Abstract

The background of this study is the issue of organizational culture such as employees who are accustomed to leaving the office prematurely and the work environment such as inadequate storage facilities that cause untidiness in the employee's workspace. This study aims to determine how organizational culture and work environment influence employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT Tirta Investama DC Bandung. The type of research is quantitative with an associative method. The collection technique is through questionnaires, observations and interviews with employees of the company being studied. The population is all production employees at PT Tirta Investama DC Bandung, totaling 114 people with a sample of 54 people. The results of the study at PT Tirta Investama Distribution Center Bandung showed that there was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance of 44.4% with the results of t count > t table (6.442 > 1.298) meaning H1 was accepted, there was a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance of 28.1% with the results of t count > t table (4.503> 1.298) meaning H1 was accepted, and simultaneously there was a significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance of 51% with the results of the F test f count > f table (26.550> 2.19).

Abstract

Based on the observations, this research is motivated by several issues faced by consumers, such as dishonest drivers and discrepancies between the estimated and actual arrival times provided by the InDrive app. This is despite the fact that InDrive offers various conveniences and benefits to its users.This study aims to determine the impact of service quality, pricing, and brand image on consumer decisions in choosing InDrive as an online transportation service. The object of this research is InDrive users at Ma'soem University. The research employs a quantitative associative approach with primary data, utilizing data collection techniques such as surveys, questionnaires, and literature review. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. The population consists of faculty members, administrators, and students at Ma'soem University, with a sample size of 101 individuals. The research findings indicate a significant impact of service quality on consumer decisions to choose InDrive as an online transportation service, as evidenced by the t-test results where the t-value (16.600) is greater than the t-table value (1.985). There is also a significant effect of pricing on consumer decisions to choose InDrive, as demonstrated by the t-test results where the t-value (3.446) exceeds the t-table value (1.985). Additionally, brand image significantly influences consumer decisions to choose InDrive, with the t-test results showing the t-value (9.810) surpassing the t-table value (1.985). Furthermore, the simultaneous impact of service quality, pricing, and brand image on consumer decisions to choose InDrive is significant, as indicated by the F-test results where the F-value (155.798) is greater than the F-table value (2.36).

Abstract

Complementary foods for breast milk (MP-ASI) are complementary foods for breast milk that are made to help meet the nutritional needs of babies. The aim of this research is to obtain the right substitute for corn flour to obtain water content, carbohydrate content, phosphorus and organoleptic content. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replication. The research data is collected, then processed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). If there are significant differences, then followed by Duncan’s multiple range test. The results of the research showed that the best substitution treatment or corn flour for wheat flour on the characteristics of katuk leaf MP-ASI biscuits was found in treatment C (30:70) with a water content of 4,77%, carbohydrate content of 21,37%, phosphorus of 111mg/30g, a dissolving time of 42,46 second, and a preference level value for taste, aroma, color, and texture respectively were 3,62 (neutral to like, 3,69(neutral to like), 3,89 (neutral to like), 3,67 (neutral to like). This determination is based on the resultof the bayes test.

Abstract

Based on the result of observations and interviews, the background to this research is the decline in the number of employess in recent years. This research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, both partially and simultaneously, on organizational citizenship behavior at BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha Garut. The object of research in this thesis is employess at BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha Garut. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The population is 41 employees and the sample is 38 employees. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, with test results where the calculated –t value < -t table (-2,130 < -2,028). There is a significant influence beetwen organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and the results t test where t value > t table (7,401 > 2,028). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at BPRS Harum Hikmahnugraha Garut with the result of the F test where the calculated T value > F table (47,827 > 3,27).

Abstract

Mocaf is a flour that can be used as an alternative to wheat flour. Several factors in mocaf processing can produce flour with poor characteristics, ranging from small yields, high moisture content, brownish color and sour aroma. Some of the factors that influence the making of mocaf flour are the temperature and drying time of cassava chips. The purpose of this research is to determine the right temperature and time period in the drying process of cassava chips so as to obtain good mocaf flour characteristics. The research method used was the experimental method using a factorial pattern Randomized Group Design. The treatments consisted of drying temperature (60oC, 70oC and 80oC) as the main factor and drying time (12 hours, 16 hours and 20 hours) as the second factor, each treatment repeated 3 times. The research was conducted at the Chemistry Laboratory and Food Processing Laboratory of Ma'soem University, Sumedang, from March to July 2024. The results showed that the best drying temperature was 80oC which gave a yield of 26.34%, a degree of fineness of 99.89% and a moisture content of 5.09%. The best drying time was 16 hours with a yield of 23.39%, a degree of fineness of 99.69%, a moisture content of 5.93% and a color value of 3.66. There is an interaction between temperature and drying time. The combination of 60oC drying temperature with a period of 20 hours is the best treatment with a yield of 29.05%, a degree of fineness of 99.93% and a moisture content of 5.33%.

Abstract

The growth of internet users in Indonesia is always increasing, especially internet users in the form of social media which in real-time and without limits can connect between people or groups in a social-based platform. Social media is also an effective sales promotion support tool in achieving sales targets. In addition to promotion, Brand Image or brand image as a form of identity of the products offered to customers. So that these two things might affect consumer loyalty. This phenomenon certainly makes business people, especially food business businesses that have been established since several years ago such as Richeese Factory, have to adjust their promotional strategies to follow people's habits so that the corporate identity that has been built can still exist today. This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing Instagram, and Brand Image on Richeese Factory consumer loyalty. The approach taken in the research is the Quantitative method. The sample in this study were 100 respondents obtained from followers of the @richeese_factory Instagram account where the data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms, with the independent variables in this study, namely Social Media Marketing Instagram (X1), and Brand Image (X2), then the dependent variable is Loyalty (Y). Data processing is done through the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study are that Social Media Marketing Instagram and Brand Image has a positive significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews, the background of this research is the level of credit collectibility in KREATIF products which increases every year. This study aims to determine the influence of character and customer income, both partially and simultaneously on credit collectibility on KREATIF products at Perumda BPR Bank Sumedang Tanjungsari. The object of research in this thesis is KREATIF product customers at Perumda BPR Bank Sumedang Tanjungsari. The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The sample technique used is non probability sampling and the type of sample in this study is accidental sampling. The population was 617 customers with a sample of 87 customers. The results showed that there was an effect of character on collectability of 0.421 or 42.1%, income on collectability of 0.234 or 23.4%, and simultaneously the effect of character and customer income on credit collectibility on KREATIF products at Perumda BPR Bank Sumedang Tanjungsari was 0.434 or 43.4%.

Abstract

Career counseling plays a crucial role in preparing young generations for a dynamic workforce. This study aims to analyze the role of career counseling services at public Islamic high schools (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 and 2) in Sungai Penuh City in preparing students for the world of work. A qualitative approach with a multi-site study design was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 final-year students and 2 guidance and counseling teachers, as well as participatory observations, followed by thematic analysis. The results indicate that career counseling consistently contributes to enhancing students’ self-awareness, career planning, and soft skills development. This process helps students align personal interests and spiritual values with career opportunities. These findings support career development theories and provide a practical basis for strengthening counseling services in schools with a religious background. In conclusion, career counseling services need to be optimized with a personalized and integrated approach. Further research is recommended to explore the quantitative impact of these services

Abstract

The development of social media has had a significant impact on product marketing and sales. While social media provides opportunities for companies to increase brand exposure and expand market reach, it also serves as a source of negative information that can damage brand image and reduce sales performance. This study aims to analyze mitigation strategies for addressing the negative effects of social media on product sales. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey of 100 respondents, analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results show that negative social media exposure decreases sales by 1.85%, whereas mitigation strategies increase sales by 2.14%. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.72 indicates that 72% of the variation in sales changes can be explained by negative social media effects and mitigation strategies. Furthermore, t-tests and F-tests confirm that both variables have a significant impact on sales performance. These findings demonstrate that structured mitigation strategies are effective in helping companies counter the negative impact of social media and maintain sales stability.

Abstract

Quarter Life Crisis (QLC) is an emotional crisis condition often experienced by final-year students during the transition phase to early adulthood. This study aims to deeply understand this experience. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, this study explored the subjective experiences of five final-year students from the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at IAIN Kerinci, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results revealed that QLC is characterized by uncertainty about the future, intense social pressure, emotional disturbances, and a profound self-reflection process. The main triggers include psychological unpreparedness as an internal aspect and family expectations as an external factor. Students attempt to overcome QLC through social support, spiritual approaches, and other adaptation strategies. This study concludes that QLC is a significant and complex developmental phenomenon in the psychosocial journey of students, requiring structured support from the academic environment through adaptive and stigma-free counseling services.
