Diabetes mellitus has increased due to several factors, one of which is knowledge. Thus, increasing knowledge can be applied in many ways, one of which is to provide teaching using audiovisual methods. The type of research used is quassy experiment design research design with one group pre test-post test design. In this study, initial knowledge of the sample will be tested before the intervention (pretest) and after the intervention (posttest). Providing foot gymnastics education through audiovisual media and demonstration methods can increase the knowledge and ability of people with type 2 diabetes in doing foot exercises. A positive rating with an N value of 48, which means that out of 54 respondents, the pre and post test scores increased with a mean rank or average increase of 21.00 and the number of ratings was 861.00. The obstacle value is N 7, meaning that there are 7 respondents with the same score between the previous test and the final test. Based on the results of statistical tests, a significance value of 0.000 is obtained which means that H0 is rejected because of the significance value of p <; 0.05 and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that foot motor education through audiovisual affects the knowledge of diabetics. The use of audiovisual media and demonstration methods can be used by puskesmas nurses as a means of advertising and prevention of diabetic ulcer complications to improve the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.

IVFD installation is one of the most common procedures given to children, especially in hospitals. Around 80% of pediatric patients receive an infusion procedure which causes the child to experience unpleasant experiences such as hospitalization problems. So that there is no adverse response for the child and during treatment therapy is needed to reduce distress and suppress this negative response. One of them is Parental Holding or the holding position carried out by parents or family. The research method used in this research is quantitative research, namely experimental research with a quasi-experimental approach. Quasi experimental research design with a Two Group Post test only Design approach. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. The number of respondents was 60 people consisting of 30 respondents in each group. Implementation of Parental Holding with Sitting Position is carried out every time an IVFD is installed on a pediatric patient until completion. Analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney U tests with α ≤ 0.05. The results of this study using the Mann Whitney U statistical test showed that there was an effect of Parental Holding with Sitting Position on the Success of IVFD Installation in Pediatric Patients in the Emergency Room, p=0.047, (p value ≤ 0.05). It is suggested that the results of this research can be used to maximize nursing services, especially in independent nursing actions by implementing the Holding Parental with Sitting Position when installing IVFD on pediatric patients, so that in the future this nursing action can become a standard operational procedure that applies in hospitals.

The sample was determined using purposive sampling with a total of 24 respondents. The statistical results of the paired sample t-test showed ap value of 0.000 (p value < α 0.05) so it can be concluded that There is an effect of puzzle playing therapy on anxiety in hospitalized children. This research suggests puzzle playing therapy to hospitalized children as providing an effective way to reduce anxiety.

The Qur'an is the revealed word of Allah SWT, which is regarded as a miracle. It was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Qur'an is a book that is believed to be true, and its recital is considered an act of worship. Al-Murotal is a recitation of the verses of the Qur'an, the purpose of which is to preserve the Qur'an by recording the reading of the Qur'an. It is a well-established fact that there are specific laws of reading (tajweed) that must be adhered to when reciting the Qur'an. Accordingly, the objective of utilizing recording media is to reinforce the preservation of the Qur'an. The recitation of the Qur'an has been demonstrated to have a beneficial effect on a range of ailments, including those affecting the heart and the body, as well as those pertaining to the afterlife. Furthermore, the Qur'an serves as a remedy for a multitude of human afflictions, acting as both a medicine and an antidote to ailments of the mind and body. Listening to Murotal Qur'an has been demonstrated to have a significant impact on a range of ailments, largely due to the influence of perfect harmony in the repetition of words and letters, the impact of balanced rhythm on the verses of the Qur'an, the impact of information on each verse, and the beautiful harmonization. The pregnant women at the Syahruddin Clinic who are suffering from high blood pressure are unaware that there are alternative treatments available to them besides medication. They are not informed that listening to Murotal Al-Qur'an can help to reduce their high blood pressure. This information has been obtained from interviews with pregnant women who are afraid of taking drugs to reduce their high blood pressure during pregnancy.

Hypertension has been designated a "silent killer" due to its asymptomatic nature. Hypertension is typically asymptomatic, meaning that it occurs without any noticeable symptoms. One of the herbs that has been demonstrated to possess antihypertensive properties is celery. As a hypotensive agent, celery has been demonstrated to reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The objective of this research is to investigate the potential efficacy of celery in lowering blood pressure. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of celery boiled water on blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The research methods employed in this study are as follows: This research is quantitative and employs a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest. The population under investigation in this study consisted of individuals with hypertension who were attending the Mutiara Health Center. The sample size was 50 individuals, selected using a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The instruments utilized in this study are a spygmonanometer and stethoscope. The results of the blood pressure examination are documented in the observation sheet. The results of the statistical tests, in the form of a paired t-test, conducted before and after the administration of celery boiled water, yielded a p-value of 0.001, which was less than the alpha value of 0.05. This indicates that there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the hypothesis (H1) is accepted, suggesting that there is an effect of celery boiled water on blood pressure in pre-elderly individuals with hypertension at Mutiara Health Center.
