Abstract

 Performance of Auditor Inspectorate in Budget Supervision Function. This study aims to determine the performance Auditor Inspectorate in the function of supervision of government budget in Kampar regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method approach. Key informants in the research are Inspectorate Inspectorate in Kampar Regency of Riau Province, Auditor Officer, Head of Service, Head of Village and Village Head. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the research shows that the performance of Auditor's performance has not been done well by supervising the work unit budget of regional apparatus. This is due to the inadequate budget to support efforts to maximize the role and function of supervision and supervision of Auditor Performance.

Abstract

Development plan alignment (local with national development plan) hasbecome importance issue for developing countries both unitary state, butalso federal state. The objectives of this paper are to compare agencyproblems faced by Indonesia and Malaysia in aligning development planand to critically review Indonesia and Malaysia policies to address suchproblems in order to ensure development plan alignment. The studyfound that the degree of agency problem in development plan alignmentplan in Indonesia is higher than that in Malaysia. The design ofdecentralization in Malaysia is more centralized than that in Indonesia,particularly in three aspects:organizational design of developmentplanning agencies, mechanism and process of development planning, andbudgeting system (inter-government financial transfer). The threeaspect/factors have significant contribution to the agency problem.

Abstract

Transformational Leadership, Motivation On Performance. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the extent of the transformational leadership and motivation affects a performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province. The sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling amounted to 116 as a sample. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and documentation study. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that transformational leadership and motivation significantly influence the performance of Civil Servants. The significance influence of the of transformational leadership and motivation on the performance of Civil Servants can be shown from the value Fvalue=184,565 > Ftable=3,08, level of probability (p) = 0,000 or less than 0.05, this means that transformational leadership and motivation have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of Civil Servants. While the t value of X1 = 0,187 < t table = 1,98 which mean that transformational leadership had no effect on the performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province And t value of X2 = 11,416 < t table = 1,98 which means that motivation had partial effect on the performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment (CHSE) merupakan proses sertifikasi kepada Usaha Pariwisata, Destinasi Pariwisata dan Produk Pariwisata lainnya untuk memberikan jaminan kepada wisatawan terhadap pelaksanaan Kebersihan, Kesehatan, Keselamatan dan Kelestarian Lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Implementasi Program CHSE Dalam Mendukung Sektor Pariwisata Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Bintan. Landasan Kebijakan CHSE adalah Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Kepala Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Nomor 13 Tahun 2020 Tentang Standar dan Sertifikasi Kebersihan, Kesehatan. Pendekatan ini memakai Kualitatif dengan teknik melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang di dapat di analisis menggunakan pendekatan yang dikembangkan oleh Miles and Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Van Meter dan Van Horn dengan hasil penelitian Implementasi CHSE di Kabupaten Bintan belum berjalan secara optimal secara menyeluruh di sektor usaha pariwisata hal ini dibuktikan hanya 64 Usaha Pariwisata yang sudah mendapatkan sertifikasi CHSE, sementara itu ada sekitar 256 Sektor Usaha Pariwisata di Kabupaten Bintan belum mendapatkan sertifikasi CHSE. Hal ini disebabkan minimnya kesadaran dari pemilik Pelaku Usaha Pariwista dan kurang responsive terhadap kebijakan dari Program CHSE, kurangnya motivasi dari Penyelenggara Kebijakan terkait Program CHSE ini. Kendala lainnya berhubungan dengan tidak ada kemampuan pelaku usaha pariwisata terkait dana yang akan dikeluarkan untuk memenuhi Indikator CHSE. Kata Kunci: : Implementasi, Program Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment, Pariwisata

Abstract

Service Performance National Land Agency. Study is to examine the performance of the services provided by the Land Office Pekanbaru in making land titles and become factors inhibiting. The informants in this study was the leader BPN Pekanbaru, executive coordinator, community service providers and service recipients. Data collecting technique is interview, documentation and observation. Data were analyzed using descriptive models ranging from interactive data reduction, data display and conclusion. Based on the survey results revealed that the BPN service performance in providing services to the community in the service of granting land rights to individuals, legal entities of private and religious social institutions remains low, limited personnel, the completeness of the maintenance requirements of land titles and land in trouble

Abstract

Leadership, Workload, Motivation and Performance of Nurses. Effect of Leadership and Workload on Nurse Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital in Riau Province. This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Leadership and Workload on Nurse Motivation and Performance. The population in this study were all nursing nurses who served in 22 inpatients at Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital, amounting to 487 people, the method of selecting samples in this study used the Slovin formula method so that the number of samples obtained in this study was 100 nurses. The results in this study that Leadership and Motivation have a significant positive effect on nurse performance. Workload has a significant negative effect on nurse performance. Leadership and Workload affect nurses' performance through motivation.

Abstract

Work Motivation, Competence, Work Discipline, Leadership, and Employee Performance. This study aims to encourage work, competence, work discipline and leadership on employee performance in Rumbai District, Riau Pekanbaru City. The sampling method uses census sampling and sample transmission using an error rate of 5%. The author conducts research based on data collection techniques through questionnaires. The analysis of the data that I use is the quantification of data through multiple linear regression analysis with t test and partial test R2 and collecting data processed with the help of the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The results of the study show partially and simultaneously that five variables have a positive effect on employee performance. In addition, it can be seen from where the R value of 0.965 and R2 of 0.924 or 92.4% of the dependent variable independent variables and 7.6% variables are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Policy Implementation Education Unit Level Curriculum Research in Lubuklinggau, SouthSumatra Province is using descriptive method with qualitative approaches. The purpose of thisstudy is to determine and analyze the application of the theory of Edwards III and analyzes impor-tant findings of fact in the Education Unit Level Curriculum policy implementation in Lubuklinggau,in order to development of theory. The results showed that among the four factors examined in thepolicy implementation that communication factor and resources still need improvement consis-tently in order to Education Unit Level Curriculum program can be implemented well. Importantfindings from this study that the culture was instrumental in Education Unit Level Curriculumimplementing policies

Abstract

 Kompetensi Guru, Sarana Prasarana Pendidikan dan  Kinerja Guru. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang di gunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah metode  penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK yang berjumlah 384 dengan sampel sebanyak 79 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi guru  berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Setda Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Sig. 0,000<0,05), yang artinya semakin tinggi kompetensi kerja guru, maka semakin meningkat kinerja guru. Sarana dan prasarana  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Setda Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Sig. 0,000<0,05), yang artinya semakin lengkap sarana dan prasarana maka semakin meningkat kinerja guru SMK di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

This research is concerning the implementation of policy on personal tax selfassessment system which has not been optimally applied, leading to the unfulfilledcompliance of the taxpayers as expected.This circumstance should be immediatelyovercome because the government will lose one of the financial resources from the taxsector, particularly from personal tax. The research is carried out to empirically find outfacts and scientifically study the influence of the self-assessment policy implementationon the compliance of the personal taxpayers in Lampung Province.The method used in this reseacrh was explanatory survey method with quantitativeapproach. The population was all tax officials at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP), TaxOffice,in Lampung Province as well as responder, and the technique used to collect thedata was questionnaire, collected from the respondents,the tax officials.The data analysistechnique was path analysis.The research result shows that the influence of the self-assessment policy implementationon the compliance of the personal taxpayers in Lampung Province with the compliance ofthe personal taxpayers. The influance of organization, interpretation, and applicationdimensions was also related to the compliance of personal taxpayers.
