Abstract

Abstrak: Internalisasi pembentukan karakter yang didalamnya terdapat karakter cinta tanah air bukan hanyadapat diimplementasikan pada komponen setiap mata pelajaran yang diberikan oleh sekolah, akan tetapi melalui nilai-nilai kehidupan masyarakat, berbangsa dan negara mampu disampaikan, dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan dengan aktivitas sesuai dengan kondisi kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air di sekolah. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk menetapkan keabsahan data diperlukan teknik pemeriksaan, pelaksanaan. Pelaksanaan teknik pemeriksaan didasarkan atas sejumlah kriteria tertentu. Ada empat kriteria yang digunakan, yaitu derajat kepercayaan (credibility), keteralihan (transferability), kebergantungan (dependability), dan kepastian). Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air dalam pembelajaran memiliki tahapan guna menunjang pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian. 2) Implementasi pendidikan karakter cinta tanah air melalui budaya sekolah tentang melestarikan budaya Indonesia melalui kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yangdinaungi dari pihak sekolah guna peserta didik dapat memilih bakat dan minat untuk menjadikanekstrakulikuler yang ada tidak hanya sebagai wadah dalam menyalurkan bakat dan minat namun sebagai tempat belajar suatu karakter cinta tanah air misalnya pada ekstrakulikuler paskibra dan pramuka peserta didik diajarkan untuk bekerjasama, disiplin dan tidak pilih-pilih dalam berteman.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how Indihome Medan's marketing communication strategy attracts customer interest. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The theory used in this study is the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that Indihome Medan's marketing communication strategy is in attracting customer interest through attractive offers and providing good benefits so that customers are interested in using Indihome products. The offer was made by distributing brochures, as well as outreach to people in the city of Medan regarding the benefits and advantages that Indihome has in helping telecommunication networks.

Abstract

Abstract: Schools as institutions in education have a very important role in realizing quality human resources. Education is an effort to shape behavior and character in a continuous, directed and systematic manner. This research used a qualitative approach. The research method used in this research is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. To determine the validity of the data required inspection techniques, implementation. The implementation of inspection techniques is based on a number of certain criteria. There are four criteria used, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability (transferability), dependability (dependability), and certainty). The results in this study show that: 1) The teacher's strategy in the character of love for the motherland and national spirit is in the form of: a) exemplary, b) stories, c) discussion, d) reward and punishment, and e) collaboration between teachers with parents. 2) In applying the character of love for the motherland and national spirit to students, the teacher has supporting factors. Supporting factors are the learning styles of students in good learning, the existence of learning media, the existence of good cooperation between teachers and parents or guardians of students which leads to the formation of the character of the national spirit and love of the students' homeland.

Abstract

Abstrak: sebagai rencana strategis pembangunan tahunan Desa, Rencana Kerja Pemerintah (RKP) Desa merupakan dokumen perencanaan pembangunan yang bersifat reguler yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Desa dengan melibatkan seluruh masyarakat desa dengan semangat gotong-royong. Adapun perumusan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan di Desa Paya Tampak Kecamatan Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat Propinsi Sumatera Utara RKP 2016. Bagaimana Hambatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan di Desa Paya Tampak Kecamatan Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat Propinsi Sumatera Utara RKP 2016. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan ini adalah Fokus perencanaan yang berdasarkan masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat dapat diperoleh melalui kegiatan penyelidikan masalah dan kebutuhan mulai dari tingkat dusun/lingkungan yang merupakan bagian dari tahap persiapan dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, untuk beberapa desa melakukan kegiatan penyelidikan masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat mulai tingkat dusun sehingga diperoleh profil masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat, namun untuk sebagian desa lainnya jenis usulan yang diajukan didiskusikan pada saat pelaksanaan musrenbang desa, dan bukan digali dari kelompok-kelompok masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Masyarakat dan Perencanaan

Abstract

The Period of menopause represent one of the period to feeling concerned about woman in her life cycle, this matter is caused by dread of change will that happened when entering a period of menopause. In this period will happened change of physical and psychological. That is needed a knowledge which enough to be more recognizing and can handle changes that happened. Target of this research is to know relation between knowledge of old age woman with level of anxiety period of monepause in Panti Jompo Yayasan Nurul Jannah Werdha. This research use analytic survey with transversal surgical operation (sectional cross). Research sampel amount to 37 responder people representing old age woman. Measuring instrument that used is kuesioner that is kuesioner mount anxiety a period of menopause and kuesioner knowledge of old age woman about menopause. Data analysis use Test of Chi-Square with meaning level of a = 0,05. Result of research is descipted that knowledgeable responder less is owning of heavy anxiety counted 47,1% (8 responder people), knowledgeable responder enough have heavy anxiety counted 83,3% (5 responder people), and knowledgeable responder of goodness have heavy anxiety counted 50,0% (7 responder people). While statistical test by using test of Chi-Square obtained by value of p value 0,614 meaning bigger than a = 0,05. This matter show there is no relation having a meaning between knowledge of old age woman with anxiety at a period of menopause in Panti Jompo Yayasan Nurul Jannah Werdha.

Abstract

The performance of nurses must be based on a high ability to form so the performance to support the implementation of tasks in nursing services. Performance is a result of a person devoted to the task in an organization. The aim of research to determine the effect of Psychological Factors and the Organization of Nurse Performance at Mitra Medika Hospital.This research is a study that used a cross-sectional design, the samples were taken by using total population as many as 86 nurses. The collection of data taken from primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used to determine the relationship variables using chi-square test. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire.The results showed that most respondents have a good attitude in the category as many as 46 respondents (53.5%), motivation in both categories is 50 respondents (58.1%), in the category of no good responsiveness as many as 46 respondents (53, 5%) and reward category is not good that as many as 50 respondents (58.1%).The conclusion of this study indicate that all psychological and organizational factors influence the performance of nurses at Mitra Medika Hospital. For Mitra Medika Hospitalsuggested this study can be used as one indicator in determining policies related to efforts to improve the performance of health workers in providing care for patients.

Abstract: This research development of  banjar ethnic Islamic religious education in Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai district. The object of this research was the comitte of PMKK in Serdang Bedagai in development of religion Society in Perbaungan. This research method was used Cualitatif research give the data in essay form or mritten words. The technique of collecting data done with interview way, to of Association society Serdang Bedagai and informan consideded important to added some document nelated with research’s topic. This research to strenghthen of interview validaty. Theresult of research shoved that comitte of PMKK done planing activating, accomplished coordinated, evaluated based on management, especially communication management, so that any development religion society in Perbaungan such as Maulid, isra’ mi’raj, routine home, and wirid yasin, Barzanzi (Marhaban), hajatan, and melayat can do well and get positive respond from associaty generally and associaty Banjar, especially. Keywords: Islamic Religious Education, Banjar Ethnic Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pendidikan agama Islam etnis Banjar di organisasi Paduan Masyarakat Kulawarga Kalimantan (PMKK) Serdang Bedagai. Objek penelitian adalah pengurus PMKK Serdang Bedagai dalam pembinaan Agama umat di Perbaungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif memberikan data dalam bentuk uraian atau kata-kata tertulis.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terhadap pengurus PMKK Serdang Bedagai termasuk warga PMKK Serdang Bedagai dan informan yang dianggap perlu ditambah sejumlah dokumen yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Observasi juga dilakukan untuk memperkuat validitas wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengurus PMKK Serdang Bedagai melaksanakan kegiatan terencana, terlaksana, terkoordinasi, terawasi, dan terevaluasi sesuai dengan kaedah manajemen, khusnya manajemen komunikasi. Sehingga berbagai pembinaan agama umat di Perbaungan seperti aruh mulud, israk mikraj, pengajian rutin dan wirid yasin, barzanji (marhaban), hajatan, dan melawat dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat pada umumnya dan masyarakat Banjar pada khususnya. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Agama Islam, Etnis Banjar

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran Tuhfatul Athfal di Asrama Al-Choliliyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang, Mengetahui kemampuan santri dalam membaca Al-Qur’an di Asrama Al-Choliliyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang, Mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran Tuhfatul Athfal terhadap peningkatan santri dalam membaca Al-Qur’an di Asrama Al-Choliliyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Adapun populasi dan sampel yaitu seluruh  santri kelas VII asrama Al-Choliliyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang yang berjumlah 30 santri. Pada penelitian ini dapat memperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu: Pembelajan Tuhfatul Athfal di Asrama Al-Choliliyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang sudah berjalan dengan baik hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil angket yaitu berada di kategori cukup dengan prosentase sebesar 41,6%. Kemampuan santri membaca Al-Qur’an dikategorikan cukup dengan prosentase sebesar 40%. Hasil penelitian pengaruh pembelajaran Tuhfatul Athfal terhadap kemampuan santri membaca Al-Qur’an dikategorikan relatif tinggi dengan prosentase 63,5%. Keputusan yang di ambil adaah Ha diterima. Jadi terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran Tuhfatul Athfal terhadap kemampuan santri membaca Al-Qur’an Asrama Al-Choliliyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang. Kata Kunci: Tuhfatul Athfal, Kemampuan, Membaca Al-QuranAbstract: This study aims to determine the learning of Tuhfatul Athfal at Al-Choliliyah Islamic Boarding School Darul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School, Knowing the ability of students to read the Qur'an at the Al-Choliliyah Dormitory Islamic Boarding School Darul Ulum Jombang, Knowing the effect of Tuhfatul Athfal learning on increasing students in reading the Koran at the Al-Choliliyah Dormitory, Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Jombang. This study used a quantitative approach, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The population and sample were all students of class VII at Al-Choliliyah Islamic Boarding School Darul Ulum Jombang, totaling 30 students. In this study it was possible to obtain research results, namely: Tuhfatul Athfal's learning at the Al-Choliliyah Dormitory, Jombang Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has gone well, this can be seen in the results of the questionnaire, which is in the sufficient category with a percentage of 41.6%. The ability of students to read the Qur'an is categorized as sufficient with a percentage of 40%. The results of the research on the effect of Tuhfatul Athfal learning on the ability of students to read the Qur'an are categorized as relatively high with a percentage of 63.5%. The decision taken is that Ha is accepted. So there is the influence of Tuhfatul Athfal learning on the ability of students to read the Koran at the Al-Choliliyah Dormitory at Darul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: Tuhfatul Athfal, Ability, Reading Al-Quran

Abstract

The community has long realized the role of pesantren because it can produce credible cadres, who not only have potential but can utilize their potential for competence. In this global era, science, culture and the role of pesantren must be more prominent. Pesantren has a reputation as a distinctive Islamic religious institution, especially as an educational institution. Pesantren is also a social institution based on religious values. Currently, one of the problems faced by Islamic boarding schools is the issue of effective and efficient development management. This problem must be overcome by pesantren to improve the quality of education. Therefore, there needs to be good management and development carried out by experienced and knowledgeable Islamic boarding school leaders. The pesantren curriculum is also the most important entity for academic success. Even though we know that pesantren do not have an official curriculum from the government, because it is the policy of every pesantren leader. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum that is applied to adjust to the times. Based on the results of research that has been carried out the method used is a qualitative method with the type of case study (Case Study). In this study, researchers explained in detail the results of research on the Management and development of Islamic Boarding Schools. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management and development of Islamic boarding schools. It is known that management and development is a very important strategy for Islamic boarding schools, namely as the most important facility for institutions to improve and optimize human resources and curriculum development to achieve the expected goals. Keywords: Management, Development of Islamic Boarding Schools

Abstract

Abstrak: Teori pembelajaran anak usia dini tidak jauh berbeda dengan teori-teori pendidikan yang telah ada sekarang ini. Hanya saja yang membedakan adalah cara mengaplikasikannya dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan kata lain, teori-teori tersebut dikaitkan dengan karakteristik pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini. Teori belajar dikembangkan dari kenyataan bahwa manusia secara alami memiliki kemampuan dan kemauan untuk belajar yang luar biasa. Manusia telah mengembangkan peradaban, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sebagai wujud dari proses belajar. Setiap anak memiliki cara dan hasil belajar yang berbeda-beda. Begitu pula anak dari budaya masyarakat dan negara yang berbeda mengembangkan kebudayaan yang berbeda pula. Jadi, aspek yang dipelajari anak meliputi berbagai aspek kehidupan dan hasilnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh bakat, minat, kecerdasan dan kultur budaya anak. Kata Kunci : Teori Pembelajaran, Anak Usia Dini  Abstract: Early childhood learning theory is not much different from educational theories that exist today. The onlydifference is how to apply it in the learning process. In other words, these theories are related to the characteristics of early childhood growth and development. Learning theory was developed from the fact that humans naturally have extraordinary abilities and willingness to learn. Humans have developed civilization, science and technology as a form of the learning process. Every child has different learning methods and outcomes. Likewise, children from different cultures and countries develop different cultures. So, the aspects that children learn cover various aspects of life and the results are greatly influenced by the child's talents, interests, intelligence and culture.Keywords : learning theory, early childhood
