Abstract

An important indicator to determine the quality of service in a hospital is about the completeness of the hospital's medical record files. There are many problems arise due to incomplete medical record files and do not recorded neatly and regularly. The incident is due to lack of medical team awareness in recording all information or actions that would be given to the patient. The aim of this study is to analyse the effect of Job Demand-Control-Support and Protection Motivation on compliance in filling out Medical Record files at RSU ESHMUN Medan 2023. This study uses quantitative research method which is analytical in nature. The total sampling of this study is 115 active nurses at RSU ESHMUN Medan. The result of the study informs that there are very strong and significant effect among Job Demand-Control-Support and Protection Motivation on compliance in filling out Medical Record files at RSU ESHMUN Medan 2023. The variable that has the most influence on Obedience with filling in inpatient medical record files at RSU ESHMUN in 2023 is the Protection Motivation variable. It is recommended to RSU ESHMUN Medan to improve the administration pattern in order to all of nurses have the same job demands and receive the same support.

Abstract

Complete basic immunization plays a role in suppressing the spread of disease so that it is beneficial for immunity. In reducing the incidence of disease, complete basic immunization is needed to reduce disease in society as a whole.Purpose of Writing: for Education Relations, Parity Status and Mother's Knowledge About Booster Immunization With Children's Complete Basic Immunization. Research Methods: the sample was taken by all mothers who had toddlers aged 24-59 months. data collection using secondary and primary data. primary and secondary data collection. research design cross sectional quantitative approach. Research Results : In the results of the study, the majority of mothers with high school education (SMA) were 32 people (55.2%), parity status of primipara mothers were 29 people (50.0%), good knowledge of 26 people (44.8%) . There is a relationship between parity and knowledge of complete basic immunization with an asym sig 2 tailed value of 0.05 for parity status and 0.000 for knowledge. There was no relationship between education and complete basic immunization, which resulted in an asym sig 2 tailed value of 0.887. Conclusions and Suggestions: In providing education to mothers having babies 0-59 months, midwives can collaborate with other health teams, in providing health education about immunization.

Abstract

Short term stunting can affect mental abilities and unoptimally learning, low academic achievement, developmental delays, decreased immune function, decreased cognitive function, and disorders of the burning system. Various ways are carried out so that long-term effects can be prevented and handled appropriately. Based on the foregoing then researchers are interested in conducting research with the title Factors related to Stunting Incidents in children aged 6-2 years at the Tanah Merah Health Center, Boven Digoel Regency, Papua Province, April 13 - May 13, 2023. Knowing what factors are related to the incident Stunting in children aged 6-2 years at the Tanah Merah Health Center, Boven Digoel Regency, Papua Province, April 13 - May 13, 2023.The type of research used is descriptive analytic research carried out using cross sectional methods with univariate and bivariate data analysiswith the help of the computer program SPSS version 20.Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.464, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the incidence of shunting in children aged 6-2 years with the age of the mother and the OR 2.500 results which can be concluded that the age of the mother is 2.5 times influencing the incidence of stunting in children aged 6- 2 years. statistical test results obtained p value = 0.151, it can be concluded that there is no relation between the incidence of shunting in children aged 6-2 years and the mother's education. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.431, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the incidence of shunting in children aged 6-2 years with exclusive breastfeeding and the OR results of 0.556 which can be concluded that exclusive breastfeeding 0.5 times affects the incidence of shunting in children aged 6- 2 years. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0,Expected factorsthat affect eventsStunting in children aged 6-2 years can be used as a guideline in preventing stunting in the future.

Abstract

Background the content of tomato and cucumber juice both contain potassium which functions as a catalyst so that potassium can play a role in lowering a person's blood pressure. The purpose of writing: to determine the difference in the effectiveness of giving tomato juice and cucumber juice in reducing blood pressure in those who experience hypertension in terms of gestational age. Research Methods: Pre-experimental research with the type of one group pre test – post test design by means of a causal relationship by involving one group of subjects. the subject group was observed before the intervention was carried out and then observed after the intervention was carried out. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive method. The study was divided into 2 variables, namely the independent variables, namely the consumption of tomato juice and cucumber juice. Research Results: The results of statistical tests are known Asymp. Sig (2 – Talled) has a value of 0.263, because 0.263 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. This means that there is no difference in giving tomato juice and cucumber juice in reducing blood pressure in those with hypertension. This means that tomato juice and cucumber juice both have the same efficacy in reducing blood pressure in pregnant women. However, from the Mann –Whitney mean rank between giving tomato juice and cucumber juice, it was found that cucumber juice was more effective than tomato juice in reducing blood pressure. Conclusions and Suggestions: The results of this study are expected to provide information that giving date palm juice and beetroot juice is a type of natural food that can increase Hb levels.

Abstract

Background: Based on an initial survey conducted by researchers in November 2023 at village midwives in Kalangsari Village, it was found that there were 38 primigravida mothers giving birth. Among the 38 primigravida patients, an observation was made that 25 primigravida mothers were not accompanied by their husbands when they were about to give birth. Thirteen primigravida mothers were accompanied by their husbands when they were about to give birth. The results of interviews with 13 primigravida mothers showed that the psychological condition of mothers who were accompanied by their husbands felt more confident and their level of anxiety was not too high compared to mothers who gave birth without their husbands' assistance. Objective: To know the factors that influence the success of PENA SUASI Karawang in 2022. Methodology: the research design is cross sectional. The sample used in this study was the total population, namely 30 mothers giving birth. The analysis used was the chi square test. Results: age, education, occupation and attitude, the only significant results being work, obtained a p-value of 0.005 (ơ <0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work and the success of PENASUASI in giving birth mothers. It is hoped that the family or the husband can understand more about the importance of Family Support and Standby Husband (PENASUASI) during the mother's pregnancy and childbirth.

Abstract

One of the midwifery services performed by midwives is antenatal examination, namely pregnancy examinations carried out to periodically check the condition of the mother and fetus, followed by efforts to correct deviations found. Antenatal care plays an important role in efforts to prevent (preventive) and reduce MMR and IMR. Midwifery services contribute to implementing quality antenatal care according to standards. So that every effort to improve quality must also be accompanied by efforts to improve the performance of each officer, especially midwives. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between the performance of midwives and the satisfaction of ANC services at the Telagasari Health Center in 2023. Research Methods: This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. The sample of this research were 76 pregnant women. The sample technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi square test Research Results: The results of the study show that a p-value of 0.000 is obtained, meaning that the p-value <0.05 can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a very strong and one-way significant relationship between the performance of midwives and the satisfaction of ANC services for pregnant women at the Telagasari Health Center. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the performance of midwives and satisfaction with antenatal care (ANC) services at the Telagasari Health Center in 2023.

Abstract

Background: Education via whatsapp about the importance of prenatal checks has been proven to increase pregnant women's knowledge. Through this platform, information about the benefits and importance of routine pregnancy checks can be conveyed easily by health workers and pregnant women in access to the WhatsApp application. Purpose of Writing: to find out the Effectiveness of Education Using WhatsApp About the Importance of Pregnancy Checks for Increasing Knowledge of Pregnant Women. Research Methods: Pre-experimental research with the type of one group pre test – post test design by means of a causal relationship by involving one group of subjects. the subject group was observed before the intervention was carried out and then observed after the intervention was carried out. Abstract

Background: Complications in the length of time of delivery can cause the mother's blood flow through the placenta to decrease so that it has an impact on the occurrence of asfexia in newborns. One way to accelerate the progress of labor is by giving the rebozo technique and oxytocin massage. The results of the data report from the Dian Medika Jayanti Clinic, Tangerang Banten Regency, obtained information that in 2022 out of 365 mothers who gave birth, 157 cases were found with prolonged labor so that sometimes referrals were made, while the rebozo technique and oxytocin massage had not been carried out at that location. Purpose of Writing: Knowing the comparison of giving the rebozo technique and oxytocin massage to the length of the second stage in mothers giving birth at the Dian Medika Jayanti Clinic, Tangerang Regency. Research Method: quasy experiment with posttest only design with control group design. The sample is 30 mothers giving birth with total sampling technique. Intervention for 5-10 minutes and repeated 3 times. Bivariate analysis using the Mann Whiteney test. Results: The results of the univariate study mean the length of the second stage of labor by administering the rebozo technique was 58.00 minutes and 30.93 minutes. The average length of the second stage of labor with oxytocin massage was 67.00 minutes. The results of the Mann Whiteney bivariate test for the second stage of labor were 0.021. Conclusions and Suggestions: There are differences in giving the rebozo technique and oxytocin massage to the length of the second stage of labor in mothers. Midwives are expected to speed up the delivery process, it would be better if the rebozo technique and oxytocin massage were given simultaneously so that the progress of labor would go faster.

Abstract

Background: Reproductive and sexual health education is very necessary in achieving the growth and development tasks that must be passed by a teenager. The preconception period is the period before conception or before pregnancy occurs and the period between conceptions which can begin within two years before conception. Purpose of Writing: To determine the effect of reproductive health education on increasing pre-conception knowledge for young women. Research Methods: This type of research uses a quasy experimental design with a one group pre-test post-test design, the sample in this study is 74 people, the Wilcoxon statistical analysis test. Research results: there are differences in knowledge before and after being given reproductive health education (p value = 0.000), it can be concluded that the Effect of Reproductive Health Education on Increasing Preconception Knowledge in Young Girls at SMA Yaspih Tangerang Banten. Conclusions and Suggestions: It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for female students to increase reproductive health knowledge in future pre-conceptional health in women.

Abstract

Background: In early pregnancy, many mothers experience complaints of nausea, vomiting, especially in the morning, which is known as morning sickness or in medical language known as emesis gravidarum. Symptoms of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women can be treated both with conventional and non-conventional treatments or often referred to as complementary therapy, namely with herbal plants that are easily available such as lemongrass, lemon, peppermint leaves and the most popular is ginger. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of consuming warm ginger milk juice in reducing emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women at PMB Karawang City in 2023 Research Methods: The type of research used in this study is quasi-experimental and post test only design one group. The population in this study were 54 mothers. The sample in this study were 35 mothers who were in PMB Karawang City. Bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The average frequency of emesis gravidarum in 1st trimester pregnant women before being given warm ginger juice was 9.97, a standard deviation of 1.636, a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 13. The average frequency of emesis gravidarum in 1st trimester pregnant women after being given consumption warm ginger milk juice is 5.54, a standard deviation of 1.039, a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 7. Conclusion: It can be concluded that consumption of warm ginger milk juice is effective in reducing emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women at PMB Karawang City in 2023.
