Abstract

Abstrak. Dalam Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pengoptimalan peran media sosial dalam mewujudkan citra zona integritas di pascasarjana Unnes. Media sosial berperan penting dalam pembentukan citra zona integritas namun kenyataannya peran media sosial di pascasarjana Unnes masih belum maksimal. Berdasarkan wawancara awal dengan Direksi Pascasarjana, kendala-kendala yang ditemui dalam rangka penerapan zona integritas adalah kurangnya optimalisasi media sosial. Kendala tersebut memang belum teratasi dengan baik hingga saat ini. Sehingga untuk lebih mengoptimalisasikan peran media sosial dan media masa dalam mewujudkan citra zona integritas, tim pengabdi mencoba menelaah dan mendiskusikan solusi. Upaya optimalisasi media sosial dalam mewujudkan citra zona integritas sekolah pascasarjana dilakukan melalui dua cara, yaitu pelatihan optimasi media sosial, dan pendampingan pengelolaan media sosial. Hasil kegiatan cukup optimal, tetapi konten yang diunggah ke media masa kebanyakan masih berupa video highlight kegiatan-kegiatan. Abstract. This community service focuses on optimizing the role of social media in realizing the image of an integrity zone in Unnes postgraduate studies. Social media plays an important role in forming the image of an integrity zone, but in reality the role of social media in Unnes postgraduate studies is still not optimal. Based on initial interviews with Postgraduate Directors, the obstacles encountered in implementing the integrity zone were the lack of optimization of social media. This obstacle has not been resolved properly until now. So, to further optimize the role of social media and mass media in creating the image of an integrity zone, the service team tried to study and discuss solutions. Efforts to optimize social media in realizing the image of a postgraduate school integrity zone are carried out in two ways, namely social media optimization training and assistance with social media management. The results of the activities are quite optimal, but the content uploaded to the mass media is still mostly in the form of video highlights of the activities.

Abstract

Abstrak. Dewasa ini kegiatan pemasaran melalui media masa banyak dipilih sebagai strategi yang manjur dalam meningkatkan interaksi dengan para konsumen. Pascasarjana sebagai unit penyelenggara 21 Program Magister dan 9 Program Doktor, perlu kiranya untuk meningkatkan promosi melalui media sosial agar mampu menarik banyak mahasiswa serta mampu bersaing di pasaran dengan perguruan tinggi lain. Berdasarkan wawancara awal dengan Direksi Pascasarjana, kendala-kendala yang ditemui adalah kurang optimalnya peran media sosial, utamanya unggahan promosi kelembagaan yang berupa video. Kendala tersebut memang belum teratasi dengan baik hingga saat ini, sehingga untuk lebih mengoptimalisasikan peran video kontan pada media sosial tim pengabdi mencoba menelaah dan mendiskusikan solusi. Dimana solusi tersebut diharapkan menjadi sumber perumusan solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan kondisi yaitu dilaksanakannya pelatihan pembuatan video konten pada media sosial Pascasarjana. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan unggahan konten video pada media sosial Sekolah Pascasarjana. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan monitoring secara berkala oleh tim pengabdi, dimana dari aktivitas monitoring dapat diketahui bahwa hampir setiap hari terdapat minimal 1 unggahan video konten pada media sosial Sekolah Pascasarjana. Abstract. Nowadays marketing activities through mass media are often chosen as an effective strategy in increasing interaction with consumers. Postgraduate as the organizing unit for 21 Master's Programs and 9 Doctoral Programs, it is necessary to increase promotion through social media so that it can attract many students and be able to compete in the market with other universities. Based on initial interviews with Postgraduate Directors, the obstacles encountered were the less than optimal role of social media, especially institutional promotional uploads in the form of videos. This obstacle has not been resolved properly until now, so to further optimize the role of direct video on social media, the service team is trying to study and discuss solutions. Where this solution is expected to be a source for formulating appropriate solutions according to the conditions, namely the implementation of training in creating video content on Postgraduate social media. The results of the training showed an increase in video content uploads on the Postgraduate School's social media. Furthermore, regular monitoring is carried out by the service team, where from monitoring activities it can be seen that almost every day there is at least 1 video content uploaded to the Postgraduate School's social media.

Abstract

Abstrak.Manajemen merupakan faktor terpenting dalam kegiatan. Salah satunya aktivitas pemberian layanan dalam Bimbingan Dan Konseling. Manajemen dalam Bimbingan Dan Konseling meliputi perencanaan yang berisi pembuatan RPL yang mengarah pada pengaturan dan evaluasi hasil pelayanan. Pemberian layanan Bimbingan Dan Konseling akan lebih efektif dan efisien menggunakan teknologi yang berbasis android. Teknologi memudahkan Guru Bimbingan Dan Konseling dalam mendeteksi kebutuah siswa dan melihat secara global kebutuhan utama siswa. Pengembangan teknologi komunikasi dalam layanan Bimbingan Dan Konseling perlu dilakukan terutama untuk memudahkan perencanaan layanan dalam Bimbingan Dann Konseling. Aplikasi SIMAKAN sebagai salah satu aplikasi yang membantu guru Bimbingan Dan Konseling dalam pelaksanaan layanan Bimbingan Dan Konseling terutama Menyusun RPL yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penggunaan aplikasi secara benar akan memudahkan guru Bimbingan Dan Konseling dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kompetensinya. Hal ini mendasari bahwa pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi guru Bimbingan Dan Konseling perlu dilakukan terutama berkaitan dengan penggunaan aplikasi yang berbasis pada kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dapat meningkatkan layanan bimbingan konseling bagi siswa. Abstract. Management is the most important factor in activities. One of them is the activity of providing services in guidance and counseling. Management in guidance and counseling includes planning which contains the creation of RPL which leads to the regulation and evaluation of service results. Providing guidance and counseling services will be more effective and efficient using Android-based technology. Technology makes it easier for Guide and Counseling teachers to detect student needs and see students' main needs globally. The development of communication technology in Guide and Counseling services needs to be carried out primarily to facilitate service planning in guidance and counseling. The SIMAKAN application is an application that helps guidance and counseling teachers in implementing guidance and counseling services, especially compiling RPL that suits students' needs. Using the application correctly will make it easier for Guide and Counseling teachers to improve their performance and competence. This is the basis that training to increase the competency of guidance and counseling teachers needs to be carried out, especially in relation to the use of applications based on advances in information and communication technology which can improve counseling guidance services for students.

Abstract

Abstrak. Peningkatan besarnya jumlah populasi lansia di Indonesia akan menjadi beban apabila banyak diantara mereka yang mengalami masalah kesehatan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode skrining dan edukasi kesehatan. Proses skrining dilakukan pada masyarakat pra lansia dan lansia sebagai upaya pencegahan dini sarkopenia dengan bantuan kader kesehatan. Edukasi kesehatan diberikan pada lansia dalam upaya peningkatan pemahaman mengenai sarkopenia. Berdasarkan hasil yang sudah dicapai dalam tahapan persiapan meliputi studi pendahuluan, identifikasi masalah, penyusunan instrumen. Hasil skrining menunjukan bahwa seluruh lansia memiliki massa otot rendah. Sebanyak 93,7% berstatus possible sarcopenia. Edukasi dan diagnosis lanjutan oleh pelayanan kesehatan setempat sangat diperlukan sebagai upaya pencegahan serta pengendalian kesehatan lansia di Sekolah Lansia Pancasila, Desa Kenteng Bandungan, Kabupaten Semarang. Abstract. The large increase in the elderly population in Indonesia will be a burden if many of them experience health problems. This community service is carried out through screening methods and health education. The screening process is carried out in pre-elderly and elderly communities as an effort to prevent sarcopenia early with the help of health cadres. Health education is provided to the pre-elderly and elderly community in an effort to increase understanding about sarcopenia. Based on the results that have been achieved in the preparation stages including preliminary studies, problem identification, and preparation of instruments. The screening results showed that 30 pre-elderly and elderly (100%) had low muscle mass. Of the 30 pre-elderly and elderly, 93.7% had possible sarcopenia status. Further education and diagnosis by local health services is very necessary as an effort to prevent and control the health of pre-elderly and elderly people at the Pancasila Elderly School, Kenteng Bandungan Village, Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Abstract. The partner of this community service activity is Bina Sejahtera Community Learning Center of Brebes Regency, which faces problems in managing vocational skills training programs for Package C equivalency education students, less effectively. The specific objective of empowering the Community Learning Center managers is that they can manage a systematic vocational training program, which has an impact on increasing the interest in learning of students in Package C until graduation and are able to develop vocational skills in a sustainable manner. This empowerment partnership is implemented with a participatory approach that places the target as a facilitator, motivator and dynamizer in FGDs, workshops and practical activities. The results of this community service partnership show that the manager of the Community Learning Center can implement competency-based training program management starting from training planning based on the results of organizational, job / position and individual needs analysis. Vocational training programs are formulated based on digital entrepreneurship (digital printing). Training implementation is monitored to measure the suitability of training implementation with planning and evaluated to measure the achievement of training program objectives. The results of the training program evaluation are followed up by developing a follow-up plan for the training program, namely establishing cooperation with stakeholders. The impact of digital printing press mug entrepreneurship training practices for learners is an increased interest in learning at Pack C equivalency. Learning in vocational training is important to encourage the completion of 12-year compulsory education for adults who are not in school and have a positive attitude towards digital entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu bentuk reformasi pendidikan yang dapat membantu guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan di abad 21 adalah menggunakan pendekatan science, technology, engineering, dan mathematics (STEM). STEM menjadi suatu pendekatan dalam pembelajaran sains dengan menuntun pola pikir siswa seperti ilmuwan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah agar guru di Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur SIKL memiliki keterampilan untuk berinovasi dalam pembelajaran sains berbasis STEM dan pengetahuan memnafaatkan sumber belajar untuk pembelajaran Sains berbasis STEM. Pengabdian ini menerapkan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan model Action Learning, pada kelompok mitra sehingga terampil merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran sains berbasis STEM. Rancangan kegitan pengabdian terdiri atas tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terjalinnya kerjasama antara FMIPA UNNES dengan SIKL, terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bagi guru Sains di SIKL, peserta pelatihan telah memiliki keterampilan merancang pembelajaran inovatif berbasis STEM, dan meningkatnya pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan sumber belajar berbasis STEM di antaranya adalah penerapan projek drop egg challenge dan straw bridge. Kegiatan pelatihan inovasi pembelajaran dengan model action learning berbasis fasilitasi dapat membekali guru untuk berinovasi dalam pembelajaran sains berpendekatan STEM. Abstract. One form of educational reform that can help teachers overcome problems in the 21st century is using a science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) approach. STEM is an approach to learning science by guiding students' thinking patterns like scientists. The aim of this service activity is so that teachers at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) have the knowledge and skills to innovate in STEM-based science learning. This service applies training and mentoring methods with Action Learning model to partner groups so they are skilled at designing and implementing STEM-based science learning. The design of service activities consists of preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of the service show that the training participants have knowledge about STEM-based science learning innovations, including the implementation of the drop egg challenge and straw bridge projects.
