Abstract

The existence of disputes in the general election process in Bandar Lampung City in 2020 indicated that the election process in Bandar Lampung City still needs to be addressed. The purpose of this study is to find out the conflict management strategy in resolving regional head election disputes in 2020 by the Bandar Lampung City Election Commission using Thomas and Kilman's theory including accommodative, avoiding, collaboration, compromise and competition. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed the Bandar Lampung City Election Commission to carry out an accommodative strategy by accommodating violation reports, collaboration strategies by involving Bawaslu and KY to conduct investigations and compromise strategies in accepting the Supreme Court decision to re -establish candidate pair number 3 as membership of the Mayor of Bandar Lampung Year 2020. These violations such as giving food, transportation money, empowerment of family welfare and there is the use of access to the position of husband as Mayor of the incumbent. Impacts to the process of organizing general elections in Bandar Lampung City

Abstract

The Regional Government of Bintan Regency is trying to reduce the stunting rate. Based on data from the Health Service, the stunting rate in Bintan Regency has decreased, which initially reached 5.23% in 2021, dropping to 3.41% in 2022. There are still problems in accelerating stunting reduction in Bintan Regency, there are several areas with high stunting rates. This study aims to determine the Collaborative Governance process in accelerating stunting reduction in Bintan Regency. Using a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study (1) Face to face dialogue have been carried out by the stakeholders; (2) Building Trust has been built by itself and through coordination meetings; (3) Process Commitment has been formed and uniform; (4) Shared understanding, vision, mission and goals have been agreed upon, but there are still differences in perceptions regarding the duties and responsibilities; (5) Joint Results, as a whole have been realized, but there are still several areas with high stunting rates.

Abstract

The fish cracker business is one of the focuses of the Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Bintan Regency, especially the Sei Lekop Village. The fish cracker business has been carried out by community groups to improve the economy of the surrounding community. However, there are still several problems, including limited storage space (cool storage/cooling box), limited space for drying, and a lack of manpower in producing fish crackers. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the fish cracker industry center program in Sei Lekop Village, East Bintan District, by the Office of Cooperative Micro Enterprises, Industry and Trade, Bintan Regency. The research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Result of this research is that implementation of the fish cracker industry center program in the Sei Lekop Village has been running according to the objective, namely to be able to improve the community's economy. It is hoped that this program can continue with the presence of assistants from the relevant agencies to assist business actors, both technical and non-technical.

Abstract

Abstract For the past twelve years up to the present, various efforts have been made by the government to continue the development of a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) on Gelasa Island, one of which is to persuade the community through positive discourse in order to gain their support and participation. However, the government's discourse initiatives have not been as smooth as anticipated. There has been a discourse contestation, particularly driven by Walhi Babel, who strongly rejects the plan. The purpose of this study is to analyze discourse, specifically the discourse contestation surrounding the construction of the Thorium-based NPP on Gelasa Island. This study does not intend to examine the actors, but rather to examine the discourses that influence the actors' actions. The study employs a qualitative methodology, with the research design utilizing content analysis techniques. In terms of data, this study follows the discourse analysis approach used by Ardianto, which is also based on the discourse analysis of Laclau and Mouffe. For this study, the data consists of online media news and academic writings regarding the discourse on the construction of the Thorium-based NPP on Gelasa Island, Bangka Tengah Regency.

Abstract

Globalization shows the process of increasing interconnectedness and interdependence of world cultures and economies. Globalization targets all aspects of life, including cooperative relations between countries in the world. Indonesia and Japan have had close cooperative relations in recent decades. This research aims to identify the impact of globalization on the dynamics of cooperative relations between Indonesia and Japan. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method through literature study. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the impact of globalization plays a significant role in the cooperative relations between Indonesia and Japan. The two countries collaborate through various sectors, such as economics, employment, politics, education, science and technology, tourism, culture, disaster mitigation and military.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Sekolah Partai Solidaritas Indonesia Dalam Memenangkan Pemilihan Umum Legislatif Tahun 2024 Di Kota Medan. Hal ini dilatar belakangi adanya pesta demokrasi tahun 2024 maka untuk itu partai solidaritas indonesia menyelenggarakan sekolah kader solidaritas indonesia. Sekolah kader solidaritas indonesia ini sebagai strategi dalam memengkan pemilihan umum legislatif tahun 2024 khususnya kota Medan. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif . Dari hasil penelitian menejelaskan sekolah kader solidaritas indonesia lebih fokus startegi pendekatan kemasyarakat. Hal ini lebih ke pada strategi push marketing yaitu menyampaikan produk politik secara langsung kepada pemilih. Yang dimaksud produk politik yaitu kandidat itu sendiri. Strategi ini dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan kampanye berupa pertemuan akbar, pertemuan keagamaan, bakti sosial.

Abstract

Pekanbaru City has grown rapidly and become the center of Riau Province. Rapid population growth has had an impact on the economy and social but has led to social problems such as Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) who roam a lot in karaoke public entertainment venues. This research aims to analyze the Strategy and identify the Strategy implemented by the Pamong Praja Police Unit. This research uses Mintzberg's theory in Asaretkha Adjane Annisawati (2022) which uses indicators: Plan, Ploy, Pattern, Position, Perspective. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study found that the strategy implemented was still less effective because of the lack of innovation and lack of assertiveness in policing, there were still many violations of regulations in entertainment venues. Therefore, there is a need for adjustments to the strategy of the Pekanbaru Pamong Praja Police Unit that is more adaptive, stricter law enforcement, and continuous updates to overcome this growing problem.

Abstract

Bantuan Opelrasional Selkolah adalah program pelmelrintah untuk melmbelrikan dana opelrasional non pelrsonalia untuk Selkolah Melnelngah Pelrtama selbagai pellaksana Pelndidikan wajib. Pelnellitian ini belrtujuan untuk melngeltahui Pelngawasan Pelngellolaan yang dilakukan olelh Dinas Pelndidikan Kota Pelkanbaru dalam melngawasi Program BOS di SMP Nelgelri 6 Kota Pelkanbaru selrta untuk melngeltahui apakah pelngellolaan dana Bantuan Opelasional Selkolah (BOS) di SMP Nelgelri 6 Pelkanbaru suda belrjalan delngan RKAS. Pelnellitian ini melnggunakan meltodel pelndelkatan delskriptif kualitatif. Belrdasarkan Hasil dari pelngumpulan data yaitu delngan melnggunakan meltodel wawancara, obselrvasi, dan dokumelntasi bahwa hasil pelnellitian melnunjukan Pelngawasan yang dilakukan olelh Dinas Pelndidikan Kota Pelkanbaru di SMP Nelgelri 6 Kota Pelkanbaru sudah telrlaksana kan delngan baik dan sudah selsuai delngan aturan JUKNISBOS. Salah satu faktor pelnghambat yaitu komunikasi yang kurang antar pellaksana, kelmudian waktu dan jarak, selrta kurangnya jumlah SDM yang mellakukan pelngawasan seldangkan jumlah selkolah yang harus diawasi dapat dikatakan cukup banyak.

Abstract

Konsep "desa wisata" mengacu pada pengembangan wilayah dengan tujuan menjadikan desa sebagai destinasi wisata. Masyarakat desa diharapkan dapat berkembang dengan mengelola seluruh daya tarik wisata dengan benar. Pulau Bintan juga memiliki banyak desa wisata. Beberapa di antaranya adalah Desa Wisata Ekang Anculai dan Desa Wisata Pengudang, dan lain lain. Namun, data menunjukkan bahwa Pulau Bintan masih jauh dari jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dibandingkan dengan daerah lainnya. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana sistem pemerintahan berperan dalam pembangunan Desa Wisata di Kabupaten Bintan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang berarti bahwa hasilnya adalah data deskriptif. Sumber primer dan sekunder dapat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model proses analisis data Miles dan Huberman, yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan (Sugiyono, 2010:91). Pertama, data direduksi; ini berarti memilih dan merangkum data yang penting, lalu membuat kategori. Kedua, penyajian data, atau penampilan data, adalah menyajikan data dalam bentuk yang lebih terorganisir. Terakhir, penarikan atau verifikasi kesimpulan.
