Tujuan dari Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya adalah untuk mendorong penyebaran yang lebih luas hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah sistematis di bidang manajemen dan bisnis. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dimaksudkan untuk menjadi jurnal penerbitan artikel hasil penelitian manajemen baik artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian). Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya mengundang artikel-artikel hasil penelitian di bidang : Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Strategis, Manajemen Pendidikan, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Kesehatan, e-Business Manajemen Kewirausahaan. Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya menerima artikel-artikel yang sesuai dengan subjek penelitian manajemen dan metodologi penelitian yang sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini. Yang utama, namun tidak eksklusif, adalah akademisi, mahasiswa program pascasarjana, praktisi dan pihak-pihak lain yang tertarik dengan penelitian manajemen. Kriteria utama untuk publikasi di Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra adalah pentingnya kontribusi sebuah artikel terhadap kekayaan literatur di bidang manajemen, ketelitian analisis dan penyajian artikel. Keputusan penerimaan artikel didasarkan pada proses review yang independen dengan evaluasi konstruktif dan cepat terhadap artikel yang diajukan oleh peneliti atau author. Frekuensi Publikasi Jurnal Manajerial Bisnis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya terbit dengan setiap tahun satu volume yang terdiri dari tiga kali terbitan, yakni setiap April, Agustus, dan Desember. Setiap terbitan mempublikasikan 7 artikel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of pedagogic competence, professional competence, personal competence and social competence on the performance of MA Darussalam Katimoho Kedamean Gresik teachers. A quantitative approach was used in this study with a population of 31 people. The entire population is used as a research sample, hereinafter referred to as the respondent. The results showed that pedagogic competence had a significant effect on teacher performance in MA Darussalam Katimoho Kedamean Gresik, professional had a significant effect on teacher performance in MA Darussalam Katimoho Kedamean Gresik, personality competence had a significant effect on teacher performance in MA Darussalam Katimoho Kedamean Gresik, pedagogic competence had a significant effect on teacher performance in MA Darussalam Katimoho Kedamean Gresik. Pedagogic competence, professional competence, personal competence and social competence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MA Darussalam Katimoho Kedamean Gresik teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan sarana prasarana, motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Kemudian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SMK Ahmad Yani Probolinggo dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara parsial antara sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik, ada pengaruh secara parsial motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik, ada pengaruh secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik, ada pengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama sarana prasarana, motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of school management leadership and teacher professionalism on teacher performance at SMK Wachid Hasyim 2 Surabaya. A quantitative approach was used in this study with a population of 34 people and using a saturated sample so that the entire population became research respondents. The results of the study show that simultaneously, school management leadership and teacher professionalism have a significant influence on teacher performance. Partially, school management leadership and teacher professionalism have a significant influence on teacher performance, and teacher professionalism has a dominant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on performance both directly and indirectly through employee job satisfaction. This research is a explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all employees of PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara AMC - Malang totaling 127 people. The number of samples taken in this research were 56 employees. The results of the research and data analysis showed that job satisfaction and leadership style got very good index values, while work performance and environment got good index values. Leadership style has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a direct positive effect on performance, work environment has a direct positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on performance, influential leadership style indirectly positive for performance through job satisfaction, and the work environment has an indirect positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Batik is a cultural heritage from our ancestors which is still developing in various regions in Indonesia. Batik cloth is worn as a characteristic of clothing in Indonesia which is used by all groups. Tanjung Bumi sub-district is known for the quality of hand-made batik which has different motifs and variations from other batik. Batik, which is also one of the world's cultural heritages, is a superior product and the pride of Tanjung Bumi sub-district. In the past, batik Tanjung Bumi was a job for women in the area to fill their spare time waiting for their husbands who worked as sailors to go to distant areas, such as to the islands of Kalimantan and Sulawesi. The results obtained are that Tanjung Bumi written batik can increase the income of Macajah Village. In the process of making written batik, the initial cultivation of batik focused on the motifs and colors on the batik cloth and made the villagers as workers thus helping the welfare of the people of Macajah Village.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal, Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research population is all employees as much as 98 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample so that the sample in this study is 98, hereinafter referred to as respondents. The results showed both partially and simultaneously leadership style, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal, Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of marketing mix and service quality on word of mouth both directly and through customer satisfaction. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers of Coffee Dimensions over the age of 15 years totaling 150 people. The number of samples taken in this study were 150 consumers using non probality sampling techniques. The results of research and data analysis show that the marketing mix has an effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction, marketing mix has an effect on word of mouth, service quality has an effect on word of mouth, customer satisfaction has an effect on word of mouth, the marketing mix has an effect on word of mouth through customer satisfaction, and service quality affect word of mouth through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's transformational leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance through teacher work discipline at SMK Panca Dharma Balikpapan. The population in this study were all teachers of SMK Panca Dharma Balikpapan with a sample of 40 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the principal's transformational leadership style had an effect on work discipline, organizational culture had an effect on work discipline, the principal's transformational leadership style had an effect on teacher performance, organizational culture had no effect on teacher performance, work discipline had an effect on teacher performance, and the principal's transformational leadership style does not have an indirect effect on teacher performance through work discipline, and organizational culture has an indirect effect on teacher performance through teacher work discipline.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to describe training, leadership, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance at LAZ Persada Jatim, (2) to test and analyze the effect of training on employee job satisfaction at LAZ Persada Jatim, (3) to test and analyze the effect leadership on job satisfaction of LAZ Persada Jatim employees The results showed that training had a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at LAZ Persada Jatim. Leadership had a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, training had a negative and insignificant effect on performance employees, leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates positively and not significantly on the relationship between training and employee performance, job satisfaction is able to mediate positively and not significantly on the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, job satisfaction is able to mediate positively and not significantly on the relationship between leadership and employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on ki employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance through competence at PT. Albea Rigid Packaging Surabaya. The unit of analysis in this study were all employees of PT. Albea Rigid Packaging Surabaya, totaling 120 respondents. Samples were taken using a saturated or census sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS 22.00 software. Based on the results of validity and reliability, it was found that each variable was declared valid and reliable and had fulfilled the classical assumption test. This study uses the Path Analysis method (path analysis). Based on the results of data analysis using the T test, the results obtained are that recruitment directly has a positive and significant effect on competence; job placement directly has a positive and significant effect on competence; recruitment directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; job placement directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; competence directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; indirect recruitment through competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and work placement indirectly through competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Albea Rigid Packaging Surabaya.
