Abstract

Public transport passengers in Malang called angkot is one of the means of transportation that allows people to perform daily activities, but transport is increasingly interested in the community due to the low level of services, so that many people to using private vehicles. The fleet of public transport passengers (FPTP) routes ADL is currently 118 units with a capacity of 12 passenger/vehicle. Purpose of this study is to determine the performance, productivity and the needs of FPTP ADL optimal trajectory in the city of Malang. The method used in this study adopts the Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Transport in Cities in Fixed Route and Regular (Direktorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat 2002) and using empirical formulations. The study of public transport performance passenger route ADL in 2015, the average load factor of 97.06%, the average frequency of 23.56 vehicle/hour, average headway time of 2.60 minutes, the average travel time 4,10 min/km, average travel speed of 15.03 km/hour. The average productivity of 55 passenger/day-vehicle with optimal fleet size is 116 units.

Abstract

Manusia memiliki peran penting terhadap suatu Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS). Setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan manusia sangat berpengaruh terhadap DAS, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsug. Pengolahan Karakterisitik DAS untuk DTH Waduk Sermo menggunakan software Arc.GIS 10.1. Parameter Bifurcation Ratio DTH Waduk Sermo diperoleh Br < 3 yang berarti alur sungai mempunyai kenaikan muka air banjir dengan cepat sedangkan penurunnya lambat, perhitungan nilai kerapatan aliran (Dd) DTH Waduk Sermo yaitu 1,86 km/km2 tergolong sedang berarti kondisi material bawah permukaannya kedap air dengan vegetasi yang sedang. Untuk Indeks CN DTH Waduk Sermo memperoleh 81,3 yang berarti potensi aliran permukaan tinggi, kandungan liat tinggi dan permeabilitas rendah.

Abstract

Clean water is a basic need for humans to get priority in the handling and fulfillment. To meet these needs should be evaluated and the development of clean water needs of the community so that optimally fulfilled. The purpose of this study is that calculates water requirements in the study area and plan the development of clean water distribution network system in the District Kedungkandang, to support the planning process pipelines are needed appropriate software tools that Waternet ver DEM09, this program serves to analyze the flow of water flowing in the pipeline and can determine the pressure in each pipe. Evaluation results show an increase in the service of PDAM Malang to the subdistrict. Kedungkandang of 72% (service in 2013) became 81.9% (Service 2024). By using geometric regression analysis, the projected number Kedungkandang District residents in 2024 reached 194 801 inhabitants. With the need for clean water that reaches the average 282.6 liters / sec, the distribution of water using gravity and pipe diameter is 25 mm - 150 mm.

Abstract

Hydrologic analysis is an important stage in water resources development activities, therefore the output of the general hydrological analysis will determine the direction of water resources development strategy in a comprehensive and more narrow scale will determine the dimensions and characteristics of the necessary infrastructure. Determination of hydrological quantities are actually not too difficult when the data for analysis is available in sufficient quantity and quality. Classical problems in developing countries, including Indonesia, the availability of river flow data series is quite a separate issue, so the solution must be done by to specification climate variables into a variable flow. So far this has been developed conceptual model, of course, each has advantages and disadvantages because basically models were developed according to local hydrological conditions. All models are basically developed from the same basic concept, namely the hydrological cycle. Basic things that sets it apart is the way to interpret the process until the rain began to flow. This is what would need to be studied further in this study.This study is an attempt to determine the performance model determinstic of FJ Mock, NRECA, and Tank model and can explain the comparative level of performance of the deterministic model in Reservoir Lahor.Results of research on Lahor Reservoir indicated that the tank model is able to present the relationship of climate data and data streams very well. In this research obtained on the model RMSE value of model NRECA is 7.854 m3/sec, model FJ Mock for 18.696 m3/sec and Tank Model for 7.823 m3/sec.Keywords: discharge, NRECA model, fjmock model, model tank

To maximize the performance of the project manager, steakholder have to know anything what is mempenguruhi performance .. So far very few references about the factors that affect the performance of the project manager on construction work. Given the construction project is a very unique job then identify the factors that affect the performance of the project manager is a necessity. To get the data, both primary and secondary research conducted in Jember district. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, such as test data quality, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis of data turns out there is a positive and significant influence between Compensation, Motivation, Competence, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction with Performance Construction Project Manager in Jember that produces t value amounted to sequentially each for Compensation 10.341, 9.231 for motivation, 8.621 to competence, to 7.421 and 7.451 for the Work Environment Job Satisfaction.Keywords: Performance, Manager, Project Construction.AbstrakUntuk mencapai tujuan pemilik proyek, konsultan serta kontraktor pada proyek konstruksi sangat tergantung akan kinerja manajer proyek. Untuk memaksimalkan kinerja manajer proyek, steakholder harus mengetahui apasaja yang mempenguruhi kinerjanya.. Selama ini sangat sedikit referensi tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja manajer proyek pada pekerjaan konstruksi. Mengingat proyek konstruksi merupakan pekerjaan yang sangat unik maka identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja manajer proyek merupakan sebuah keniscayaan. Untuk mendapatkan data, baik primer maupun skunder dilakukan penelitian di kabupaten Jember. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif, berupa uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ternyata terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, serta Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kinerja Manajer Proyek Konstruksi yang ada di Kabupaten Jember yang menghasilkan nilai t hitung sebesar secara berurutan masing-masing 10,341 untuk Kompensasi, 9,231 untuk motivasi, 8,621 untuk Kompetensi, untuk 7,421 Lingkungan Kerja serta 7,451 untuk Kepuasan Kerja.Kata kunci : Kinerja, Manajer, Proyek, Konstruksi.

In thisresearch, a normal concrete brick consist of cement, san, and water which given variation ofcarbide waste ranging from 10%, 20%, and 30%, afterwards a replacement of sand by bottomash is made with a given variation of carbide waste 10%, 20%, and 30%. Result of the researchthat applying sand as subtle aggregate and waste of carbide as additional material for cementgets the best result on the variation of carbide waste 30% with strength of compression 69,10MPa and 3,58% absorption capacity, it is better rather than normal concrete brick on the variationof carbide waste 0% with compressive strength of 48,74 MPa and 5,49 absorption capacity.After wards, by doing replacement of sand with bottom ash as subtle aggregate and addedwaste carbideas its variations is obtained the best results in the variation of carbide waste 30%with compressive strength 52,37 MPa and 6,92 of absorption capacity better rather than 0% ofvariation carbide waste with strength of compession 19,64 MPa and 12,01 of absorption capacity.Keyword: Concrete Brick, bottom ash, waste carbide.

Abstract

Kota Banjarmasin yang dikenal sebagai Kota Seribu Sungai terletak di bagian hilir Sungai Martapura yang bermuara di Sungai Barito secara administrasi pemerintahan Kota Banjarmasin memiliki lima kawasan yaitu kawasan Banjarmasin Utara, Banjarmasin Tengah, Banjarmasin Barat, Banjarmasin Timur, dan Banjarmasin Selatan. Dalam rencana tata ruang kota Banjarmasin kawasan Banjarmasin utara merupakan salah satuPusatPelayanan Kota sebagai pusat pertumbuhan utama dan pusat kegiatan wilayah perkotaan, Oleh sebab itu sangat perlu untuk dilakukan Studi Genangan kawasan Banjarmasin Utara untuk menangani genangan di wilayah tersebut. Genangan yang terjadi di Kota Banjarmasin disebabkan oleh air sungai pasang, air hujan maupun hujan yang bersamaan dengan air sungai pasang.Dalam stud igenangan kawasan Banjarmasin Utara dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data survey genangan, penyebab genangan, survey pasang surut sungai, kemudian dilakukan pemetaan genangan. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari studi ini maka perlu dilakukan tahapan-tahapan analisis  berupa : Analisa Hidrologi untuk mengetahi curah hujan rata-rata dan menghitung debit banjir rencana (debit puncak limpasan permukaan) pada DAS, analisa genangan dengan kenaikan elevasi muka air yang di simulasikan dalam peta, dan peta genangan yang diproyeksikan pada peta dibeberapa sub DAS yaitu pada sub DAS Andai, sub DAS Awang, sub DAS Jahri Saleh, sub DAS Kedaung, dan sub DAS Kuin.

Abstract

Almost of Malang public passenger transport vehicles (APU) that operates has reached 17years or more. APU renewal vehicles opinion offered by the Government has always rejected by theoperator. Though Performance of a city depends on the quality of transportation system performance,including the performance of public passengers transportation. This study aimed to produce aconstructive information to support the APU vehicles renewal in public passenger transport operationMalang better. This study has an empirical method, refers to the decision of Director General ofLand Transportation No.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 and the Minister of Transportation Decree No.89/2002. The results of the study showed that the average of the vehicle operating costs (renewalvehicles) is Rp. 121,906,736, -/year or Rp. 1.671, -/km. Based on the average of the number ofpassengers (actual), it is shown that the difference of the average between acceptance of the tariffand the vehicle operating cost is Rp. 143,121.79 per-vehicle per-day.Keyword: public passenger transport, vehicle operating cost
