Abstract

Comparison of long-term outcomes of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) versus Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) for Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is a crucial topic. However, the intellectual structure and thematic evolution of this literature have not been quantitatively assessed. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to map the global research landscape, identify publication trends, key contributors, and thematic focuses. Bibliometric searches were conducted using Publish or Perish software on data from Crossref and Google Scholar. The search targeted the keyword title “Percutaneous coronary intervention VS Coronary Artery Bypass Graft” for publications from January 2020 to June 2025. After filtering and removing duplicates, 912 documents were analyzed using VOSviewer to visualize keyword co-occurrence, temporal overlays, and author collaboration. The analysis revealed “patient,” “PCI,” and “CABG” as the most dominant terms. Five thematic clusters emerged: (1) post-CABG complications; (2) PCI vs. CABG long-term outcomes; (3) stent technology and comorbidities; (4) acute conditions and mortality; and (5) complex prognostic and anatomical factors. Temporal visualization indicates a shift from broad procedural comparisons (2020–2021) to specific long-term outcome studies and population-specific research (2022 onward). Key author collaboration networks were also identified. The bibliometric landscape of PCI versus CABG research is mature yet evolving, with growing focus on patient-specific outcomes. Emerging hotspots include long-term results in subgroups and complex coronary anatomy, indicating a trend toward outcome-oriented and personalized approaches in coronary revascularization research

Abstract

Severe head trauma due to a traffic accident can trigger psychiatric disorders with varying post-injury onsets. Organic mental disorders can appear as secondary neuropsychiatric manifestations due to structural or functional damage to the brain, such as head trauma. This case describes patients without a history of underlying psychiatric and organic symptoms, as well as without a history of substance abuse. The patient experiences post-head trauma psychotic disorders. Patients in the case receive multidisciplinary treatment, from the psychiatric side in the form of atypical antipsychotic therapy and acetylcholinesterase inhibitors as well as social and family support. Psychotic symptoms that arise after trauma need to be recognized, treated, both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically to help improve the patient's quality of life after trauma.

Abstract

Illicit drug use is controlled by prevention and treatment. LH Model is the first model of illicit drug use which has been improved for over ten years. In 2012, estimated about 324 million people or about seven percent of the world's population are drug illicit drug users and 183,000 of them die per year because of illicit drug use worldwide and 12.044 people die each year in Indonesia, but there was no death in the LH Model. In this study the model is extended by adding a state of death (D) which forming LHD model. LHD model is fitted with the illicit drug user data of BNN by selecting parameter values that approach the tendencies of the data, after that LHD model is simulated by minimizing the budget for prevention and treatment. Prevention is dominant on unrestricted budget, while treatment is dominant on restricted budget.

Abstract

Abstract

The implementation of triage in the Emergency Unit (ER) has an important role in determining the priority of patient handling quickly and appropriately. Errors in the division of triage such as under triage and over triage can have a serious impact on patient safety and service quality. One of the factors that affect the accuracy of triage division is the level of knowledge of nurses. Therefore, increasing nurses' knowledge is a strategic step to support accurate clinical decisions in the ER of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado Hospital. This research aims to increase nurses' knowledge in the distribution of triage in the Emergency Unit of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado Hospital through continuous training and evaluation activities. This study uses a descriptive method with a pre-test and post-test approach for implementing nurses in the ER. The number of respondents was 20 nurses who were selected in total sampling. The intervention was in the form of providing training on the concept, principles, and application of the triage system using the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) standard. Data were analyzed descriptively to see an increase in knowledge scores before and after the intervention. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score of nurses from 65.5 before training to 88.7 after training. Most respondents experienced an increased understanding of patient priority criteria, critical vital signs, and determination of appropriate triage levels. Triage training activities have proven to be effective in increasing the knowledge of nurses in the Emergency Unit of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado Hospital. Regular training and periodic supervision are needed to maintain the consistency of accurate triage implementation and improve the quality of emergency services.

Abstract

This study investigates the feasibility of upcycling post-consumer polyethylene terephthalate (PET), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and polypropylene (PP) wastes into 3D-printing filaments and comparatively evaluates their mechanical performance and storage durability at room temperature. Waste plastics were sorted, washed, dried, and extruded into 1.75 mm filaments under polymer-specific temperature profiles. Dimensional consistency was assessed through diameter measurements at multiple points, while tensile tests on filament specimens were conducted at 0, 30, 60, and 90 days of storage to determine ultimate tensile strength, elastic modulus, and elongation at break. The results show that all recycled filaments satisfy typical FDM dimensional tolerances, with rPET exhibiting the lowest coefficient of variation in diameter. At t = 0 days, rPET displays the highest tensile strength and modulus but the lowest ductility, rHDPE shows the highest ductility but lowest strength, and rPP presents intermediate behavior. During storage, all filaments undergo property degradation, yet with different rates: rPET retains ?90% of its initial strength and ?95% of its modulus after 90 days, whereas rHDPE and rPP experience larger reductions, particularly in ductility (to about 66–67% of their initial elongation at break). These findings demonstrate that common plastic wastes can be converted into technically viable FDM feedstock and reveal that rPET is the most robust option for applications requiring higher strength and longer shelf life, while rHDPE and rPP are better suited for flexible parts provided that storage conditions and inventory rotation are carefully controlled.

Abstract

Legal discovery (rechtsvinding) by judges and legal practitioners never occurs in a vacuum. Legal texts, as products of the past, often present ambiguities when confronted with the complexity of current cases and issues. With conventional legal interpretation methods such as grammatical, historical, and systematic, although fundamental, they tend to treat the text as a static object and often ignore the crucial role of the interpreter. This stydy aims to elaborate on the urgency of legal hermeneutics, as proposed by Hnas George Gdamer, as a philosophical approach that transcends the limitations of these methods. Using a qualitative literature study, namely pre-understanding (vorurteil), horizon fusion (horizontverschmelzung), and application (anwendung). The results of the analysis show that Gadamer rejects the positivistic view that rigidly separates the subject (interpreter) and the object (text). Gadamer’s perspective, every interpreter always brings with him a “pre-understanding” fomed from tradition and history which is not a barrier, but rather from the starting point of understanding (interpretation) and application (application) of lawi s one inserparable moment. In this case, the judge not only “discovers” the hidden (inherent) meaning but also participates in producing legal meaning that is relevant to the concrete situation and hand. Therefore, Gadamer’s hermeneutics offers a more authentic philosophical foundation for the practice of legal discovery, recognizing the dynamics between legal tradition and the demands of contemporary justice.

Abstract

Islam in overcoming poverty is not half-hearted, namely with zakat. Agricultural products are assets that must be issued zakat if they have reached nishab. The level that must be released is ten percent if the plant is irrigated with rainwater and five percent if it is irrigated using irrigation equipment. In contrast to what happened in Jatipayak village, the people there knew that agricultural zakat was mandatory by law and the community paid zakat every harvest, but the community did not know how much nishab and the rate that had to be spent in agricultural zakat. In this study, using the nature of the research descriptive analysis, data collection using interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing data, three stages are used, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and Conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that the payment of agricultural zakat in Jatipayak village is in accordance with the fiqh of zakat. The zakat that is issued is only for rice plants, because rice, according to the imams of the four madhhabs, must be issued zakat. The public does not know that nishab zakat is agricultural and nishab is not a condition of agricultural zakat according to Imam Hanafi. The zakat amount issued by the people of Jatipayak is not appropriate, because they do not know the amount. The distribution of zakat is appropriate, but there are some who are a little obstructed, because there are those who distribute their zakat to orphans, even though orphans are not included in the mustahik zakat. The time to issue zakat is appropriate, namely when the plants have been harvested and separated from the straw and have become rice and are ready to be cooked. Keywords: Fiqh Zakat, Agricultural Zakat.
