Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has an important role in changing the mindset of students. Entrepreneurship education is given to students because it can change the mindset of students, during which only interest as a job seeker to students who are ready to create jobs. Given this entrepreneurship education, besides being able to change the mindset of students, is also expected to change student behavior. The behaviors are the achievement motivation, unyielding, the courage to take risks, creative and innovative. To realize the student mindset change is necessary as well as the role of universities in the implementation of entrepreneurship education. In addition, the role of college graduates in motivating young graduate being an entrepreneur is very important in growing the number of entrepreneurs. With rising entrepreneurs from among the scholars will reduce the growing number of unemployed and even increase the number of jobs. Abstract

Abstract: The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, the sample in this study is employees at PT. Citra Lencana Sakti, totaling 75 employees, this sampling uses non-probability sampling, the sampling technique used is quota sampling. The tool used to collect data is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS, namely using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Mucticolinierity Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, R2 Determination Coefficient Test, Simultaneous Significant Test (Statistical Test F), Individual Parameter Significant Test (Test Statistics t). The results of the study partially show that the dependent variable is internal conflict (X1), work stress (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and the work environment (X3) has no and no significant effect on employee productivity. and the results of simultaneous research where Fcount is greater than Ftable then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, then internal conflict, work stress and work environment have a significant effect on employee productivity. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja,dan jaminan sosial berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Mata “YAP”Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Rumah Sakit Mata “Dr. YAP” Yogyakartadengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 83 orang. Alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linierberganda.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang postitif antara disiplin kerja,lingkungan kerja, dan jaminan sosial terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Mata ”Dr.Yap” Yogyakarta dengan masing-masing mempunyai T. Sig. yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Adapundisiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan jaminan sosial mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 41,5% dalammenjelaskan produktivitas kerja, sedangkan sisanya 58,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidakdimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Jaminan Sosial, Produktivitas Kerja.

Abstract

Natural disasters are conditions that cannot be predicted with certainty. Everyone hopes to avoid any disaster. Without exception, either natural disasters or other disasters that can make people suffer both physically and psychologically. Humans can prepare to be able to anticipate various events that will occur at any time. Anticipation can be done on a small scale/family or mass/regional scale, starting from the preparation of infrastructure, preparing an emergency system, what to do in the event of a disaster and so on. Operations of facilities and infrastructure, human resources and systems for anticipating / dealing with natural disasters are carried out by local and central governments in this case BPBDs such as the Rapid Response Team in Gunung Kidul must be in sync and optimally. The Rapid Response Team (TRC) has a large role in disaster management activities. The Rapid Response Team (TRC) carries out various activities, one of which is disaster mitigation. Disaster mitigation is carried out with the aim of minimizing the risk of a disaster occurring. In addition to disaster mitigation, the Rapid Response Team (TRC) conducts a rapid study of the ongoing disaster so that further action can be taken to overcome the disaster. To improve the performance of the Rapid Reaction Team (TRC), several efforts were made in accordance with the explanation given by the resource coordinator for the Rapid Reaction Team (TRC). The existence of disaster management equipment is able to assist the Rapid Response Team (TRC) in carrying out their duties to be more optimal, effective, and efficient. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of store atmosphere, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for coffee at Bel Medan Johor. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih, Medan, Johor. The time of this study began in April 2022 until June 2022. The population in this study were consumers of Kopi Bel Medan Johor, amounting to 1,490 people. The results of this study using the slovin formula, researchers took a sample of 94 consumers of Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih Medan Johor. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the value of t-count > t-table (3.766 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.1, meaning that Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih Medan Johor, then Ha1 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table (9,151 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.1, meaning that the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih Medan Johor, then Ha2 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table (7.987 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.01 means that Service Quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih Medan Johor, then Ha3 is accepted. The value of Fcount (142.241) > Ftable (3.098), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.1, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Store Atmosphere (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Service Quality (X3) variables have a simultaneous effect ( simultaneous) to the Purchase Decision) (Y). The adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.826, this means that 82.6% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable while the rest (100% - 63.9% = 17.4%) is explained by other variables outside the variables studied. . Abstract

Persaingan di lembaga keuangan saat ini semakin ketat, khususnya antara lembaga keuangan mikro/kecil dengan bank konvensional. Salah satu strategi yang dianggap tepat untuk mempertahankan pertumbuhan usaha adalah dengan menerapkan strategi relationship marketing. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural baik secara parsial maupun serentak terhadap loyalitas nasabah dalam menabung di PT. Bank Perkereditan Rakyat (BPR) “PALA” Sleman Yogyakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah para nasabah BPR “PALA” dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling sebanyak 70 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pola kuisioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ikatan keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah dalam menabung. Akan tetapi ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyaitas nasabah dalam menabung. Secara serentak ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah menabung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah apabila ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural diterapkan meningkat, maka loyalitas nasabah juga akan meningkat. Saran untuk obyek penelitian diharapkan untuk menciptakan hubungan jangka panjang dengan nasabah dengan memperhatikan dan meningkatkan ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural. Abstract

Bakpia industry is one of the industries that contribute greatly in the development of the communityeconomy. This is due to the number of bakpia companies, absorbed labor, and investment in thisindustry is large. There are 126 bakpia companies operating, 878 absorbed workers, andinvestment value is Rp 887,251,000,000.00. Brand as one of the most important aspect in thebusiness, that necessary to do a good strategy study for the sustainability of the good business. Theaim of the study is find how to determine branding strategy of bakpia industry in Daerah IstimewaYogyakarta (DIY). This study use SWOT analysis method with strategy of priority. In this researchthere are 14 respondents (13 owner and one manager) from 14 companies. Based on the analysis, itwas found that six companies (rank 8-14) focused on defensive strategy (WT Strategy), which isbranding strategy done by analyzing the deficiencies and challenges of the company in order to bealert to the competition. One company (ranked 7) focused on a conservative strategy (WOStrategy), which is a branding strategy that is done by analyzing how to overcome weaknesses, soas not to waste the opportunities that exist. Six companies (ranked 1-6) focus more on aggressivestrategies (SO Strategy), which are strategies utilizing the power to take advantage of existingopportunities.Keywords : Industry of bakpia, brand strategy, SWOT analysis

Abstract

This research is a test of the influence of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance at small bakpia manufacturing center in Bantul regency. The number of business actors bakpia manufacture that continues to demand competitiveness in marketing their products. In this study, the population as well as samples are bakpia entrepreneurs in Bantul regency which amounted to 48 people with sampling technique conducted by census or total sampling. The variables in this study consist of: independent variable that is market orientation (X1) and product innovation (X2) and dependent variable that is marketing performance (Y). Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji keberlanjutan penggunaan Media Sosial Online (MSO) oleh para UMKM di Propinsi DIY. Syarat minimum kecukupan sampel untuk diolah dengan Alat Partial Least Quare minimal 10 kali jumlah item yang paling kompleks. Jumlah sampel penelitianberjumlah 114 pelaku UMKM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang menggunakan teknologi Media Sosial Online (MSO). Data dikumpulkan dengan cara mendatangi secara langsung responden.Kuesioner terdiri dari pertanyaan tertutup (close ended question) dengan Skala Likert. Konstruk penelitian terdiri dari variable predictor yang mempengaruhi niat keberlanjutan penggunaan media social online yaitu faktor kepribadian dan tekanan persaingan. Faktor kepribadian diukur dari TeoriThe Big Five Factor Personality yaitu conscientiousness, openness to experience, neuroticism, agreeableness, dan extraversion. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji variable pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap niat keberlanjutan penggunan Media Sosial Online (MSO). Data dianalisadengan Structural Equation Modelling dengan Software Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisa PLS, didapatkan hasil hipotesis yang terdukung yaitu pengaruh antara kepribadian Agreeableness berdampak positif pada Perceived usefulness penggunaan Media Sosial Online (MSO), dan pengaruh Perceived usefulness berdampak posifit pada niat keberlanjutan penggunaan Media Sosial Online (MSO).

Abstract

The information of capital trading volume would reflect the market reaction toward capital which would be traded by a company. In order to find out the factor affecting share trading volume of a company, investor needs to know the financial work and the achievement reached related with the financial work of the company. The objective of this research is to find out how big the effect of current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio toward trading volume activity is by analizing the value of earning per share as reference before investing. This research is a causal verficative descriptive or cause and effect. The population of the research is the bisnis indonesia award winner year 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique of the research uses purposive sampling method with 35 companies by using cross section technique. Thedata collected are secondary data.The result of the research shows that current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity ratio have unsignificant effect toward earning per share. Partially, the variable of current ratio and return on asset has significant effect toward trading volume activity with significant level of 0.000 and 0.011< 0.005. On the other hand, the variable of debt to equity ratio has unsignificant effect toward trading volume activity. As exogen variable (Y1) or earning per share has unsignificant effect toward trading volume activity, (Y2) is endogen variable. The value of determinant coefficient in the total calculation of exogen variable effect toward trading volume activity is 47,9%.
