Abstract

PT. Bank Papua Cab. Fakfak Kali river is located in Madiun with 27,56 km2 large DAS Kali Sono. When the rain come,itcaused flood there. It is needed to solve the problem in which the capability to handle the waterdebitis low. The concept of planning and reconstructing system is flood handling system witharranging dike construction in all the left and right bank of the river.Nakayasu method is one method can be used to know the water debit in each 5 years based onthe arranged rainfall rate. The maximum debit from this accumulation is (Qtr 5) = 87.623 m/det2, soit is needed to reconstructing the river floor.After analize the water profil by using Standart FaseMethod by devide the flow into 58patok. The flow wide is plannedto get the fix profil. Dimensionwith the bank 1:1 is planned to build a dike with urugan ground. After controll the rembesan andaccumulate the stability, it shows savety dake result. From the savety wall analization with theworking force dan controlled to the rolle, movement, and ground pushment that happened to thesavety wall can fulfill the savety point which is appropriate with the legal savety.Keywords: River dimension arranging, dike

The addition of HDPE fibersis intended to increase the tensile strength of concrete.The concrete was mixed using gresik cement type PPC, sand with the gradation limits zone 2,the gravel with a maximum grain size of 20 mm, and HDPE fibers with a width of 0.5 cm and 2.5cm long. Variations in the addition of HDPE fibers are 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%,9%, 10% of the volume of the mixture. Tensile strength testing performed with a cylindrical testpiece with a diameter of 150 mm and 300 mm height at the age of 28 days of the test object. Tensilestrength of concrete data analysis using regression analysis.The results showed that the addition of HDPE fibers can increase the value of tensile strengthsides. There is a strong pull on the sides of the optimum levels of 4% with a tensile strength of 2.86MPa increased by 18%Key words: Concrete, HDPE fibers, Tensile strength

Abstract

Penggunaan copper slag sebagai bahan pengganti sebagian agregat halus karena copper slag memiliki bentuk dan gradasi yang menyerupai pasir alam. Bentuk fisik copper slag yaitu berbentuk pipih dan runcing (tajam) dan sebagian besar mengandung oksida besi dan silikat serta mempunyai sifat kimia yang stabil. Komposisi kimia copper slag terdiri dari Fe2O3, SiO2, CaO, Al2O3. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan copper slag sebagai pengganti sebagian agregat halus terhadap berat isi, kuat tekan, dan kuat tarik belah beton dengan variasi penggunaan copper slag sebesar 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% dan 100% dari volume agregat halus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan copper slag dapat meningkatkan berat isi, kuat tekan dan kuat tarik belah beton. Dari hasil pengujian, semakin bertambah variasi pemberian copper slag maka semakin bertambah pula berat isi beton tersebut. Kuat tekan tertinggi terjadi pada variasi 60% sebesar 35,73 MPa atau naik sekitar 22,32%. Dan untuk kuat tarik belah tertinggi terjadi pada variasi 60%  sebesar 3,12 MPa atau naik sekitar 5,76%.

PASIR KANDILO DAN KERIKIL PETANGIS SEBAGAI MATERIAL LOCAL TANAH GROGOT DALAM CAMPURAN BETONKandilo Sand And Gravel Petangis As Local Material Land Grogot In Mixed ConcreteKarmila AchmadJurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan Alamatkorespondensi : Jl Soekarno Hatta Km. 08, Balikpapanemail: milabpp@yahoo.co.idAbstractIn the effort to utilize local material, some of Tanah Grogot people use mix concrete of Kandilo sand and Petangis Gravel instead of common material, Palu Sand and Palu Gravel. The characteristics of these local material have not been identified. The purpose of this research are to give data of Tanah Grogot local material’s characteristic and to get the highest concrete strength for mixing variation commonly used by Tanah Grogot people, Kalimantan Timur. There are 4 variations of mix-concrete that were used i.e. Palu Sand + Palu Gravel (PPKP), Palu Sand+Petangis Gravel (PPKG), Kandilo sand+Palu Gravel (PGKP), Kandilo sand + Petangis Gravel (PKG). The results of the test show that the best average concrete strength was received by PPKG, 32.78 MPa, and the lowest average concrete strength belong to PKG, 17.05 MPa.Keywords: Petangis gravel, local Material, Kandilo sand, Tanah GrogotAbstrakDalam upaya memanfaat material local sebagian masyarakat Tanah Grogot menggunakan campuran beton berupa pasir Kandilo dan kerikil Petangis disamping material yang umum digunakan, yaitu pasir Palu dan kerikil Palu. Untuk karakteristik dan kelayakan material local ini sebagai material bangunan belum dilakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan data terkait karakteristik material local tanah grogot dan mendapatkan kuat tekan terbaik untuk perpaduan material bangunan yang umum digunakan oleh masyarakat Tanah Grogot, Kalimantan Timur. Ada 4 variasi campuran beton yang akan digunakan yaitu Pasir Palu+Kerikil Palu (PPKP), Pasir Palu+Kerikil Petangis (PPKG), Pasir Kandilo+Kerikil Palu (PGKP), Pasir Kandilo+Kerikil Petangis (PKG). Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh kuat tekan rata-rata terbaik pada variasi sampel PPKG yaitu 23,78 MPa dan kuat tekan rata-rata terendah adalah variasi sampel PKG yaitu 17,05 MPa.Kata kunci : Kerikil Petangis, Material local, Pasir Kandilo, Tanah Grogot

Abstract

Solidity construction of road of Indonesia generally are flexible solidity construction. One ofkind flexible solidity are solidity of ATB ( Asphalt Treated Base ) layer that give fundamental layerfunction that under surface layer which support and spread load along with place to put surfacelayer. Trial to asphalt are follow : penetration, flexible point, ductility, while trial of agregate follow: kind heavy ang agregate absorption, analysis of agregate filler. The thing of test trial of optimumasphalt degree is devided 5 variation namely 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5% and 7% wich each groups aremade 5 different sample with weight each 1200 gram. The optimum asphalt degree which be got6.5%. The thing of test trial of optimum asphalt by filler Bagasse Dust are made 11 groups by fillerdegree 6.42% early which be made 0% up to 90% of Bagasse dust according to weight with 10%interval, by each groups are made 3 samples. The study result showed that three are influence ofusing Bagasse dust as filler to Marshall Test value. Stability is shown by equation Y = 1672.5 +17.544 X – 0.2336 X2 gotten optimum Bagasse dust degree about 37.59% by stability value are2001.033 kg. The flow value is shown by equation Y = 4.05 + ( 2.7 E – 3 ) X – ( 1 E – 4 ) X2 byoptimum Bagasse dust degree about 13.5% is gotten flow value 4.05%. The hole in ATB compoundis shown by equation Y = 4.102 + ( 0.04 ) X – ( 5 E – 4 ) X2 is gotten optimum Bagasse dust about40% by air hole about 4.90%. To Marshall Quotient value may be shown by equation Y = 4.007 +( 0.046 ) X – ( 5 E – 4 ) X2 by optimum Bagasse dust degree about 46% by Marshall Quotient valueare 5.06 kN/mm.Key word : Asphalt Treated Base ( ATB ), Bagasse Dust.
