Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze social-economic factors that affect the rice farming income. The study was held in the village of sukorejo, denkorejo, the ponorogo district that was selected on purpose (purposive method). The method of sampling was used randomly by the number of respondents as many as 50 people. Data analytical methods used in this research are the Cobb-Douglas model with the unit output price technique or UOP Cobb Douglas Profit Funtion (UOP-CDPF) . The results of the analysis indicate that a large number of rice farmers in the village of sukorejo are profitable and efficient. Further, it is found that factors that have a real effect on income are the price of urea, the price of phonska fertilizer, and the wages of labor. Factors that have no effect on income are aducation, family members, the price of organic fertilizer, the cost of fertilizer, and medicine. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi usahatani padi, seberapa banyak saluran pemasaran dan efisiensi pemasaran padi/beras di Desa Ambulu kecamatan sumberasih kabupaten probolinggo. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive (sengaja) di Desa Ambulu Kecamatan Sumberasih Kabupaten Probolinggo. Sample ditentukam sebanyak 40 petani padi dan 13 lembaga pemasaran dengan menggunakan metode proporsional random sampling dan snow ball sampling. Metode analisis data adalah analisis R/C ratio, analisa margin, farmer’s share, elastisitas transmisi dan integrasi pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani padi di desa Ambulu sudah efisien, terdapat 2 Saluran pemasaran, dan pemasaran pada Desa ambulu belum efisien.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the income and efficiency of ornamental rose farming in Sidomulyo Village, to analyze socio-economic factors that affect the income of rose ornamental plant farming in Sidomulyo Village. Location selection was done by purposive method carried out on Sidomulyo Village farmers in Batu City. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. The analysis used in this study is the advantage of multiple linear regression functions. The results of the study revealed that the average income of farmers in Sidomulyo Village for roses ornamental farming was Rp. 22,666,373 per m2 per one planting period. The results of the study show that the R / C ratio of rose ornamental plants is said to be feasible to develop because of the R / C ratio ≥ 1. The R / C Ratio ornamental plant farming is 5.22, which means that roses in Sidomulyo Village are suitable for farming. developed. The results of multiple linear regression analysis, the independent variables that influence profits are Seed Costs and Land Area at a 90% confidence level. While the independent variables that have no effect on income are Age, Education Level, Fertilizer Cost, Drug Costs, Medicinal Experience and Labor.Keywords: income, efficiency, influencing factors

Abstract

This research aims to that is: to calculate the level of business efficiency of chips nangka, to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and the threat of business chips nangka, to know the strategy that can be applied in the marketing of chips products Jackfruit in the village of Polosesame District Blimbing Malang. The determination of the research site is purposive (intentionally) in the village of Polosesame District Blimbing Malang. With the data analysis methods used are: calculating the business efficiency level, the IFE matrix and EFE for the company, the IE matrix to know the position of the company, the SWOT matrix to formulate the alternative marketing strategy, and QSPM to decided the priority of the marketing strategy of jackfruit.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence consumer decisions in buying pia apel Shyif. This research was conducted at the Brawijaya Souvenir Palace and the Palace of the De Duwa Palace of Batu City, East Java, with the consideration that the souvenir center sells pia apel Shyif products. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique that is by accidental sampling as many as 70 respondents. The study was conducted in December 2018. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and logit model regression analysis. The results showed that the factors that influence consumer decisions in buying apple pie are price factors, product quality factors, income factors, and gender factors.Keywords: consumer decision,apple pia Shyif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi ekonomi usahatani kedelai dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan pada usahatani kedelai di  Kecamatan Wonorejo, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Pemilihan lokasi  penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja di Desa Rebono, Kecamatan Wonorejo, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode “simple random sampling” sebanyak 30 petani kedelai. Analisis data yang digunakan dan R/C Ratio dan  analisis Fungsi keuntungan  Cobb Douglas UOP (Unit Output Price). Hasil analisis menunjukkan  rata-rata pendapatan   yang diterima petani sebesar  Rp 1.675.412,52/Ha/Musim tanam, dengan nilai R/C Ratio 1,53. Dari hasil uji-t diperoleh empat variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap keuntungan usahatani kedelai di Kecamatan Wonorejo, Kabupaten Pasuruan  yaitu  luas lahan, harga pupuk Kandang, harga pupuk ponska, dan upah tenaga kerja. Kata Kunci: Efisiesiensi Ekonomi, faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi ekonomi usahatani kubis dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan pada usahatani kubis di Desa Gerbo, KecamatanPurwodadii, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) di Desa Gerbo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan.Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 35 petani kubis dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis R/C Ratio dan  analisis fungsi keuntungan  Cobb DouglasUOP (Unit Output Price). Hasil analisis menunjukkan rata-rata keuntungan yang diterima oleh petani sebesar Rp. 12.736.593/Ha/MT, dengan nilai R/C ratio 1,82. Dari hasil uji T didapatkan lima variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap keuntungan usahatani kubis di Desa Gerbo Kecamatan Purwodadi, yaitu harga pupuk Za, harga pupuk Urea,harga Pestisida upah tenaga kerja dan luas lahan  karena memiliki nilai P < 0,1. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the large costs, revenues, expenses, R/C ratios and the factors that affect the profitability of shallot farming. This research was conducted in Torongrejo Village, Junrejo Subdistrict, Batu City, because that place is one of the centers of shallot production in East Java. The research methods were descriptive and quantitative analysis. This study used simple random sampling method with 40 farmers. The data analysis that was used to analyze is descriptive methods and Cobb Douglass’s profit function. The results of the analysis stated that onion farming in Torongrejo Village, Junrejo District, Batu City was efficient and feasible to run and factors that affect the profitability of shallot farming were education, seed costs, tool depreciation costs and drug costs. While other factors such as land area, number of family members and labor costs were not affect the profits. Kata Kunci : Cobb Douglass's profit function, shallot farming.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to know the feasibility of a hybrid sweet corn farming in the village of Bocek Karangploso District Malang 2) to know the factor-fakor that affects the decision of the hybrid sweet corn farming. The methodology of the regional weaver of the research is done by Purposive in the village of Bocek Karangploso District Malang. This is because of the consideration that the region is one of the producers of Sweet corn hybrid in Malang regency. While the research time is conducted in October-November. Sampling of farmers was conducted with non random sampling techniques, known numbers of hybrid sweetcorn farmers in village Bocek as much as 150 farmers samples taken as much as 40 or 27% and 105 farmers for local corn samples taken as much as 20 or 19% . Processing and analysis of data is done in a deskritif, data collection used is primary data and secondary data. It can be known that the feasibility of a hybrid sweet corn farming in the village of Bocek Karangploso District for farming is decent, this is seen from the R/C ratio of 1.9. So the farming is worth applying. Farming system is profitable because the R/C Rationya value is greater than 1. The results of the study obtained with a value of G 46,458 showing the regression of the logistics model as a whole can explain the decision of farmers to choose the hybrid sweet corn farming, factor factor that affects the decision of farmers to choose hybrid sweet corn farming is the level of education, total family dependents and income. Abstract

This study aims to identify the characteristics of consumers and analyze the factors that influence consumer decisions in purchasing Malang Strudel. The data used are primary data from observations and interviews conducted in December 2019 located in Malang Strudel Batu with a sample of 30 respondent consumers. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and logit model regression analysis. The results showed that the majority of consumers were 77% women, judging from the educational background of Malang Strudel consumers, the average was in the highly educated category of 70% undergraduate to post graduate 23%. Judging from the monthly income, most Malang Strudel consumers are employed and have a high income from yaituRp. 5,000,000 60% per month and ≥ Rp. 5,000,000 with 40%. Factors that influence consumer decisions are price, taste, and durability with α = 0.1Keywords: strudel, consumers, consumer decisions
