Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of stimulus, ability, collusion, opportunity, rationalization and arrogance on fraud. This research was conducted in the Sumenep district. The number of samples in this study was 93 respondents, determined using the slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the stimulus has a positive effect on fraud, capability hurts fraud, collusion has a positive impact on fraud, the opportunity has a positive effect on fraud, rationalization has a positive impact on fraud, and arrogance has a positive effect on fraud.

Abstract

Most women entrepreneurs in Indonesia are engaged in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).In Riau Islands Province, the number of women entrepreneurs in the MSMEs field is consistently larger than male entrepreneurs in the period of 2017-2019. With the rising numbers of women entrepreneurs in Riau Islands Province and their increasing dominance in the MSMEs sector, this study aims to explore the motivational factors of women entrepreneurs in the MSMEs sector in Riau Islands. This research adopted a qualitative approach and used qualitative interviews as data collection method. A total of 15 women entrepreneurs from Tanjungpinang City, the capital of Riau Islands Province, were chosen as participants in this study. The data gathered were analyzed using thematic analysis with the help of NVIVO software. The result of this study shows that financial rewards, social support, personal satisfaction, external opportunities, and independence are the factors that motivate women to become entrepreneurs

Abstract

This research aims to understand the leadership styles in enhancing employee performance at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Islands Province. This study employs a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach. The data collection methods employed in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on the research findings. As for data analysis, data credibility testing is conducted to ensure the validity of the data, utilizing source triangulation. Based on the findings of this research, it is evident that the democratic leadership style implemented at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Islands Province has successfully enhanced employee performance. This is apparent through the well-established leader-subordinate relationships, clear task structures aligned with the subordinates' abilities, and the provision of authority to discipline subordinates in accordance with regulations. As a result, subordinates are motivated to work diligently and meticulously, leading to an improvement in their performance. However, there is still room for improvement in the relationships among employees to foster a more positive environment.

Abstract

The mining industry including coal production has a significant contribution to state income. Therefore, the financial performance must be maintained as well as the market value. The aim of this research is to explore the determinants of share market price of mining sector in Indonesia. Several independent variables are used like corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance, financial performance, and macroeconomic variables. This study uses 22 coal mining companies in 2018 - 2021 by using purposive sampling. The research method used linear multiplier regression by conducting various tests, including descriptive statistics, determination, regression equation, and hypothesis tests. This study finds the Inflation, Exchange Rate, Profitability, and Firm’s Size have a significant effect on Share Market Price. Whereas, Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, and Liquidity have not an influence on Share Market Price. The research’s usefulness is terribly important for several sides include managers, companies, and policymakers interested in addressing mining companies, improving financial performance and mitigation strategies. The study highlighted that Share Market Price is not only related to internal factors but also external factors, hence it might be obtained of competitive advantage. This study has limitedness, including internal and external factors and research period. It is recommended to enhance it to obtain better results.

Abstract

One of the business goals is to be able to retain customers and make customers loyal. One of the things that makes customers loyal is product innovation, therefore product innovation is needed in every company to maintain its customers. his study aims to determine the effect of product innovation on customer loyalty of Seven Beverage Products in Tanjungpinang City. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study are based on hypothesis testing, the t-test shows that product innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Namely, Product Innovation (X) produces a t-value of 41,986 with a p-value of 0.000. The test results showed a p-value (0.000) < level of significance (= 5%). Meanwhile, in terms of product innovation, Seven has made quite a good innovation, it can be seen from the score obtained on the results of the questionnaire. Then, customer loyalty Seven has received loyalty from its customers, it can be seen from the good score obtained from the customer loyalty variable questionnaire. The conclusion of this study shows that product innovation in Seven beverage products in the city of Tanjungpinang has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and Seven beverage products have made very good product innovations. Then on customer loyalty, Seven products have also gained loyalty from their customers.

Abstract

This study aims to see the advantage of fiscal decentralization and human development on welfare in 62 underdeveloped districts in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data of 62 underdeveloped districts in Indonesia in 2016-2020 period for panel data regression. The result showed that fiscal decentralization, namely DAU, and life expectation number with 5% error rate are statistically significant have sign in accordance with expectation, then H1a and H2a are accepted. While fiscal decentralization, namely DAK and DBH, with average time of school has no influence on the welfare of underdeveloped regions in Indonesia

Abstract

Financial performance is the result or achievement that has been achieved by the company's management in carrying out its functions to manage the company's assets effectively during a certain period. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect financial performance at UD Tunas Baru Mulya based on ratio analysis. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Quantitative research methods are one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned, and measured from the beginning to the design of the research. The data source in this study is secondary data in the form of interviews and financial reports from UD Tunas Baru Mulya. The results of the study note that the liquidity ratio using the current ratio shows that there is an increase in the ratio value of each financial period. The solvency ratio using the debt ratio shows that dependence on debt is very small, and the amount of debt continues to decrease each period. The profitability ratio using profit margin shows that the level of net profit of UD Tunas Baru Mulya continues to increase. The activity ratio shows the value of income earned through sales continues to increase every year. Thus it can be concluded that the financial performance of UD Tunas Baru Mulya is in good condition, therefore UD Tunas Baru Mulya can maintain and increase the level of efficiency in the use of assets in obtaining profits.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze Bank BUKU 4 Financial performance the COVID-19 Pandemic, until the years of the pandemic. The research based on secondary data, sourced from annual and finansial reports of banks in Bank BUKU 4 category along with source from www.ojk.com. Every banking companies in Indonesia are the population for this reseach. While the sample of this research are ten (10) banks that categorized as Bank BUKU 4 from 2018 until 2010 with purposive sampling technique. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) on non-parametric term testing used the intermediation approach become efficiency measurement method in this study. Total Assets, Deposits, Total Savings, and Operating Costs are the input variables. While the output variables contained in this study are Credit, Interest Income, and Net Income. There are two results based on this study; First, most of banks that included as Bank BUKU 4 measured to have high efficiency, although Bank Permata and CIMB have reached the level moderate in efficiency in some years. Second, the banks’ efficiency in Bank BUKU 4 category has No. difference on the study period

Abstract

Analysis of the Effect of Return on Assets and Liquidity on stock prices of Technology sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period research objectives (1) To determine the effect of Return on Assets on stock prices of technology sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. (2) To determine the effect of liquidity on the stock prices of technology sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Consumer Trust both partially and simultaneously on Behavioral Intention in the Traveloka Application. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who use the Traveloka application. Data was collected using the survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have purchased tickets through the Traveloka application, purchased tickets using the Traveloka application in the last 6 months and are in the Jabodetabek area. Questionnaires collected as many as 150 respondents, the data is then processed using multiple linear regression methods. Results of data analysis performed with the help of SPSS tools. Based on the results of this analysis it is known that the variables Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Consumer Trust simultaneously have a positive effect on Behavioral Intention in the Traveloka Application. Partially the variables Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Consumer Trust have proven to have a positive effect on Behavioral intention in the Traveloka Application. It can be stated that the easier the use of the Traveloka Application, the better the benefits of the application, and the greater the consumer trust, which leads to an increased intention to use the Traveloka Application. It is expected that the findings of this research, along with support from other studies, can provide a strong foundation for guiding the future development of the Traveloka application.
