Abstract

Factors that effect the quality of organizational performance. Thisresearch aims to determine the effect of organizational ledership effectiveness,organizational structure, apparatus work motivation, determination of tax revenuetargets, availability of human resources and coordination on the quality oforganization’s performance SAMSAT Online Dinas Pendapatan dan Aset DaerahProvinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. This research uses quantitative methods to test thehypothesis explanative. Samples amounted to 72 persons. Data collection usingquestionnaire techniques, while the data analysis using correlation and regressiontechniques. The test results show that the effectiveness of the role variablesapparatus work motivation, goal setting effectiveness of tax revenue, the willingnessof human resources and the effectiveness of coordination has a significant effect onimproving the quality Dinas Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Nusa TenggaraTimur, with a regression coefficient of 0,675 means the contribution of variableeffectiveness of work motivation apparatus, the effectiveness of the tax revenuetarget setting, preparation of human resources and the effectiveness of coordinationon the quality of the organization’s performance is omly 40,6% and the balance of59,4% is the contribution of the other variables wich in the turn can performed onthe following research.Key words: Organizational performance, leadership, organizational structure, humanresources, coordination.

Abstract

Effectiveness of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Poverty Alleviation efforts. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of family hope programs (PKH) in poverty alleviation efforts. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a research focus on the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring. Informants in this study were PKH implementers and PKH beneficiary families. Data collection is done by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using source triangulation method. The results showed that PKH target setting was not yet effective, because from the distribution of PKH beneficiary families there were still families who were able but still getting PKH assistance. However, in the part of PKH's objectives and monitoring, it has been effective, PKH assistance is able to meet the needs of PKH beneficiary families and the assistance process in the form of information, motivation and education is carried out by PKH facilitators in accordance with Permensos No. 1 of 2018 concerning the implementation of PKH.

Abstract

Abstract: Sexual Harassment Labor Women Indonesia in Industrial Relations. The purposeof this study is to investigate the sexual harassment of women workers Indonesia and how theprevention of sexual harassment in industrial relations. This research in the form of library research,which comes from secondary data sources, documents and relevant theory. Analysis ofdata using qualitative descriptive study findings based on the data source literature and secondarydata. For sharpening the analysis is then conducted interviews with sources in question are experiencingsexual harassment. The results show the high level of harassment for female workersin the protection of working hours, the menstrual period, pregnancy and lactation facility has notbeen implemented properly in accordance with the legislation in force.

Abstract

Abstract: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance Power Contract.The research objective is to investigate and analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfactionto employee performance contract staff Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universityof Riau. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of 63 people and allsampled in the study. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesistesting using multiple linear regression analysis method using a confidence level of 95%. Theresults showed that simultaneously work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effecton employee performance contract workers. Partially each of the variables significantly influenceemployee performance contract workers. Work motivation is the factor most dominant influenceon employee performance contract workers, meaning that work motivation play a bigger rolein determining the performance of contract labor employees. Regression test results of researchshow that, the value of determination coefficient of 0.598. What this means is that the contributionof the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is equal to 59.8%. Whilethe remaining 40.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.

Abstract

Entitas bisnis mempunyai kewajiban untuk melaksanakan CSR sesuai dengan yang diamanatkan dalam UU No. 40 tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Selain itu, pelaksanaan CSR secara rutin yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan akan memberikan dampak ppositif bukan hanya kepada masyarakat tetapi juga memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan dan pemerintah daerah. Sebagai salah satu BUMN yang beroperasi di Kota Dumai dan aktifitas bisnisnya berdampak pada lingkungan dan masyarakat, PT Pertamina RU II Dumai secara kontinu melakukan CSR dengan berbagai kelompok sasaran di masayarakat. Salah satu kelompok sasarannya adalah Kelompok Tani Paman Jaya dengan Program Pertanian Diatas Lahan Gambut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan masyarakat terhadap Program CSR PT Pertamina RU II Dumai khususnya untuk program pertanian diatas lahan gambut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Keompok Tani Pamn Jaya di Kelurahan Tanjung Palas RT. 12 dengan jumlah anggota 26 orang. Teknik pengamilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengacu pada Permen PAN dan RB No. 14 Tahun 2017. Dari Analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh Nilai IKM 3,70 dengan nilai IKM konversi 92,70 yang dapat diartikan Mutu Kinerja Program adalah “Baik”.

Abstract

Rice Poor Implementation Assistance Program. The aim in this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of poor rice aid program in Kuantan Singingi in 2013 (Case In Sub Pangean) and the factors that affect implementation. This research uses descriptive method, quantitative. The study population was Target Households (RTS) as many as 1,316 people, and sampled using Slovin formula, as many as 100 people, using probability sampling. And data analysis was performed through frequency tables with data reduction, panyajian data and draw conclusions. The results showed that the distribution of rice to the poor people are less precise and only 1 (one) a reliable indicator that the quality of rice delivered.

Abstract

Factors Affecting Employee Turnover and Retention Strategies as Prevention of Employee Turnover: A Literature Review. Turnover can be interpreted as the discharge of an employee from the company where he works. Turnover in organizations can lead to instability and uncertainty about labor conditions and will increase costs that must be incurred by the organization. Turnover can be experienced by organizations in the private and public sectors. The writing of this article uses the literature review data collection method for various reports, publications or news about employee turnover. There are several factors that influence employees in making decisions to stay or leave the organization, among others: employee factors, organizational factors and environmental factors. The organization needs to find out the factors that cause turnover in its organization, so that the organization can prevent turnover. Employee retention is the organization's strategy to maintain the potential employees of the organization to remain loyal to the organization. If the employee retention strategy is implemented well, employee turnover will be reduced.

Abstract

Evaluation of the Operational Policy Civil Service Police Unit. This study aims to determine the operational policy evaluation Civil Service Police Unit in the city of Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The informants are Kabid Trantib, members of municipal police, traders and the public. Data collection techniques used in this study was the observation of interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the operational police civil service in the policing of street vendors in the city of Pekanbaru masihbelum optimal, it can be seen from the effectiveness achieved, efficient use of resources, adequate to the solutions provided to traders and problems resposivitas field officers and accuracy against the benefits gained. Factors that constrain the implementation of operational policy of the civil service police unit in the city of Pekanbaru is the dissemination to the public of the rules in force, availability of resources, the attitude of enforcement agents in the field and support from the community.

Abstract

Strategy for Utilizing Information and Communication Technology in SmartVillage Program Planning. This research is qualitative research. The aim of the study was todetermine the strategy of technology and communication utilization in the smart village programin Rokan Hulu Regency. The research informants were the Head of Office, Head of Department,Head of Office, Office of Communication and Information, Head of Village, Village Head,Community and Youth Leaders. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation anddocumentation. Data analysis through processes ranging from data reduction, data presentation,and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the development and governancestrategy of Information and Communication Technology conducted by the Government of RokanHulu Regency cannot be optimally implemented.

Abstract

Capacity Management of Entrepreneurship and Organizational Performance. This studyaimed to determine the effect of the macro environment, organizational culture, regional endowmentand entrepreneurial management capacity on organizational performance. The study design usingquantitative methods with a sample of 48 official Department of Cooperatives and Small and MediumEnterprises Province Riau. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using pathanalysis techniques using SPSS for windows. The results showed that the influence of the macroenvironment, organizational culture, regional endowment directly on organizational performance isvery weak (not significant). Influence of macro environment, organizational culture and endowmentregions on organizational performance can be significantly over capacity variable entrepreneurialmanagement. Strong direct influence on organizational performance is entrepreneurial managementcapacity but overall macro environmental influences, organizational culture, regional endowmentand entrepreneurial management capacity on organizational performance is still weak and only gavethe contribution to the performance of the organization as much as 7.61%. The findings of thisstudy show needs to do further research on other factors that predominantly affects organizationalperformance such as motivation, professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit.Key words: entrepreneurial management, performance, public entrepreneurship, reinventing local government.
