Abstract

Most of the Indonesian people carry out agricultural sector activities by relying on their own capital or funds. Lack of availability of capital for the agricultural sector will lead to a decrease in agricultural output. Therefore, the best alternative is the provision of capital in the form of Islamic bank financing for farmers in carrying out farming activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the interest of rice farmers in Pamijahan District (Pamijahan Village, Cibunian Village, and Ciasihan Village) towards financing in Islamic banks with quantitative methods, primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to a sample of 78 respondents. The results showed 5 independent variables consisting of promotion, knowledge, income, education level, religiosity, variables that can affect farmers' interest, namely the knowledge variable with a tcount value of 2,945 > ttable 1,991. and the sig value is 0.004 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously the independent variables consisting of promotion, knowledge, income, education level, and religiosity have a positive effect on Islamic financing with a value of fcount > ftable (4.723 > 2.34) and a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine village income in the attitude of BUMDES which finance sharia and analyze forecasting of village income in the attitude of BUMDES which finance sharia in Gunung Menyan Village, Pamijahan District. The subject of this research is BUMDES Gunung Menyan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor. In this study using the method The research method used in this study is the Quantitative forecasting method is a forecasting method that uses mathematical calculations in its calculations. The types and sources of research data are using primary data and secondary data. the results of forecasting or predictions that have been calculated using the seller model Linear Trend, Quadratic Trend and Exponential Trend are the predicted results of the final Linear Trend. 94813001.1, or rounded up to Rp. 94,813,001, the Quadratic Trend prediction result is Land and Building Tax Receipts in 2024 which is estimated at 171961420.9, or rounded up to Rp. 171,961,420, while the Exponential Trend prediction result is Land and Building Tax Receipts in 2024 is estimated at 22728013.9, or rounded up to IDR 22,728,013.

Abstract

The development of the era of the economic system is growing. Indonesia now has many financial institutions with sharia principles, one of which is KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar, a community economic institution that seeks to develop productive and investment businesses in order to increase its business activities based on sharia principles.The research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis with a type of field research. The research subject is KSSPS Baytul Ikhtiar. The data collection technique used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusionsThe research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis with the type of field research. Data collection was carried out using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study are first The marketing strategy implemented at KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Pamijahan Branch can attract people's interest in becoming members so that the number of members every month always increases. The promotion strategies used by KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar include direct sales promotion, publicity and word of mouth. Second, The obstacles encountered in marketing KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar financing products are competition for bank & other financial institution products, lack of public knowledge, resistance, and internal field staff who lack knowledge and understanding of institutional products. Settlements made in an effort to increase customers by collaborating with baytulmall by holding social activities in an area.

Abstract

MSME actors in KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Pamijahan Branch have so far experienced difficulties in developing their business, so research is needed to find out the condition of MSMEs and how KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Pamijahan branch develops business strategies with MSME business actors in the midst of conditions where some members experience bad financing due to reduced member income during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research conducted was field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Pamijahan Branch. The data collection technique used is by using Observation, Interview and Documentation methods. The data analysis used is using data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation, by collecting, describing, and shaping it in a SWOT analysis. The research results obtained are the strategy carried out by KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar in developing MSMEs, namely the mentoring strategy. Where MSME actors who were given financing were surveyed directly in the field to see the development of MSMEs and provide direction and motivation to improve business quality. With this assistance, MSME actors can foster good MSME management and good marketing, can increase and expedite MSME income. Such assistance as assistance in managing funds, assistance in financial management for the sustainability of MSMES.

Abstract

In the implementation of Islamic financing, there are procedures that must be applied, one of which is the procedure for financing customer analysis, an analysis with feasibility studies, and paying attention to Sharia aspects. The purpose of this study is to review the efforts of Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Amanah Ummah in implementing procedures in murabahah financing activities. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that BPRS Amanah Ummah applies a mixed procedure for financing customer analysis, namely between the 5C analysis (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition) and analysis with feasibility studies (considering legal, market and marketing, financial, operational/technical, management, economic and social aspects, and environmental impact (AMDAL)), while also paying attention to Sharia aspects.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of negative news coverage of Islamic banking and Islamic financial regulations on the savings interest in Islamic banks (a study of customers at the head office of BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang). The research method used was quantitative descriptive, involving a research sample of 261 savings customers at the head office of PT BPRS Amanah Ummah. The research findings indicate that there is an influence of negative news coverage on the savings interest, which was obtained through a negative regression equation, meaning that there is a negative influence of news coverage on the savings interest. The research results also show that there is an influence of Islamic financial regulations on the savings interest, which was obtained through a positive regression equation, meaning that there is a positive influence of Islamic financial regulations on the savings interest. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a partial influence of negative news coverage and Islamic financial regulations on the savings interest.

Abstract

The rapid flow of technology has brought so many impacts to various spheres of life, especially the rapid growth in the digital sphere. This technological development also brings a variety of positive contributions. However, along with the benefits, there are also new threats that need to be anticipated. Especially the threat of personal data leakage or misuse of data by irresponsible parties. This paper examines the phenomenon of cybercrime in the form of phishing from the perspective of Indonesian law. This paper uses normative juridical research methods. The researcher proves that phishing crime is a threat to the flow of digital development in Indonesia. Phishing crime no longer relies on one pattern, but comes in various motives and methods. Despite its various challenges and limitations, Indonesian law has been able to create a set of rules to tackle and anticipate phishing crimes.

Abstract

This study is motivated by many of the same products all banks compete in finding customers. For this reason, they must have the right strategy to attract customers interest in using hajj savings products. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence people’s decisions to become BJB Syariah Bank customers. The type of research used in this thesis is a quantitative method. The data that is processed is in the form of partial data and simultaneous data. Data analysis techniques used in this study using observation and questionnaires, data processing using SPSS. From the test results in this study that the most significant cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors in influencing customer decisions in Hajj savings are cultural factors. This can be seen from the coefficient value of 0.281 with a significant value of 0.06. Thus, cultural factors are the most important factors in influencing customer decisions on Hajj savings, when compared to social, personal, and psychological factors.

Abstract

A Bank is a financial intermediary or can be called a financial intermediary, meaning that a bank institution is an institution whose activities are related tp money matters. To avoid operating a bank with an Islamic interest system, introducing the principles of Islamic muamalah, Islamic banks were born as an alternative solution to the problem of conflict between bank interest and usury. The problem in this thesis is the perception of Islamic bank products is the level of knowledge and understanding of customers about Islamic bank products and services. Bank products are oflen chosen by customers based on aspects of information regarding the benefis to be obtained from these bank products, but the lack of understanding, information and inadequate promoyion of bank products causes deviations in bank business activities that can harm customers and allow potential customers not to interested in choosing products owned by the bank. In the discussion of this thesis, the researcher uses a qualitative research type. The sample in this study were 25 respondents. Data were taken by interview. Then the researcher processes the data by doaing data reduction, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions or verification. Based on the research that researchers have done, it is found that public perception is quite good and many people have also used Islamic bank. Of the 25 people interviewed, 16 people of 64% have become customers of the merged sharia bank, while the remaining 9 people or 36% have not become customers of the merged sharia bank. However, people still find it difficult to get ATM facilities, because there are still uneven placement of ATM machines in Cibungbulang District, so that to use ATM facilities, people have to look outside Cibungbulang District, while M-Banking facilities are still constrained by signals and frequent disturbances

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a very important factor in increasing revenue and reducing company business costs. This is because customer loyalty is a form of customer loyalty to the company. This study aims to Knowing the service quality factors partially influence customer loyalty. Knowing the customer value factor has a partial effect on customer loyalty. Knowing the factors of service quality and customer value simultaneously influence customer loyalty. This type of research is quantitative with data collection methods using primary data obtained through questionnaires. Sampling amounted to 96 respondents. The method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination (R square). The results of this study indicate service quality (X1) t count 4.266 > t table 1.969 with a resulting sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and customer value (X2) t count 7.416 > t table 1.969 with a resulting sig value of 0.000 <0.05 So it can be concluded that the variables of service quality and customer value influence customer loyalty. Simultaneously the factors of service quality and customer value have an effect on customer loyalty. This is evidenced by the value (F count 52.266 > F table 3.09) with a sig level of 0.000. While the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.529 or 52.9%, the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other factors.
