Abstract

The age group most vulnerable to being affected by the COVID-19 disease is the elderly. Decreased immune system and comorbid diseases in the elderly increase the vulnerability of the elderly in the Covid-19 pandemic season. Based on the results of a preliminary study of 30 elderly people who were present at the Posyandu in Pasar Senen Village, they were asked questions about the covid-19 vaccine, there were 10 elderly people who did not know about the covid-19 vaccine. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of the elderly about COVID-19 vaccination in Pasar Senen Village, Ambal District, Kebumen Regency. This research method is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 224 elderly respondents and a sample of 74 respondents with accidental sampling. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate. The results of the study The level of knowledge of the elderly about the covid-19 vaccine, namely 40 respondents (54.1%), only 19 respondents (25.7%), and 15 respondents less (20.3%). Abstract

Contraceptive methods used by family planning acceptors are dominated by short-term contraceptive methods, so that their effectiveness in controlling pregnancy is lower than other types of contraception (IUD). The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the low number of IUD acceptors at PMB Rosida Himawati by using analytic survey methods and cross sectional design. The study population was all family planning acceptors at PMB Rosida Himawati. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with time in March-April 2022. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the study based on the value of asyimp.sig = < 0.05 showed that there was no relationship between economic status and the lack of use of IUD contraceptives; there is a relationship between knowledge and lack of use of IUD contraception; there is a relationship between education and the lack of use of IUD contraception; and there is no relationshipbetween age and the lack of use of IUD contraception.

Abstract

The major problem faced of Indonesia is the high rate population growth. Which the users of Long-Term Contraception Method specially Implan including to low. But it different with the results of the preliminary study in Puskesmas Seborokrapyak there is 269 IMPLAN Family Planning acceptors. Research Objectives is to know an overview of factors influencing the choosen of IMPLAN as Family Planning in the Seborokrapyak Community Health Center. Research Metodhology of this research is retrospektif survey with case control survey. Population in this research is all of fertile age women in the Seborokrapyak Community Health Center on September 2020-September 2021. Taking the sample are using random sampling technique. Research time in march-april 2022. Analysis Technique is Chi-Square. The result of this research showed that result of Chi-Square analysis got (p value=0.436) in occupation that means P value > 0,05 so there is no relationship between occupation and in parity the value is 0.035 it means <0,05 which There is relationship between parity with choosen of IMPLAN as Family Planning and with age got the value=0.028 it means There is relationship between age with choosen of IMPLAN as Family Planning.

Abstract

The third trimester is a condition where the mother experiences very significant changes. This anxiety is different for every pregnant woman, but primigravida mothers experience more anxiety than multigravida mothers. This condition requires the support of the closest people, especially the husband as a main supporter. A preliminary survey study conducted at the Bayan Health Center showed 18 primigravida mothers, 8 of whom experienced anxiety. This study aims to analyze the relationship between husband's support and anxiety about physical changes in primigravida in the work area of the Bayan Health Center. The method used is an analytical survey, with a cross-sectional approach. The population of TM III pregnant women with a sample of 36 respondents, the technique used was accidental sampling, which was carried out at the Bayan Health Center, in March. The instrument used was a questionnaire and a statistical test used Chi Square. The results of the Chi Square test are that there is a relationship between husband's support in dealing with anxiety and physical changes in Primigravida in the Bayan Health Center with the result that the p value (0.001) < (0.05) then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. It is hoped that health workers can improve health services for pregnant women, especially providing counseling and ANC examinations.

Abstract

One of the child development tasks in childhood is toilet training. The successed of the toilet training depends on the prepared of the children and the parents. One of which is formed in the parenting method. The aim study was to know about the correlation between parenting method with toilet training skill at children aged 18-59 month in working area of the health center Karanggede Boyolali, District Boyolali. Methods this study was correlational descriptive research with cross-sectional approach. Population in this study was all parents that have children aged 18-59 month in working area of the health center Karanggede Boyolali, District Boyolali. Total population was 2250 parents. The sample in this study was taken proportionaterandom sampling, with total sample 96 respondents. Instrument in this study using questionnaire, observation sheets and data analyzed using spearman. The result showed 70 respondents (72,9%) parents used democratic parenting, most respondents 52 respondents (54,2%) had good toilet training skill. There was correlation between parenting method with toilet training skill atchildren aged 18-59 month with the result analyzed significant value 0,0001<0,05. There was correlation between parenting method with toilet training skill at children aged 18-59 month in working area of the health center Karanggede Boyolali, District Boyolali.

Abstract

Family planning acceptors who use hormonal contraception (pills and injections) for a certain period of time often complain of health problems, one of which is hypertension or high blood pressure. Determining the relationship between the use of injectable contraception and the increase in blood pressure. This is an analytical study with a Cross-Sectional approach. The sample in this study is 34 acceptors of injection for family planning at Independent Midwife Practice Asih Ngemplak Boyolali in January - March 2022. The data is collected by using secondary data. The data is analyzed by using the Chi-Square test. Respondents who use injectable contraceptives per month are 18 respondents (53%) and those who use injectable contraceptives per 3 months are 16 respondents (47%). Among 18 respondents who use 1- month injectable contraception, 1 respondent (5%) experience an increase in blood pressure and 17 respondents (95%) do not experience an increase in blood pressure. Meanwhile, among 16 respondents of 3-month injectable contraception, 2 respondents (13%) experience an increase in blood pressure and 14 respondents (87%) do not experience an increase in blood pressure. The statistical test showed that the use of injectable contraceptives does not relate to the increase in blood pressure with a p-value of 0.48 (p>0.05). The use of injectable contraceptives does not relate to the increase in blood pressure.

Abstract

Based on a preliminary study conducted by interviewing 10 mothers of children under five in the village of Gentan. They were asked about what diet is, the impact of an unhealthy diet, the principles of eating patterns and the benefits of eating patterns. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of mothers about the eating patterns of toddlers in Gentan Village based on the characteristics of the respondents. Research Methods: This research method is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 53 respondents, the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 48 respondents. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate. The results of the study were 35.8% (19 respondents) with good knowledge, 62.3% (33 respondents) knowledgeable and 1.9% less knowledgeable (1 respondent). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the level of knowledge of the mother's level of knowledge about the eating patterns of toddlers in the village of Gentan was well informed. It is hoped that the mother of toddlers will add insight into information and education about toddlers' eating patterns.

Abstract

Saat ini, pentingnya bahasa Inggris di dunia kerja bukan lagi sesuatu yang diinginkan, tetapi untuk menjadi suatu keharusan. Berdasarkan kondisi ini, bahasa Inggris digunakan sebagai media komunikasi. Masih banyak siswa D3 Midwifery Program yang mengalami masalah berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Inggris, sehingga mereka tidak dapat mendukung profesi mereka di kebidanan. Penggunaan bahasa Inggris untuk siswa hanya terbatas pada kursus bahasa Inggris profesional. Sehingga bahasa Inggris belum digunakan secara optimal. Meskipun, bisa berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dapat digunakan sebagai dukungan bagi siswa dalam pekerjaan mereka nanti. Dengan kondisi ini diperlukan solusi, yaitu dalam bentuk pelatihan percakapan bahasa Inggris terkait dengan layanan kesehatan oleh bidan. Dengan salam material untuk bidan, ekspresi yang berguna untuk bidan, instruksi bidan, memberikan prosedur dan menangani keluhan pasien melalui berbagai teknik mulai dari brainstorming, pemodelan, pengeboran, permainan peran, hingga pelajaran mini. Pelatihan percakapan bahasa Inggris ini diadakan untuk siswa program D3 Kebidanan. Berdasarkan hasil posttest dan kuesioner di akhir pelatihan, bidan mengakui bahwa pelatihan ini membawa peningkatan positif pada kompetensi percakapan dan kebersamaan bahasa Inggris mereka.

Abstract

Background: Based on a preliminary study at RSUD RAA Tjokronegoro Kabuptaen Purworejo, there are more newborns whose RT-PCR results show negative results from mothers related to covid-19 than babies whose RT-PCR results show positive results. Research Objectives: Knowing the Picture of Newborns from Mothers Related to Covid-19 at RSUD R.A.A Tjokronegoro, Purworejo Regency.Research Methods: This type of research is a descriptive researcher using a retrospective approach method. With a population of 145 respondents and a sample of 145 respondents. In this study using the total sampling technique. The study was conducted from October 2021 to October 2022. In this study, it only used univariate analysis.Research Results: the most respondents with female sex were 79 (54.5%), and RT-PCR results showed negative 135 (93.1%). Abstract

ABSTRACT The golden period of child development occurs at the age of the first five years of the child. The development of children's emotional behavior is a slow process. Achievement of this process until the child finds self-controlling behavior and feels comfortable. Based on a preliminary study at ABA 2 Pangen Rejo Kindergarten, Purworejo, out of 104 toddlers, 5 of them lead to emotional disorders. The purpose of this study was to describe the development of children's emotional behavior in Kindergarten ABA 2 Pangenrejo Purworejo. This research research method uses descriptive research methods, population 104 and sample 50. purposive sampling technique. April 2021 research time. Data collection uses a checklist. The data processing technique used percentage techniques with SPSS 17. The results of the study were based on univariate analysis, the majority of children developing normal emotional behavior. The normal category is 80%, and the abnormal category is 20%. The conclusion of the research is that the emotional behavior of children in Kindergarten ABA 2 is normal. It is hoped that parents, caregivers and teachers can work together with health workers to carry out early detection of child development, so that the development of children's emotional behavior can be properly directed.
