Abstract

This research is motivated by the gap between theory and practice on ROA, FDR and Size so that it affects ISR. This study aims to determine how the influence of the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility with the Islamic Social Reporting approach partially and simultaneously at Bank BJB Syariah. The object of research in this report is the annual report and sustainability report of Bank BJB Syariah for the period 2017-2021. This type of research is quantitative associative with secondary data type and data collection in the form of documentation and literature study. While the sampling technique is financial ratios. Population is the annual report and sustainability report. The results showed that there was no significant effect between ROA and ISR with the results of t-test where the value of tcount < ttable (1,265 < 2,919), there was no significant effect between FRD and ISR with the results of tcount < ttable (-1,130 < 2,919), and there is a significant effect between Size and ISR with tcount > ttable (4.103 > 2.919), and simultaneously there is no significant effect between ROA, FDR and Size on ISR at BJB Syariah Bank with the results of the F test where the value of Fcount < Ftable (0 ,0012<216).

Abstract

This background reviews how to optimize the efficiency, effectiveness of ASN zakat and digital zakat on receiving zakat using information technology in processing data by the amil if it is wrong, errors can occur. This study aims to find out how the analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of ASN zakat, and digital zakat, on zakat receipts at the Baznas of West Java Province for the 2018-2023 period. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data, by taking information on the BAZNAS Amil of West Java Province. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Efficiency Effectiveness of ASN zakat based on interviews with the head of the Department of Collection of ASNs can directly pay zakat through the official Baznas website, namely baznasjabar.org/zakat. And the assessment of the ASN zakat source aspect has four points. Results for Digital Zakat based on interviews with Digital Staff can be channeled through the official website, namely baznasjabar.org/zakat. And using the Simba Zakat application, you can also go through Mobile Banking, pay with QRIS such as Gopay, Ovo, Link Aja, Funds, and can pay with one of the Shopee E-Commers. And the assessment of aspects of digital zakat has four points. The results of receiving zakat funds based on interviews with the Head of the Distribution Division were given to the eight asnaf by selecting those who were entitled to receive them, which was carried out by a competent amil. distribution of zakat funds refers to PSAK No.109 and Zakat Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat. And the assessment of the aspect of receiving zakat funds has six points.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the weakness of the company's performance measurement system that focuses on financial aspects and ignores non-financial performance, so a performance measurement model is made using the balanced scorecard. This study aims to determine how the effect of the balanced scorecard on management performance in BPRS PNM Mentari Garut. The object of this research is to measure management performance. This type of research is quantitative associative. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. While the population is all employees, amounting to 42 people. The results showed that there was no influence of the financial perspective on management performance with the results of the t-test value tcount < ttable (1,933 < 2,021), there was a significant influence between the customer perspective on management performance and the results of the t test value tcount > ttable (3.182 > 2.021), there is a significant effect between the internal business process perspective on management performance with the results of the t-test value tcount > ttable (3,800 > 2,021), there is a significant influence between the learning and growth perspective on management performance with the t test results tcount > ttable (4,474 > 2,021), Simultaneously the Balanced Scorecard has a significant effect on management performance, it can be seen in the F test that the value of Fcount > Ftable (5.835 > 2.63).

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of service quality on perceived customer satisfaction so that it influence of customer loyalty KPR financing at BSI KCP Bandung Buah Batu 3. This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty mortgage financing at BSI Bandung Branch Office Buah Batu 3 both partially and simultaneously. The object of research in this report is KPR customers at Bank BSI Sub Branch Office Bandung Buah Batu 3. The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population is all KPR financing customers at BSI Bandung Buah Batu 3 Sub-Branch Office, totaling 87 people with a sample of 47 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service quality on customer loyalty in mortgage financing at BSI KCP Bandung Buah Batu 3 is 60,7% with t test results where the value of tcount> ttable (8.331 > 2,412),), that there was a significant influence between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. KPR financing at BSI KCP Bandung Buah Batu 3 is 39,5% with t test results where the value of tcount> ttable (5,425 > 2,412), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in mortgage financing at BSI KCP Bandung Buah Batu 3 is 62,2% with the results of the F test where the value of Fcount > Ftable (36,144 > 2,42).

Abstract

The design of the value processing information system is a system created to solve problems in the administration department at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka, more precisely in the student value processing section. The process of processing student grades data at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka is still manual in synchronizing grades from subject teachers with homeroom teachers, so it can cause problems, namely it can take a lot of time to synchronize, the ineffectiveness of processing student grades, and cannot be accessed by students as information. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based value processing application system which is expected to help simplify and shorten the time in processing grades at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka. This thesis is made based on the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method approach, which includes feasibility study, investigation, analysis, design, implementation, and review and maintenance. Then use the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method approach as a system development method that focuses on architecture (architecture-centric), and is more directed based on use cases (use case driven). The final result of research is the development of the Student Values Information System Design application at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka is the existence of a website-based application that can provide convenience in the processing of grades at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, that the background of this research is about the costs, revenues, income and R/C of Rice Field Farming per Hectare in One Planting Season. This study aims to determine the cost, revenue, income and R/C of Rice Field Farming per Hectare in One Planting Season in Jati Village, Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency. The object of this research is the Analysis of Income and Feasibility of Paddy Rice Farming. The type of research used is a survey method, namely observation or investigation by asking for responses from respondents consisting of interviews and questionnaires to obtain good information on a particular problem in a particular area or location. This study takes the case of lowland rice farming on farmers in Jati Village, Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency. The results showed that the costs incurred in rice farming per hectare in one planting season were Rp. 33,620,945 and receipts of Rp. 64,443,135.5, so that an income of Rp. 30,822,190.5. The value of R/C rice farming is 1.98, meaning that from every Rp. 1.00 is issued, then the revenue is 1.98 and the income is 0.98.

Abstract

SMK AL-Farisi Leles is a private school in the Garut district. The activities in the processing of grades are still using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and then submitted to the homeroom teacher for inclusion in the report card of each student. This takes more time for the homeroom teacher to get the grades of each student subject because each teacher has a different schedule in the school. A website of information system design is a step taken to design a program using a website, which is a collection of several pages that are interconnected with other interconnected files to facilitate a process in an organization; in this case, we design a value-processing information system at SMKS Al-Farisi. It is known that some of the information needed to create a value processing information system is curriculum information, academy year, major, homeroom teacher, student, lesson, and the student's own grades. The value processing information system at SMK Al-Farisi Leles serves to facilitate the processing of grades, starting from the input process to making student value reports so that they can be managed effectively and efficiently. The design of this information system can streamline the time of the homeroom teacher in viewing student grade results without having to wait for Microsoft files from the teacher of each lesson. There is no need for a process of synchronizing grades by the homeroom teacher because the grades have been automatically caught by the system and can be accessed by students without limited space and time, so that students can see the value of learning outcomes anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fluctuating number of customer data for education savings products. Based on the results of observations and interviews, research shows that the cause of the fluctuation in the number of customer data for education savings products is influenced by Service Quality and Customer Value at Bank Syariah Indonesia Suropaticore Sub-Branch Office. This study aims to determine how the influence of Service Quality and Customer Value on Customer Satisfaction of Education Savings Products at Bank Syariah Indonesia Suropaticore Sub-Branch Office. Either partially or simultaneously. The object of this research is the customer of educational savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia Suropaticore Sub-Branch Office. The type of this research is quantitative with associative approach. This type of data uses primary data and uses data collection techniques through questionnaires and complementary data through observation, interviews, documentation, literature studies and questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, amounting to 75 people. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of Education Savings Products where tcount > ttable value (10.576>1,66629). Customer Value where tcount > ttable value (4.799>1,66629). has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Education Savings Products where tcount > ttable value. Simultaneously Service Quality and Customer Value have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Education Savings Products where F count = 56.063 > F table = 2,73.

Abstract

Yadika Cicalengka High School is one of the educational institutions. The payroll management system for teachers and employees at SMA Yadika Cicalengka is still semi-computerized, so it is necessary to have a new computer-based information system that can facilitate payroll management. The development method used in the design of this payroll information system, namely System Development (SDLC) or system life cycle, is a pattern taken to develop a software system with a waterfall model. By using several design tools including Data Flow Diagrams, Chart Structures, Flowmaps, and E-R Diagrams. The development of this information system uses Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language and is divided into three modules, namely master, transaction, report. The design of this information system is made as a solution to the above problems to facilitate the information system. Because the design of this system will improve the performance of the treasurer in payroll management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate percentage of mocaf flour substitution for the characteristics of the resulting wet noodles. The method used in this study was RAK with five treatments and five groups. The criteria for observations made on wet noodles included testing the water content, swelling power of the noodles, testing the elasticity of the noodles and organoleptik properties (taste, aroma and texture). The results showed that best percentage of mocaf flour substitution, namely treatment B (10%) has the best swelling power, the best elasticity and has the best texture compared to other mocaf flour substitution treatments.
