Abstract

This research aims to provide a detailed and in-depth description of the Ilqoul Mufradat activities in Arabic vocabulary learning at Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The research interview subjects were three language instructors at Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School. Meanwhile, observation was conducted concerning the language-related activities of the students. The results of this research reveal that vocabulary instruction through Ilqoul Mufradat activities is conducted through Talfidz (enunciation), Tikrar (repetition), exercises and practice, writing vocabulary in notebooks, using the vocabulary in everyday communication, and evaluation. The activities impact students' abilities to comprehend and employ Arabic vocabulary, along with the challenges encountered in using vocabulary in daily communication activities.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the problems of memorizing the Alquran (Hafidhah) in arabic learning. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive type. The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. The informants are the homeroom teacher of class 3 B of Ma'had Tahfidh Qur'an Middle School, Putri Al-Amien Prenduan, as well as the Arabic language teacher in class 3 B of Ma'had Tahfidh Qur'an Middle School, Putri Al-Amien Prenduan, and students of class 3 B of SMP Ma'had Tahfidh Qur'an Putri Al-Amien Prenduan. Next, the data obtained was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Meanwhile, to check the validity of data, source triangulation was used. The results of this research are the problems of memorizing the Alquran (Hafidhah) in learning Arabic in takallum, namely lack of mastery of mufrodat, and confusion in using dhomir. To overcome this problem, Arabic teachers make efforts, namely repeating lesson that has been studied and inviting them to speak directly before the lesson begins.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan proses pemulihan pembelajaran bahasa Arab pasca pandemi covid-19 dengan menggunakan strategi belajar mandiri berbasis website Aljazeera di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Institut Agama Islam Riyadlotul Mujahidin Ponorogo. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memaparkan motivasi belajar dan kompetensi bahasa Arab mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam Institut Agama Islam Riyadlotul Mujahidin Ponorogo setelah penerapan strategi belajar mandiri berbasis website Aljazeera dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data wawancara menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman, sedangkan angket dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar bahasa Arab mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam Institut Agama Islam Riyadlotul Mujahidin Ponorogo setelah penerapan strategi belajar mandiri berbasis website Aljazeera lebih besar dari sebelum diterapkannya strategi tersebut. Kompetensi mereka dalam memahami materi-materi perkuliahan bahasa Arab di kelas setelah penerapan strategi tersebut juga lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi belajar mandiri dengan memanfaatkan website Aljazeera dapat menjadi alternatif pemulihan pembelajaran bahasa Arab pasca pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

This research discusses the significance of teaching the Arabic language with a moderation approach within the context of learning at MTs Negeri 1 Ponorogo. Employing a qualitative and case study approach, the research will discuss the implementation of contextualizing Arabic language instruction with a moderation perspective. It involves Arabic language teachers and VIII Class students in MTs Negeri 1 Ponorogo. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and content analysis of instructional materials. The research findings reveal that the integration of moderation principles into Arabic language instruction yields positive outcomes. Students are more engaged in learning and comprehend how religious values can be applied in everyday situations. This approach enhances students' understanding of the Arabic language and moderation values. Moreover, it helps students develop inclusive, tolerant, and respectful attitudes towards religious and cultural diversity. Additionally, the utilization of multimedia materials and in-depth discussions enriches the learning process. This research offers practical guidance for the development of an adaptive and relevant educational approach that combines Arabic language learning with moderation values. It contributes to shaping a generation capable of effective Arabic communication and fostering inclusive attitudes in an increasingly diverse society.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi, guru Bahasa Arab dituntut mampu mengembangkan model pembelajaran Bahasa Arab yang efektif. Efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Arab sangat ditentukan oleh perencanaan atau desain yang dilakukan oleh guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review yang mana data-data diambil dari pustaka. Dengan ini peserta didik akan lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru dengan adanya media pembelajaran. Selain itu, peserta didik akan merasa senang, tidak merasa bosan saat pembelajaran berlangsung justru dapat memberikan dorongan dan motivasi kepada peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Karena tidak hanya komunikasi verbal dari guru yang didengar, akan tetapi ada media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Terlebih dalam Maharah Kitabah, yang merupakan salah satu keterampilan bahasa yang tidak dapat diabaikan, karena menulis merupakan kegiatan yang mempunyai hubungan dengan proses berpikir serta keterampilan ekspresi dalam bentuk tulisan.
