Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the representation of students in solving the problem of the Three Variable Linear Equation System. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects were students of class X. 1 IPA and X. 1 IPS MAIB Kotabaru. The results showed that students who were able to solve SPLTV problems by changing the problems that were started from words of mathematical symbols were 50% for the high category, 0 for the medium category, and 50% for the low category. Students who are able to solve SPLTV problems by changing the problems starting from the mathematical symbols image are 27% for the high category, 0 for the medium category, and 73% for the low category. Meanwhile students who were able to solve SPLTV problems using the cramer method were 77% for the high category, 0% for the medium category, and 23% for the low category.Keywords: Representation, SPLTV Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi peserta didik pada penyelesaian  masalah Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel.  Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Subyeknya yaitu  siswa kelas X. 1 IPA dan X. 1 IPS MAIB Kotabaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah SPLTV dengan mengubah permasalahan yang diawali dari kata-kata kesimbol matematika yaitu sebanyak 50% untuk kategori tinggi, 0 untuk kategori sedang, dan 50% untuk kategori rendah. Siswa yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah SPLTV dengan mengubah permasalahan yang diawali dari gambar kesimbol matematika yaitu sebanyak 27% untuk kategori tinggi, 0 untuk kategori sedang, dan 73% untuk kategori rendah. Sedangkan siswa yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah SPLTV dengan menggunakan metode cramer yaitu sebanyak 77% untuk kategori tinggi, 0% untuk kategori sedang, dan 23% untuk kategori rendahKata kunci: Representasi, SPLTV

Abstract

Abstract: From this research, we will see how students understand the concept of the Pythagorean theorem. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The subjects of this study were students of class X IPA I and IPA II SMA Sinar Kasih Nanga Pinoh, with a total of 36 students. Furthermore, to obtain the data used are tests and interviews. Data analysis followed the model of Miles and Huberman, and the results showed that students still did not understand the concept.Keywords: Concept Understanding, Pythagorean Theorem Abstrak: Dari penelitian ini, kita akan melihat bagaimana siswa memahami konsep teorema Pythagoras. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X IPA I dan IPA II SMA Sinar Kasih Nanga Pinoh, dengan total 36 siswa. Selanjutnya, untuk meperoleh data yang digunakan adalah tes dan wawancara. Analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, dan hasilnya menunjukkan siswa masih kurang memahami konsep. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the Mathematical Habits of Mind of students in solving story problems in terms of the way of thinking of students in class IX of SMP Negeri 16 Pontianak. The form of research used in this study is a survey. Sources of data used in this study were seven students of class IX SMP Negeri 16 Pontianak. The data obtained in this study was a pre-research test to determine student ability level, flexible thinking test questions in the form of story questions, and interviews. The potential for flexible thinking is seen based on the mathematical abilities of students who have different levels. However, based on the study results, it can be seen that the class IX students of SMP Negeri 16 Pontianak have the potential for thinking that changes the potential perspective of 32.1%; potential considering options 7.1%; potential to produce alternatives 17.8%.Keyword: Mathematical Habits of Mind, Flexible Thinking, Problem Solving.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebiasan berpikir matematika peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan cerita yang ditinjau dari cara berpikir peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 16 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tujuh peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 16 Pontianak. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah tes pra penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan peserta didik, soal tes luwes berupa cerita dan wawancara. Potensi luwes dilihat berdasarkan kemampuan matematis siswa yang memiliki tingkat yang berbeda-beda. Namun berdasarkan hasil belajar dapat diketahui bahwa peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 16 Pontianak memiliki potensi berpikir yang mengubah potensi sebesar 32,1%; potensi mempertimbangkan opsi 7,1%; potensi untuk menghasilkan alternatif 17,8%.Kata Kunci: Mathematical Habits of Mind, Berpikir Luwes, Pemecahan                        Masalah.

Abstract

Abstract: The quiz motivation and learning outcomes of students, Based the result observations march 13,2020 at SMPN 6 Nanga Pinoh, consirended frighetenig to people student. Therefore student perceptions are needed. Aim know students perceptionsof quizzesin learning procces of mathemetics. This type of descriptive research ues a Cross Sectional Survey design (one tim-data collection). The research sample was students of class VIII B even semester of the academic year 2020 - 2021, a total of 21 students consisting of 12 male students and 9 female students. The research method a survey method, a qualitative approach. This type of descriptive research uses a Cross Sectional Survey design (one-time data collection). Perception questionnaire sheet instruments, assessment questionnaire sheets for quizzes, and teacher interview sheets. Non-test data collection techniques. Descriptive statistical data analysis used the calculation of mean or mean (M), median (Me), mode (Mo), and standard deviation (SD). The results showed responses to the questionnaire of students' perceptions at SMP Negeri 6 Nanga Pinoh of whit a 66,7% Very Positive and The results of questionnaire responses to the quiz questions were 90,5% Very Positive. The conclusion researching students' perceptions of quizzes is categorized as Very positive.Keywords: Students' Perceptions of the Use of Quizzes. Abstrak: Kuis berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi 13 maret 2020 di SMPN 6 Nanga Pinoh. Kuis dianggap menakutkan bagi siswa maka persepsi siswa sangat diperlukan tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan kuis dalam proses pembelajaran metematika. Jenis penelitian deskriptif menggunakan desain Cross Sectional Survey (pengumpulan data satu kali). Sampel penelitian siswa kelas VIII B semester genap tahun ajaran 2020 – 2021, Jumlah 21 siswa terdiri dari 12 siswa laki – laki dan 9 siswa perempuan. Metode penelitian adalah metode survey, pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen lembar angket persepsi, lembar angket penilaian kuis, dan lembar wawancara guru. Teknik pengumpulan data non tes dengan analisis data statistik deskriptif menggunakan perhitungan mean atau rerata (M), median (Me), modus (Mo), dan standar deviasi (SD). Hasil penelitian menunjukan respon angket persepsi siswa di SMP Negeri 6 Nanga Pinoh dengan persentase 66,7% Sangat Positif dan hasil respon angket penilaian terhadap soal kuis dengan persentase 90,5% Sangat Positif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan kuis dikategorikan Sangat positif.Kata Kunci :Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Penggunaan Kuis

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe students' mathematical communication skills in the material of ordinary and mixed fractions. The research subject is the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Nanga Pinoh and the object of this research is the students' mathematical communication skills. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research usingsurvey research methods. The instrument used is in the form of 3 test questions of mathematical communication skills in the form of descriptions. Research result obtained from the student's communication ability test showed that 43.5% of students answered according to the indicator of mathematical communication ability in writing and categorized as low and 63.05% of students answered according to the indicator of mathematical expression of communication ability and was categorized as moderate.Keywords: Mathematical Communication, Fractions Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada materi bilangan pecahan biasa dan campuran. Dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Nanga pinoh dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa 3 soal tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk uraian. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari tes kemampuan komunikasi siswa menunjukan bahwa 43,5% siswa menjawab sesuai indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis menulis dan dikategorikan rendah serta 63,05% siswa menjawab sesuai indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis ekspresi dan dikategorikan sedang.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Matematis, Bilangan Pecahan
