Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product,Literacy Rate and Life Expectancy Rate to Poverty Level. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Nusa Tenggara Province period 2011-2016. To find the relation between variables included in this research, the analysis technique used is time series data and the model used is Multiple Linear Regression Model. Result of research using fixed effect model found that Gross Regional Domestic Product have positive and significant effect to Poverty Level, while Literacy Rate and Life Expectancy Number have no significant influence to Poverty Level. The model used in this study deserves to explain the Poverty Level in East Nusa Tenggara Province for the Period 2011-2016.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to: (1) analyze the influence of service quality variables (corporal efficiency, core banking, convenience, confidence, compliance and cost- benefit ratio) which simultaneously influence customers’ satisfaction of Bank Muamalat and BSM Banjarmasin branch, (2) analyze the influence of service quality variables (corporal efficiency, core banking, convenience, confidence, compliance and cost-benefit) which partially affect customers’ satisfaction of Bank Muamalat and BSM Banjarmasin branch, (3) analyze different levels of customers’ satisfaction (customer satisfaction) between Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). The population in this study were customers of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Mandiri Banjarmasin branch with a of 100 people. The technique used in taking sample was judgmental sampling. Testing the validity of the questionnaire was conducted using Pearson Product Moment, while the reliability test of questionnaire used Cronbach Alpha method. The data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and One-way ANOVA. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis it showed that the variables of service quality, that were, corporal efficiency, core banking, convenience, confidence, compliance and cost-benefit ratio simultaneously significantly affected customers’ satisfaction. Partially, only four variables that significantly affected, namely convenience, confidence, compliance and cost-benefit, while the corporal variable efficiency, core banking had no significant effect. Based on the analysis of one-way ANOVA it showed that there was no difference in satisfaction between customers of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the interaction of Affective Comitment on Locus of Control on Employee Performance and the interaction of Affective Commitment on Work Environment on Employee Performance at PDAM Bandarmasih Kota Banjarmasin The result of this indicated that (i) there was no influence between Locus of Control on Employee Performance, (ii) there was an influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance, (iii) there was no interaction of Affective Commitment to the influence of Locus of Control on Employee Performance, (iv) there was an interaction of Affective Commitment to the influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance

Abstract

The Purpose of the research to identify and analyze the effect of Remunerasi and Motivasion Work about Performance ol Civil Servants (PNS) simultaneously and partially on the Performance. The method used is quantitative research that is explanatory, with a population of 191 people, technique sampling used is stratified random sampling with a sample of 66 people who serve as respondents, data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software ver.16.0. The results ofthis studyconcludedthat the remunerationandmotivation to worksimultaneously and partiallypositive effect onperformance.Of the threeindepend- entvariable, the highest percentagewas97,8% remuneration(X1) compared with the twoother variables. This isbecausethatis essentiallyan employeeis unable to performanythingin general, there needs to becompensationimpetusin drivingdirectionoptimal work, compensationandjob satisfactionpolicyimplementationneed tobe included in thetraining sobeberpapositive influenceon employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of interest rates, bond rating, company size, and debt to equity ratio (DER) of the yield to maturity (YTM) of corporate bonds in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Previous researches showed different results, therefore, it is necessary to re- study by testing the four variables on the yield to maturity. The population in this study was all corporate bonds listed and traded on the Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2012. There were 324 bonds. Based on the Purposive sampling criteria, 66 bonds were obtained. The research hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression (multiple regression) and the analysis tools were company's financial statements, market price of the bond, SBI interest rate and bond ratings. The results showed that the variable interest rates and the debt to equity ratio did not significantly affect the yield to maturity of the bonds. Variable bond rating and company size gave significant negative effects ontheyield tomaturity of the bonds

Abstract

Internet in Indonesia has a very diverse usage in various aspects of life. One of them is that it can be used in economic transaction that is buying and selling online or better known as e-commerce (electronic commerce). This study aims to factors are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention. This research was conducted in Kalimantan. The samples of the research were determined using non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling with the requirements: the samples were at least 18 years of age and they had made purchases of goods or services through online shopping site of B2C e- commerce at least twice. The research method used was survey method through primary data collection by distributing online questionnaires through Google Docs. Data analysis was done by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) 21.0 software. The result showed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had positive and significant effect on attitude toward using. However, perceived risk did not have a negative and insignificant effect on attitude toward using. Perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness and attitude toward using positively and significantly influenced the behavioral intention of online shopping in Kalimantan. Perceived ease of use was the most dominant variable giving a direct influence on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness gave the most dominant indirect influence on behavioral intention
