Jurnal Mappesona adalah jurnal ilmiah berkala yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) Fakultas Tarbiyah Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bone. Jurnal ini berfokus pada studi tentang ilmu manajemen pendidikan Islam. Dewan editorial menyambut kontribusi dalam bentuk artikel dari ilmuwan, cendekiawan, profesional, dan peneliti dalam disiplin manajemen pendidikan Islam yang akan diterbitkan dan disebarluaskan setelah melalui mekanisme pemilihan naskah, studi mitra berkelanjutan, dan proses penyuntingan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis kebijakan dalampelaksanaan uji kompetensi guru dapat di tinjau dari dua demensi yaituditinjau dari isi kebijakan Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) bermanfaat bagiguru dan bermanfaat bagi pengambil keputusan untuk memetakan kinerjaguru. pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) sudah berjalan baik, disiplindan terarah. Hal ini sesuai dengan proses pelaksanaan UKG yang telahdilakukan. Namun dekimian, sumberdaya yang dilibatkan dalam kebijakanUKG masih belum optimal. Ditinjau dari konteks analisis kebijakan UjiKompetensi Guru (UKG) masih mempunyai kelemahan, yaitu kurangnyasosialisasi, sehingga menimbulkan reaksi penolakan dari guru, danpelaksanaan diklat yang sampai sekarang belum juga jalan, tapi salah satukegiatan ke arah peningkatan mutu sudah dapat dilaksanakan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasikebijakan KartuIndonesia Pintar(KIP)dalam upaya pemerataan. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melaluimetode observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasidata. Data dianalisis dengan cara reduksidata, penyajian data dan penarikankesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sasaran KIP MTsN 1 Watamponeadalah siswa yang memiliki kartu KIP sebanyak 165 siswa

The role of education in character development is very strategic because to shape the character of effective students it can only be done through education, in this case the school residents (school principals,teacher, employee, and student) has a very important role in the development of character and moral values of students. Therefore, the Principal as managers and leaders are responsible for translating and implement character education policies in order to shape the character of students in this case to minimize juvenile delinquency. This study aims to analyze the character education policy implementation in minimizing adolescence. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with the type of descriptive research study approach documents / texts.

Educating the life of the nation is the task of the state agains it’s people. Education is the noble ideal that has been outlined since this nation was born. With education this nation can contribute with other nations in the world. However, in reality access to education in society has not been evenly distributed. There are still areas, leading and left behind that require a lot of educational touch. Equity is required for access to education so that every citizen who has the same opportunity is educated. Government program ssuch as the SM3T or Bina Daerah program become the chosen strategy. However, it should be supported by the community as a Civil Society. People must also move to develop education.

Perilaku belajar sangat penting bagi mahasiswa, salah satu upaya untukmeningkatkan perilaku belajar mahasiswa adalah dengan pemberian beasiswabidikmisi yang bisa membantu mahasiswa yang memiliki prestasi akademiktetapi kurang di bidang ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui :(1) Efektivitas kebijakan program beasiswa bidikmisi pada mahasiswapenerima bidikmisi, (2) Perilaku belajar mahasiswa penerima beasiswabidikmisi, (3) pengaruh efektivitas kebijakan program beasiswa bidikmisiterhadap perilaku belajar mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidikmisi. Metodepenelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenispenelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwaefektivitas kebijakan program beasiswa bidikmisi terhadap perilaku belajarmahasiswa prodi manajemen pendidikan islam (MPI) institut agama islam negeri(IAIN) Bone cukup baik, dengan diberikan rasa tanggung jawab sedikit oleh beasiswayang ia dapatkan. Sehingga mahasiswa tersebut tidak lalai dalam menjagabeasiswanya agar tetap menjadi salah satu dukungan untuk terus belajar di bangkuperkuliahan.

Public expectations for quality education are in line with the demands of the business community to obtain a quality workforce. Thus, the organization of education must be able to respond and accommodate these expectations and demands in the decision making process to improve the quality of education. This study aims to describe and analyze school-based management in improving the quality of education, as well as the obstacles faced by schools in implementing school-based management. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection used through literature study.

Learning is a core activity in an educational process. Learning can be carried out in class ordistance if necessary if there are obstacles to meet in a class due to situations and conditions that do not allow. This study aims to determine (1) the distance learning system that is applied, (2) the impact of the distance learning system on student achievement, (3) the constraints in implementing the distance learning system. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a type of descriptive qualitative research approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of distance learning still has many obstacles such as inadequate equipment and poor internet connections, besides that the increase in learning success is still small and ineffective.

Improving the quality of education is directly related to the role of schools as educational institutions. Management of teaching and learning in schools is very meaningful in determining student success. To achieve good quality schools, the cost of education must be managed optimally. Therefore, education funding must be considered to support the smooth learning in schools. Basically the purpose of educational funding is the implementation of the educational procaess that is in accordance with the expected learning needs of students. Accountability of education funding in schools is in the very high category, meaning that the school must be able to carry out education financing management to the fullest from the financial planning and budgeting, funding implementation, financing supervision and control or accountability.

Evaluation is the one of several important activities to increase the quality ofeducation. The national examination is the technique in evaluate education process.Today, debating about pro and contra national examination still in progress. Someexperts, like teacher and politician doubt the effectiveness of national examination,but on the other side many experts believe the national examination is the bestsolution for increasing the quality of education. Despite the weakness especially inpractice, the national examination was good solution for many problem to increasethe quality of education, and in conceptual’s context the national examination wasthe effective way for increasing quality. Besides that, the national examination wasa mandate from constitution (UU No. 20/2003 and PP No. 19/2005). So, it isunfair if national examination must be cancelled only based on several doubt from some expert without give chance to government for reduction the weakness.
