Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Negara contains articles and scientific papers in the form of research and non-research results, both in government institutions or in the community. Leadership Behavior, Work Motivation and Performance. The purpose of this studywas to determine and analyze the influence of leadership behavior and work motivation of schoolprincipals with teacher performance in State Junior High Schools in Tambang District, KamparRegency. This research was conducted on teachers at State Junior High Schools who served inTambang District with a population of 262 teachers, consisting of 7 schools with a sample of 149teachers. This research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, anddocumentation. Analysis of multiple regression data. The results showed that the leadershipbehavior and work motivation of school principals had a significant effect on the performance ofteachers in state junior high schools in Tambang Subdistrict, Kampar District, with a percentage of65.2% and the remaining 34.8% influenced by other variables not included in this regressionmodel. Based on linear regression Y = 62,690 + 0,131 Leadership Behavior + 0,444 WorkMotivation + e shows that the variable that most influences on teacher performance is workmotivation variable which is 60.7% and leadership behavior variable is only 57.6%.

This study aims to find synergies decentralization policy formulation by taking the caseof policy conflicts management K2I oil palm plantations in Riau years 2005-2010. The method usedqualitative methods. Interactive method that covers data collection, data display, data verification,and withdrawal kesimpulan.This study found that first, the formulation of policy synergy acrossthe ministry after the regional autonomy is characterized by changing patterns of interaction ofbureaucrats, businessmen, politicians and local elites to the increasingly dynamic; Second, the actorsattempt to mobilize resources and conflicting preferences; Third, arenas and networks used by localelites increasingly overlap. The results of this study is expected to contribute to science and technologypolicy formulation in the form of synergy model, conflict mapping and plantation-based policyrecommendations for national and local governments in improving development policies in the future.

Policies of District Expansion and Community Service. This study aims to determinethe efforts of the policy of accelerating the expansion of the districts and to determine what factorsare related to the policy of the expansion of the districts. The type of research is a qualitativeapproach. The research informants were 12 people taken by the Chairman and Members of DPRD,Chairman and Members of BPD, Bureau of Government, Sekcam, Village Head and CommunityLeader. Data collection techniques that the author did with observation, Documentation, andinterviews. Analysis of data that the authors used in this study is an interactive analysis model. Theresults of the research show that the district of Bantan has not been bloomed because there hasbeen no proposal about the pemekaran from the village of Bantan kecmatan. Bantan sub-districtinhibiting factors are not established ie no good communication exists between the village andsub-district, as well as communication between the regional head and the regional parliament onthe expansion of the districts. In terms of resources, there is no expert to conduct an assessment ofsub-district pemekaran. As for the disposition they agreed but none became the implementor of thepolicy of the expansion of the districts. Furthermore, about the bureaucracy in doubt of the newlaw, namely Law No. 23 of 2014 on local government has not replaced government regulation No.19 of 2008 on the district.

This study focuses on the issue ofworking hours and working time is relatively short in Sungai Durian health center, which is 25hours per week with a population of 16.901 people served. This study aims to determine theeffectiveness of health services at the Puskesmas Durian River and explain the factors that canimprove health care. This study uses qualitative research methods to approach the subject ofresearch using interview and documentary techniques. This study result show that: health serviceshave been effective at the Puskesmas Sungai Durian in accordance with the wishes and needs ofthe community, with good service quality, speed of service is highly dependent on the number ofpatients, it is easy to get service, the service provided free of charge, and factors that can improvehealth care, which is carried out continuously from 08:00 to 12:00 on weekdays, health servicesperformed by medical staff, and free health services with a relatively short time.

The Implementation of Good Governance in the Determination of APBD. This study aims to determine and analyze how the implementation of goodgovernance in the determination of APBD in the City of Padangsidimpuan. The type of research is qualitative. The research informants are the local government budget team, the DPRD budget body, and the Kota Padangsidimpuan community. Data collection methods were conducted with in-depth interviews with informants and documentation studies. The method of data analysis using qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of goodgovernanced in determination of APBD Kota Padangsidimpuan 2016 has been implemented by the executive and the legislative Padangsidimpuan although not yet running maximally because there is still differences in perception between the government with the community to some point in principle good Such governance as the principle of community participation, rule of law, transparency, responsiveness, consensus orientation and effective and efficient. This is due to the declining revenue of Padangsidimpuan in 2016, where local revenue conditions from relatively few sources have not reached the target.

Program Desa Cantik (Cinta Statistik) merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab Badan Pusat Statistik terhadap pengembangan statistik sektoral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan Strategi Kelurahan Kampung Bulang dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Aparatur Kelurahan Melalui Program Desa Cantik Tahun 2021 Di Kota Tanjungpinang. Penyerahan Piagam Penghargaan di berikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Kepulauan Riau dan Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Tanjungpinang kepada Lurah Kampung Bulang pada tanggal 11 Januari 2022. Pendekatan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang di dapat kemudian di analisis menggunakan pendekatan yang dikembangkan oleh Miles and Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Kotten dengan hasil penelitian Strategi Kelurahan Kampung Bulang Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Aparatur Kelurahan Melalui Program Desa Cantik Tahun 2021 Di Kota Tanjungpinang berjalan secara optimal hal ini dibuktikan dengan terpilihnya sebagai 15 besar Kelurahan Cantik seindonesia dan mendapat piagam penghargaan. Pemilihan desa/kelurahan yang akan mengikuti program desa cantik memenuhi beberapa kriteria sebagai berikut: sumber daya manusia yang mengelola administrasi sudah melek teknologi, saran teknologi informasi yang dimiliki pemerintah desa/kelurahan sudah memadai, sebagian besar perangkat desa/kelurahan sudah memiliki kesadaran statistik yang baik, sistem pengadministrasian sudah baik, memiliki profil kependudukan, memiliki website. Sementara itu saat pelaksanaan terkait dengan penyuluhan atau sosialisasi terkendala dengan Covid-19 dan kurang lengkapnya data.Kata Kunci : Strategi, Kualitas Aparatur Kelurahan, Program Desa Cantik

Work Culture, Employee Commitment and Performance Officer. This study aimed to analyze the effect of work culture and employee commitment to employee performance. The population is all employees working in agencies Executing Agency for Food Security and Agricultural Extension Pekanbaru many as 72 people. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis methods used include test research instruments, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed in the F test (simultaneous) that the work culture, and employee commitment to significantly affect the performance of employees with F sig value 0,000 <0,05 and F count 18.193. T test (partial) shows the work culture significantly affect the performance of employees with t sig value 0,000 <0,05 and 5,844 t value, and commitment employees have little influence on employee performance with sig t 0.079> 0.05 and values t -1.781.

Analisis Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa Di Desa Ngal Kecamatan Ungar Kabupaten Karimun Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Ngal, Kecamatan Ungar, Kabupaten Karimun tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian pada analisis pengelolaan ADD di Desa Ngal, Kecamatan Ungar, Kabupaten Karimun. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang sudah di dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengelolaan ADD di Desa Ngal harus melibatkan tokoh masyarakat saat melakukan MusrembangDes untuk membahas pengelolaan ADD. Adapun dalam mendukung proses pengelolaan ADD Pemerintah Desa Ngal harus memperhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat melaikan keinginan masyarakat serta memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat agar pelaksanaan pengelolaan ADD dapat berjalan dengan baik. Selaian itu, Pemerintah Desa Ngal untuk meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) harus melibatkan pemuda-pemuda asal daerah yang berpendidikan tinggi untuk membangun Desa Ngal, Kecamatan Ungar, Kabupaten Karimun.

Implementation of the Prosperous Rice Program. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of a prosperous rice program in Talang Gedabu Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The sources of data in this study were the Village Literature Implementation Team, Inner Board, Hamlet Head, and several Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Talang Gedabu Village. And data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the implementation of the prosperous rice program are inaccurate, in the sense that the free rice assistance provided by the government is still inaccurate and not in accordance with those who really have the right to receive it. This can be said because of the five indicators as the success of the prosperous rice program based on TNP2K, only one indicator is right.

Leadership Style, Compensation and Athlete Achievement. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on Athlete Achievements in the KONI Riau Province. The method used is descriptive and quantitative methods; The sample is 146 KONI achievers. Technique of collecting questionnaire data, observation and interviews. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The results of the research that has been done, the conclusions are partially known that the leadership style variables have a significant effect on the achievement of the Riau Province KONI athletes. It is known that the existence of a good leadership style for athletes can increase the athlete's achievement because leadership style can shape the athlete's personality better. Partially it is known that compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on the achievement of the Riau Province KONI athletes. This is known if the athlete is compensated according to the achievement and the target will certainly improve the athlete's performance and vice versa. Simultaneously it is known together that the leadership and compensation style variables have a positive and significant effect on the achievement of the Riau Province KONI athletes, this is indicated by the percentage of 58.3% while the remaining 41.7% is an indication of other factors that can improve athletes' achievement but not examined in this study. With leadership style and compensation, it will increase the athlete's ability and will have an impact on improving the athlete's performance.
