The high population and many activities causes a traffic jam in Malang. To reduce the traffic jam and help students reduce using private motorcycle, Malang goverment provide some free school bus for students. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis with the description of public transport operational performance analysis and analysis of vehicle operating costs. It also used SWOT method to determine the performance of the school bus, potential, problems and strategies used to develop a school bus. The results showed that operational performance is good with load factor value less than 1 every segment. The travel speed average is 40 km / hour about 40 until 60 minutes. The service time is about two times in every morning and afternoon and the waiting time of passengers between 5 to 10 minutes. The results of BOK calculation is Rp145.579,- a day which is subsidized by the government of Malang city. Based on the user’s perception of school buses, the most important factors considered are comfort, safety and reliability. Based on SWOT calculations, the development strategy contained in a space that is rapid growth strategy that harnesses the strength and the opportunities.Keyword : School buses, operational performance, BOK, SWOT, development strategyAbstrakKota Malang merupakan kota dengan kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi mencapai 8.129 jiwa/km2. Selain sebagai kota wisata, kota Malang juga dikenal sebagai kota pendidikan. Tingginya kepadatan penduduk Kota Malang sejalan dengan beragamnya aktifitas yang ada menyebabkan terjadinya kemacetan di Kota Malang. Untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan membantu pelajar mengurangi penggunaan kendraan pribadi, pemerintah Kota Malang menyediakan bus sekolah gratis bagi para pelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Evaluasi kinerja bus sekolah menggunakan metode Analisis Deskriptif serta analisis biaya operasional kendaraan serta metode SWOT untuk mengetahui kinerja dan strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja operasional kendaraan cukup baik dengan nilai load factor kurang dari 1 per segmen dengan kecepatan perjalanan rata-rata 40 km/jam dan waktu tempuh 40-60 menit. Waktu pelayanan 2 kali yakni berangkat dan pulang sekolah dengan waktu tunggu penumpang antara 5 sampai 10 menit. Sementara itu hasil perhitungan BOK adalah Rp 145.579,- per hari yang disubsidi pemerintah. Berdasarkan persepsi pengguna bus sekolah kenyamanan, keamanan dan keandalan adalah faktor yang dirasa paling penting. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SWOT, strategi pegembangan terdapat pada ruang A yaitu rapid growth strategy yakni strategi pertumbuhan cepat dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada.Kata Kunci : Bus sekolah, kinerja operasional, BOK, SWOT, strategi pengembangan

Abstract

This study aims to know the distribution of sedimentation of the most suitable method amongthe Emperical Area Reduction Method and Area Increment Method for predicting the the distributionof sediments in the Reservoir Wonorejo. While the purpose of this study was to determine the baseelevation of a new reservoir (new zero elavation) after the existing sediments. With both methodscan be known distribution of sediments in the reservoir for the operating life of 8 years and 11years. After analysis, it can be concluded that Emperical Area Reduction Method is more suitable topredict the distribution of sedimentation in reservoirs Wonorejo. For operasi period of 8 years,sediment has reached an elevation of +122,21 m which is at 2.21 m above the base elevationreservoirs, the amount of sediment that settles in the reservoir is 2,0608. and for the operationof 11 years, sediments deposited reaches two, 2,2371. at an elevation of +123,47 m or 1,47m above the base elevation of the reservoir.Key word : Distribution of Sedimentation

The utilization of marble for road ossification material is one way to alleviate that waste of marble stone. The purpose of this research is finding out the advantage of marble stone waste as replacement of crude aggregate partly toward marshall characteristic on mixture of the concrete asphalt layer (Laston). Laston mixture with marble stone waste as replacement of crude aggregate used variation of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 35%. The result is ascertainable that using of marble stone waste is able to increase the marshall characteristic. The best laston mixture is produced content optimum of marble stone waste 17,5%, The laston mixture produced : marshall stability 1050 kg, marshall quotient 2,5 KN/mm, volume air void 4,5 % and film thickness 8,8 mm.Keyword : Laston Mixture, Marble Stone Waste, Marshall CharacteristicAbstrakLimbah batu marmer merupakan limbah yang dihasilkan pada saat proses pengolahan batu marmer yang tidak dimanfaatkan. Pemanfaatan limbah batu marmer untuk material perkerasan jalan adalah salah satu cara untuk mengurangi limbah batu marmer tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat limbah batu marmer sebagai pengganti agregat kasar terhadap karakteristik marshall pada campuran laston. Campuran laston dengan limbah batu marmer sebagai pengganti agregat kasar menggunakan variasi 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, dan 35%. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa penggunaan limbah batu marmer dapat meningkatkan karakteristik Marshall. Campuran laston terbaik dengan limbah batu marmer sebagai pengganti agregat kasar dihasilkan kadar limbah batu marmer optimum 17,5%, menghasilkan campuran laston : marshall stability 1050 kg, marshall quotient 2,5 KN/mm, volume air void 4,5 % dan film thickness 8,8 mm.Kata kunci: campuran laston, limbah batu marmer, karakteristik marshall.

Dominant factor test resultsusing factor analysis showed the dominant factor as a determinant of Committing Officer in improvingthe performance seen from the level of satisfaction is the location factor (55.124%), factor equipment(19.034%), the budget factor (15.718%), personnel factor (6.716% ), partner factor (3.408%).While the dominant factor based on the level of interest is the location factor (69.252%), thebudget factor (20.992%), personnel factor (4.426%), equipment factor (3.523%) and the partnerfactor (1.807%).Keywords: Committing Officer (CO), Performance, Factor Dominant

Abstract

5S merupakan konsep penerapan sikap kerja yang menekankan pada pengelolaan kondisi fisik tempat kerja. 5S merupakan singkatan dari Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke. Bekerja pada tempat yang terorganisir, membuat pekerja tidak cepat lelah, menimbulkan kepedulian terhadap pekerjaan, partisipasi yang tinggi, dan penyelesaian kerja yang baik. Penerapan konsep 5S pada area penyimpanan sangat penting karena berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi dan efektifitas pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi konsep 5S di area penyimpanan proyek, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana konsep 5S telah diterapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi kasus pada 5 proyek konstruksi di Surabaya dan Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep 5S belum diterapkan sepenuhnya pada proyek konstruksi. Seiso mendapatkan nilai yang cukup baik, mengingat kebersihan wajib dijaga di area proyek. Sedangkan, faktor seiri, seiton, dan shitsuke mendapatkan nilai yang buruk, karena 4 dari 5 proyek yang ada masih menyimpan alat rusak, tidak ada tata letak untuk area penyimpan alat, dan kurangnya kesadaran akan kedisiplinan. Seiketsu mendapatkan nilai yang sangat buruk karena aktivitas yang dinilai merupakan lanjutan dari 3S sebelumnya. Konsep 5S belum diterapkan di proyek konstruksi karena belum dikenalnya konsep 5S, kesulitan melakukan pengarahan dan pelatihan pada pekerja, adanya deadline proyek, serta jumlah dan jenis alat yang sedikit.

Haryono No 167 Malang, IndonesiaAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of printed materials to the time and cost of development projects Tread Welfare House in Malang and determine the ratio of the time and expense . The method used to analyze the cost and time by using earmed value concept . Estimated completion of aspects of the schedule obtained approximate completion time ( TE ) was 70 days with the use of conventional materials , while using printed material is for 64 days . This case shows the project using print materials to accelerate approximately 8 days of the 72 -day plan . The conclusion of this study is the effect of the use of conventional materials based on the use of earned value schedule states that a plan with almost the same execution time by 72 days to 100 houses , while the performance in terms of cost , is effective for less than the cost of implementing the plan , so there are advantages Rp.72,396,667.04 amounted to 100 houses . While using print materials faster implementation 8 days from the time the plan is as much as 64 days to 100 houses , while the performance is analyzed in terms of costs with earned value concept can be assessed effectively with a gain of Rp.125,139,788.80 to 100 housing units .Keywords : Home Prosperous Tread , Conventional Materials , Materials PrintAbstrakAdapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan material cetak terhadap waktu dan biaya proyek pembangunan Rumah Sejahtera Tapak di kota Malang dan mengetahui perbandingan terhadap waktu dan biaya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis biaya dan waktu yaitu dengan menggunakan earmed value concept. Perkiraan penyelesaian dari aspek jadual didapat perkiraan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan (TE) adalah 70 hari dengan menggunakan material konvensional, sedangkan menggunakan material cetak adalah sebesar 64 hari. Hal Ini menunjukkan proyek dengan menggunakan material cetak akan mengalami percepatan kurang lebih 8 hari dari waktu rencana 72 hari. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh penggunaan material konvensional berdasarkan penggunaan earned value schedule menyatakan bahwa waktu rencana dengan waktu pelaksanaan hampir sama yaitu sebesar 72 hari untuk 100 unit rumah, sedangkan kinerja dari segi biaya dinilai efektif karena biaya pelaksanaan lebih kecil dari rencana, sehingga ada keuntungan sebesar Rp.72,396,667.04 untuk 100 unit rumah. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan material cetak pelaksanaan lebih cepat 8 hari dari pada waktu rencana yaitu sebanyak 64 hari untuk 100 unit rumah, sedangkan kinerja dari segi biaya yang dianalisa dengan earned value concept dapat dinilai efektif dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp.125,139,788.80 untuk 100 unit rumah.Kata Kunci : Rumah Sejahtera Tapak, Material Konvensional, Material Cetak

Each of these sought specific gravity, liquid limit, plastic limit and plasticity index on the original soil, mixing 5%, 7.5% and 10%. From the test results, can be summed up as follows: The preconsolidation pressure original land is 0.66. Mixing soil with chalk, the most optimal to raise the preconsolidation pressure is mixing 10%. Abstract

The opening of the toll road Cipularang provide opportunities for business people open a travel service (shuttle service) “point to point” are scattered in several points in Bandung. Another phenomenon occurs on the field gap between the performance of the travel srvices to the satisfaction of passengers. This, prompted the authors to conduct a study of the level of analytic of vehicle operating cost for services of travel. Due to limited funds, manpower, and time, the scope of this final study is limited to the South Jakarta – Bandung route. The purpose of this study was to measure and compare the performance of the travel (shuttle service) Bandung- South Jakarta route to the satisfaction of passengers. In this study using quantitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques. The data used were obtained from the results of a questionnaire survey / questionnaire and interview. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling is done using simple random sampling method with a sample of 390 respondents taken as users travel (shuttle service) Bandung- South Jakarta route. Data analysis using the method of Importance Performance Analysis. Based on the analysis, a gap in variable costs, travel time, and travel itineraries. Variable costs and passenger safety is still not good and a top priority for improvement.

Abstract

In determining leachate generation, the value of field capacity waste is one of the parameters that determine the amount of leachate which is formed against, because the field capacity (FC) is amount of water that may be stored by the waste until it has saturated the water and ultimately if the water entering the landfill waste then the water will come out into leachate. In this study we have performed research on the determination of field capacity on fresh waste and old waste. The results of this research showed that the value of FC is influenced by age waste. The value of field capacity (FC) on fresh waste is greater than old waste and the value of field capacity (FC)   influenced by material density. The value of field capacity (FC) materials with higher density (black sand), the value of field capacity (FC) is smaller.Keywords: leachate, field capacity, waste

The study was conducted at Becora terminal in period of time shown less optimum performance services and poor facility condition as standardized for a type B terminal. The objective of study was to find out factors influencing operational performance in Becora terminal, to make recommendation by increasing terminal performance regarding to terminal customer service and also the formula regression model the correlation between quality service and influential variables. Data analysis to be down by importance performance analysis (IPA) methods and quality funcitional deploymen(QFD) methods, also regression analysis to create predictable model and simulation of influential correlation between service variable to quality service. The result of IPA analysis shown 14 attributes of services stayed in I quadran wich become to principal priority of rehabilitation , whereas the QFD shown 8 technical response collected for rehabilitation attribute of service. Model to be obtained by multiple linear regression analysis were Y= -0,328 + 0.276 X3 with value R2 = 0.274 so that comfortable variables (X3) become influential variables 72.4 % regarding to quality service.Keywords: Terminal, IPA analysis, QFD AnalysisAbstrakTerminal angkutan umum merupakan salah satu simpul transportasi yang berfungsi sebagai tempat transit penumpang untuk beralih ke moda angkutan umum lain. Kajian dilakukan pada Terminal Becora yang pada saat ini kinerja Pelayanannya kurang optimal dan kondisi fasilitas pelayanan terminal yang masih sangat minim dari yang distandarkan oleh suatu terminal tipe B. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja operasional terminal Becora, membuat rekomendasi guna meningkatan kinerja Terminal terhadap kepuasaan pengguna jasa terminal serta membuat model regresi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Analisa data dilakukan dengan metode IPA (importance performance analysis) dan metode quality funcitional deployment (QFD) serta analisa regresi untuk membuat model prediksi dan simulasi pengaruh hubungan yang terjadi antara variabel pelayanan dengan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil analisa IPA menunjukkan 14 atribut pelayanan berada di kuadran I yang menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan, sedangkan pada analisa quality functional deployment (QFD) didapatkan 8 respon teknis yang dapat dilakukan untuk perbaikan atribut-atribut pelayanan tersebut. Model yang didapatkan dari analisa regresi linear berganda yaitu: Y= -0.328+0.276X3 dengan nilai R2= 0.724, sehingga variabel kenyamanan (X3) menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh sebesar 72.4% terhadap kualitas pelayanan (Y).Kata Kunci: Terminal, Analysis IPA, Analisis QFD.
