Abstract

The use of computers in the future can dominate human work and defeat human computing capabilities such as controlling electronic equipment remotely using internet media, IoT (Internet of Things) allows users to manage and optimize electronics and electrical equipment that uses the internet for Automation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Internet-Based Electricity Of Things (IoT). Design of Automation Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Electricity Based on the Internet of Things (IoT). which is used to test the installation of research instrument equipment. This needs to be done to ensure that the installation and research instruments function properly at the actual time of the experiment. Devices that have been made by the researchers can work well as expected, where the automation of the protection of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Internet-Based Electricity of Things (IoT) so that it can provide initial help in the event of work accidents caused by gas leakage and fire monitored online by panel space operators. That's because most of the interactions between IoT devices with Users occur in digital form. Besides, expertise in reading digital data to support the decision-making process is also very crucial from the results of the calculation of the implementation of data monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Internet-Based Electricity of Things (IoT) with an average of 3.54 and the eigenvalues value approaching 29.4, indicating that the majority of workers in a private hospital in Malang City strongly agrees with the application of Internet If Things in the private hospital in Malang City Environment.

Abstract

In recent years there has been an increase in the prevalence of viral infections worldwide with the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease. Various attempts have been made to find new drugs and vaccines against the viruses that cause it, but there are no effective preventive and curative drugs yet, so boosting the immune system is one of the most important things to do. One of the natural ingredients that are believed to increase the body's immunity is Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), but it still needs more intense research. In addition to the use of natural ingredients, exercise is also important to maintain and increase immunity. One indicator that is sensitive to impaired immune response is leukocytes. This study aims to see the effect of giving VCO and physical exercise on immune function by measuring leukocyte levels. This is an experimental study with a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study were 12 people who were divided into two groups. During the exercise with an intensity of 70-80% in two weeks with a frequency of three times a week, the experimental group was given 15 ml of VCO every day while the control group was given a placebo. Leukocyte levels were measured before and after treatment. Leukocyte levels in the control group increased significantly while the experimental group decreased insignificantly. Giving virgin coconut oil in this study significantly reduced leukocyte levels.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the formula of anti-aging cream using lemongrass leaf extract. The treatment by giving respondents lemongrass leaf extract and using moisture, evenness, pore, spot, and wrinkle as parameters. Human skin provides protection on the surface of the body against the influence of the surrounding environment. Skin can experience aging, especially in areas that are often exposed to direct sunlight such as the face, neck, upper arms, and hands. Aging is a process experienced by humans in their 30s whose functions in the human body are decreasing, for example, thinning skin, wrinkles, rough skin, and dark spots on the face. Treatment to prevent aging of the skin by using an antioxidant product such as flavonoids because it has the function of preventing or neutralizing free radicals. In Indonesia, several species of plants can be found that function as food and cosmetic ingredients. The lemongrass leaf extract which contains antiaging are Alkaloids, Flavonoids, and Tannins. The data were analysed by using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method to determine homogeneity and normality. Then, if the data is normal, it is continued to be analysed using the One-Way ANOVA method to determine the average difference between groups. There is a difference between treatments, and it is continued with the Post-hoc Tukey HSD test. The higher the concentration of extract used, the greater the anti-aging productivity formed. It is concluded, the best anti-aging effect is a concentration of 9% with increase in moisture, evenness, pore reduction, reducing spots and wrinkles.

Abstract

Married women under the age of 16 are usually 10-12 times more likely to develop cervical cancer than those who are married over the age of 20. At that age the uterus of a young woman is very sensitive. The juvenile cervix is more susceptible to carcinogenic stimuli because of the active process of metaplasia, which occurs in the transformation zone during the developmental period. Squamous epithelial metaplasia is usually a physiological process. But under the influence of carcinogens, cell changes can occur resulting in a pathological transformation zone (Melva, 2017). These atypical changes initiate a process called cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) which is the preinvasive phase of cervical cancer. Under the age of 18, a woman's reproductive organs are still very weak. If she is pregnant, then As a result, it will be easy to miscarry because the uterus is not that strong, making it difficult for the fetus to attach to the uterine wall. This type of research is descriptive research with the method used is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was taken from the entire population, because the method used was total sampling with a total of 46 people. This study uses a cross-sectional or cross-sectional design which can show the relationship between the independent and dependent variables but cannot show a causal relationship. The results of the study that based on the results of the Paired Samples t Test correlation test obtained a p-value of 0.00. Because the p value is 0.00 (p <0.05), there is a significant impact of early marriage on reproductive health.

Abstract

One of the factors that influence the success rate of a hospital is the performance of nurses. Efforts to improve nurse performance include paying attention to nurse work stress. This study aimed to determine the effect of communication and incentives on nurse performance in the inpatient room of the Royal Prima Maryland General Hospital. The type of research used is cross-sectional survey research with an explanatory research method approach. The total population is 41 nurses; all nurses are used as respondents (complete sampling). Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test, and logistic regression was used to obtain the OR (Odds Ratio) value. The results showed a statistical relationship between communication and performance (p = 0.012), and the OR value was 6.708, meaning that nurses with good communication would increase their performance by 6.7 times. Providing incentives on performance (p = 0.006) and the OR value is 6.667, meaning nurses with incentives will improve performance by 6.6 times. Income on performance (p = 0.004) and the OR value is 8.762, meaning nurses with incentives will increase performance by 8.7 times. The hospital should conduct periodic counseling and distribute questionnaires as evaluation material and material for stress management for nurses every three months.
