Abstract

The research’s title is The Influence Of Social Environment on Implementation Effective-ness of Spatial Utilization Planning (RTRW) in Bandung City (A Study on Spatial Utilization inNorth Bandung Area)”. RTRW should be a guidance on regulating spatial utilization. In fact, NorthBandung area, which supposed to be a water conservation has be changed with more developingof building. This condition has influenced of social environment and task environment. To analyzeto all problem above, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis is used . this research also useinterview method with intellectual, practices and local population. The result shows that theinfluence of social environment in implementation effectiveness of RTRW in Bandung City issignificant. That means a conservation or devastation is depended with two environment aspect.With positive influence from, sustainable spatial utilization should be better. But, if the influence isnegative, spatial will be more devastated. Increasing physical development shows a negative influ-ence, so RTRW not protected maximally. In social environment, there are two dominant aspect:population and nature resources. Growth of Bandung residence population push spatial needsuntil this resources experience damaged

Abstract

 Remuneration, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population is 481 people and the sample is 83 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Remuneration and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance on University of Riau Campus. Partially, each variable of remuneration and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance on University of Riau Campus, while organizational culture variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance on University of Riau Campus. Based on the results of Coefficient of determination test shows that variable remuneration and organizational culture able to influence employee performance variable at the University of Riau Campus of 88.0% and the rest of 12.0% explained by other independent variables not examined.

Abstract

Organization is a system that continues to process, meaning that thesystem is not static. As the system continues to process the organization has theopportunity to make changes on the input or influence from the surroundingenvironment. For that organization should be open to the inputs available. Allorganizations must be changed because of pressure of internal and externalenvironment of the organization. This study aims to make a diagnosis of theorganization University of Bina Darma Palembang (UBD). Method used is surveymethod with the approach Weisbord. Results of research indicate that the goals andorganization structure has been generally well understood by the UBD lecturers, aswell as the relationship of the existing well has been tied in with the environmentUBD. However, matters relating to the Award, Leadership and GovernanceMechanism job is still running poorly or somewhat problematic.

Abstract

Effectiveness of Fund Management, Employee Salary Payment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the management of funds, especially salaries made by the Department of Education and Culture of Meranti Regency. Research conducted in the District of Meranti Islands with research subjects are treasurer Department of Education and Culture and Treasurer UPTD Kepualauan District Meranti. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Instruments used to collect data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the treasurer salary and treasurer UPTD in the payroll employee salaries provide a good impact and a real change for employees Education and culture district meranti archipelago.

Abstract

Agility that is applied in public services during the new normal period at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall is aimed at the agility of the organization to respond quickly, in a timely manner. Agility is an organization's ability to provide value to public satisfaction. This study aims to see whether there is agility in the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method using the theory of John Dowdy and Kirk Rieckhoff which consists of several indicators, namely strategy, structure, process and human resources. The result of this research is that the structural indicators have been running well. Meanwhile, in the indicators of the process and human resources, the implementation has not been maximized, there is still a lack of availability of human resources in the provision of services carried out by the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall. Services in online form, namely the lack of understanding of employees about the implementation of online services, as well as the lack of education for the public in accessing online services. Meanwhile, for services in the new normal period, namely the limitation of labor which causes the services obtained by the community to be less than optimal. Researchers also provide suggestions that the importance of socializing to the community about how to access services online. Because, this service can be accessed by all people from the young to the old.

Abstract

Duties Civil Service Police Unit in the discipline Roving Car Dealer. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of tasks Civil Service Police Unit in the discipline around the car dealer in Pekanbaru. The method used is descriptive and quantitative methods; Samples that Satpol Members of the Civil Service and car dealers around numbering 70 people. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, observations and interviews. Data analysis is quantitative descriptive. Results of research on the implementation of tasks Civil Service Police Unit in the discipline around the car dealer in Pekanbaru is “Good Enough”. Barriers were found in this study is the absence of regulations governing the particulars of car dealers around, while the current authority of the municipal police of Pekanbaru in to curb car dealers around only be guided by the Regional Regulation Pekanbaru on Public Order so that it makes the role of municipal police Pekanbaru city is very limited.

Abstract

Regional Asset Management in the context of maintaining Fair Without Exception (WTP) in Kampar Regency. The management of regional fixed assets belonging to the Kampar Regency's Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Office in coordinating the management of regional fixed assets in terms of performance accountability is not optimal, there are still many asynchronous asset values, inventory and reporting and control systems that have not been good.This study aims to Analyze the management of Regional Assets in order to maintain Fair Without Exceptions (WTP) in Kampar District and Analyze the factors that influence the management of Regional Assets in order to maintain Fair Without Exceptions (WTP) in Kampar District. This study uses the Theory of Regional Goods Management according to Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 17 of 2007 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Management of Re-gional Property. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data col-lection method is done by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study in-dicate that the Management of Fixed Assets / Regional Property carried out by the field of assets in the financial management body and regional assets in order to maintain PAPs in Kampar Regency, as assistant managers have done the maximum and in accordance with the system and procedures for the management of regional property cycles as regulated in PERMENDAGRI No. 19 of 2016 concerning guidelines for the management of regional property but not all have been implemented to the maximum such as late submission of reports at the level of goods users (SKPD), the utiliza-tion of BPKAD's regional belongings Kampar Regency is limited to the use of borrow and use, se-curity carried out by BPKAD Kampar Regency does not do legal safeguards. Factors that influ-ence in maintaining WTP are HR factors because the need for knowledge and understanding of HR in managing fixed assets, leader commitment and asset valuation factors are also constraints, especially valuation of assets for which procurement is unknown.

Abstract

Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 Year 2013 About Social and Environmental Responsibility. This study aims to determine the implementation Siak District Regulation Number 1 Year 2013 About Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment in Siak and obstacles encountered in implementing Siak District Regulation Number 1 Year 2013 About Corporate Social Responsibility in Siak. This type of research is the use descriptive research. While the research informants include officials and employee who is on BAPPEDA Siak involved as the Forum of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Siak, the company chosen by the researchers BOB PT. Bumi Siak Pusako and communities. Analysis of the data obtained were analyzed from data presentation, data reduction, verification and conclusion. Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 Year 2013 About Social and Environmental Responsibility in Siak materialized with the establishment of a forum with the CSR Forum Siak in order to realize corporate social responsibility for the community and also responsibility towards environmental integrity of the company’s operations in the region. Tanggaung environmental and social responsibility undertaken by each company in Siak district, is part of the company’s participation in the construction melaksanan Siak Regency. Obstacles to be a factor in creating effective policies encountered in the research and discussion, it is known is, the lack of availability of technical personnel.

Abstract

Effects of Advertising Media, Brand Image and Product Quality on Housing Product Purchase Decisions Study at PT. Asta Karya (Housing Astam House Pekanbaru). This study aims to determine the effect of advertising media, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions of study housing products at PT. Asta Karya (Housing Astam House Pekanbaru). The study was conducted with partial least square (PLS) analysis with 83 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that advertising media had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the advertising media, the purchasing decision will increase. Furthermore, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the brand image, the purchasing decision will increase. Furthermore, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that while the quality of the product is good, the purchasing decision will be higher. The R Square value of 0.6505 shows that 65.05% changes in the value of purchasing decisions are influenced by advertising media, brand image and product quality.

Abstract

Thisstudy aims to determine the model of policy implementation hometown conversion Hazy SalakMountain National Park in kelestaria environmental improvement and welfare of the community. Locations were taken in two villages namely indigenous villages and rural villages Kesepuhanregular administration Sukagalih village . Using research methods research study participationaction , where the data obtained with the aim of finding problems with new measures to solveproblems , and improve the employment situation . Data were collected from 30 imforman consistof the officers involved in the management and villagers elected GHSNP . Analysis of the datathrough qualitative analysis of the data obtained by the method of workshops , focus groups anddiaries ( log book ) . The results showed that the implementation of policies Conversion ModelKampung Salak Mountain National Park (MKK GHSNP) in improving the forest environmentand the welfare of society has not been effective . The main factor is the cause for differencesin the perception of the cultural values of the two communities on the concept of sample MKK.Keywords: policy implementation , conservation , reforestation , rehabilitation , participatoryobservation.
