measurable, which indicates that the institution has a clear process and all teams understand how the process works. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of support service request management at Bhakti Kencana University Bandung has met the standards measured in the COBIT 2019 framework, especially in the analysis of  DSS1 (Managing Service and Support Requests), DSS2 (Managing Infrastructure and Platform), and DSS3 (Managing Information Security and Data Privacy). The service and support of the e-learning  system are rated very good

Abstract

The background of the problem, research objectives, research methods, as well as results and discussionThe background to this research is the increasingly competitive climate in the business world, especially clothing products. PT Jin Myoung Industrial, located in Padalarang, realizes the importance of marketing by utilizing advances in information technology. Marketing activities are not only carried out conventionally but also using social media, one of which uses Tiktok media. This study aims to analize the impact of TikTok Shop live streaming content at PT. Jin Myoung Industrial Padalarang on online consumer comfort, and its effects on purchasing decisions. Specifically, the research evaluates how the perceived comfort of consumers from watching live streaming content can influence their decision to make a purchase. The research method is quantitative with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to the Tiktok audience of PT Jin Myoung products. Sample collection uses total sampling or sensing where the population is the same as the sample size, namely 93 people. The research results show that Tiktok Shop live streaming content (X) has a significant effect of 72.2% on comfort (Z). Convenience (Z) has a significant effect of 77.1% on purchasing decisions (Y). And Tiktok Shop's live streaming content has a significant influence of 69.3% on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the optimal ratio of purple sweet potato flour and mocaf flour to achieve the best characteristics of milk pie, focusing on water content, organoleptic properties, carbohydrate content, and crude fiber. The research was carried out at the Chemistry and Food Processing Laboratories of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ma'soem University, with chemical testing conducted at the Chemistry Laboratory of Bakti Asih Bandung College and the Food Technology Laboratory at the Faculty of Engineering, Pasundan University, from March to July 2024. The experimental method used was a Randomized Group Design (RAK). The treatments included varying proportions of purple sweet potato flour and mocaf flour at 70%:30%, 60%:40%, 50%:50%, 40%:60%, and 30%:70%, with each treatment repeated five times. The analysis covered water content, carbohydrate content, crude fiber content, and organoleptic evaluation, including color, aroma, taste, and texture of the milk pie. The findings revealed that a 60% purple sweet potato flour and 40% mocaf flour ratio produced the best milk pie characteristics, based on preference levels for color (3.76 - liked), aroma (4.04 - liked), and texture (3.68 - liked), along with a carbohydrate content of 12.19% and crude fiber of 3.98%.

Abstract

Data Mining simplifies and accelerates the process of distributing social assistance funds, namely direct cash assistance from village funds and has a significant impact. One of the causes of the problem is due to inappropriate and inaccurate data, so that assistance is often not on target and also the lack of limited access to technology to manage population data updates which causes social assistance not to reach groups of people who really need it. The purpose of this study is to apply Data Mining for the distribution of social assistance funds to the community in the Rancaekek Kulon Village Area and to find out the accuracy of the results of the application of data mining using Rapidminer Tools and also to increase the efficiency and speed in the process of distributing social assistance funds in Rancaekek Kulon Village. Data analysis and implementation with the K-Means Clustering algorithm was carried out by manual calculation using Microsoft Excel and then tested using RapidMiner software. The data used in this study is 526 data. The application of data mining using the K-Means Clustering algorithm can be used to group people who are eligible and unworthy of receiving assistance by producing 2 clusters, namely C0 (Not Feasible) and C1 (Feasible). The results obtained from the RapidMiner test were unfeasible community groups, namely C0 (Not Feasible) as many as 206 data and C1 (Feasible) as many as 320 data. Where the Davice Bouldin Index (DBI) was obtained from the formation of the cluster as much as 0.701 which means that the cluster is quite good because it is close to 0. Based on the calculation of data using Microsoft Excel, namely the Unfit Community group (C0) as many as 232 data and the Decent Community group (C1) as many as 294 data with the accuracy results obtained from the validation that has been carried out through the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) validation on Microsoft Excel, which is 0.378

Abstract

In this study it was found that the system used in the data processing process was still manual and semi-computerized using paper and Mirosoft Excel. This still causes difficulties for employees when looking for data on students who have not made payments and who have made payments, recording expenses, and when compiling reports. The method used in this research is System Depelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes planning, needs analysis, design, code, test, maintenance, and hardware and software requirements. The author uses Flowmap analysis, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Dictionary, Structure Chart. The implementation of the school financial information system in smk ganesha cimanggung is built using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0. The results of designing this information system to facilitate employees in finding the balance of receipts, payments, expenses and making reports

Abstract

The Baraya Suci Joint Business Cooperative is one of the cooperatives that has several business divisions. In order to improve equipment recording, the author designed and developed a Website-based equipment ineventarization recording information system. The creation of the Web-Based Equipment Inventory Recording Information System report at the Joint Venture Cooperative of Baraya Suci is designed to help record equipment so that it can be known at any time and avoid data duplication and data loss. This Final Project was made based on the description method approach in collecting data and information needed to interpret objects systematically, factually, accurately and in accordance with the facts. Meanwhile, the system design uses the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) method with the UML (Unifed Model Languange) model. With this system, it can help the Baraya Suci Joint Business Cooperative in recording equipment in a more orderly, productive, efficient manner and can also provide information in real time.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which digital marketing and customer relationship marketing influence consumer loyalty at PT. Muawanah Al-Ma’soem. The research employed a quantitative associative approach, with data collected through questionnaires The data testing tools used in this study consist of validity test, reliability test, and normality test. Furthermore, hypothesis testing is carried out through multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The sample consisted of 68 respondents out of a total population of 208 individuals. The analysis results show that digital marketing has a significant impact on consumer loyalty, with a t-value of 21.217, which is greater than the critical t-table value of 1.668, and a significance level of 0.000. Likewise, customer relationship marketing also demonstrates a significant influence, with a t-value of 15.795 and a significance level below 0.001. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect consumer loyalty, as evidenced by the F-test result of 272.312, exceeding the F-table value of 3.138 with a significance level below 0.001. The combined coefficient of determination of 89.3% indicates that the integration of digital marketing and customer relationship marketing strategies plays a crucial role in building consumer loyalty.
