<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to explain the relevance of the verses of the Qur'an regarding musyawarah. This research is a library research using literature (library) as a source, among others, books of interpretation and other supporting scientific articles. The interpretation method used in this research is the maudu'i (thematic) research method and the tahlili (analytic) interpretation method. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the relevance of the verses of the Qur'an regarding musyawarah is to explain the purpose and reasons for the choice to consult, namely for and because it can unite everyone, solve important problems or problems, produce the best solutions and decisions. from various options, to avoid harm and realize mashlahah for everyone, including those who do not participate in the musyawarah, and is the best way, maybe even the only way for believers to make decisions about their affairs.]]>

<![CDATA[By examining the thoughts of Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid in interpreting the Qur'an through the Hermeneutic method, this paper tries to analyze the theories and methods of interpretation. In addition to criticizing his thinking in hermeneutics, and the modern approach to the Qur'an, Abu Zaid views, there are 2 goals in his study of the Qur'an. The first is to reconnect the study of the Qur'an with literary theory and criticism. In this case, the Qur'an is a linguistic text and cannot be separated from culture and history. Therefore, cultural and historical texts must be studied using linguistic and literary approaches, including hermeneutics and semiotics. The second is to define an "objective" understanding of Islam that does not have any ideology of interest. Abu Zaid believed that by defining the "objective" nature of the text, the ideological interpretation of the Qur'an could be reduced to some extent. In this case, the text must be studied and interpreted "objectively" using scientific methodologies and theories developed in textual and linguistics through hermeneutics and semiotics.]]>

<![CDATA[This article entitled "The Concept of Communication in Islamic Families and Its affect for Teenagers" purpose it’s to find out how the ethics of communicating between parents and children were applied by Prophet Ibrahim and Luqman to their children as an example for parents in establishing communication with their children. In this study, the author uses library research by collecting primary written data such as from the Al-Quran related to communication problems, as well as secondary sources such as Islamic family communication books. The effective concept of communication in the family is to prioritize good language, avoid harsh words and high voices and prioritize courtesy and ethics when communicating with both older and younger people. Therefore, parents and teenagers can communicate with ethics exemplified in the Qur'an. Good communication between parents and children will have an impact on growth and development, especially for teenagers, so will be able to make more harmonious relationship between families.]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers and students are two entities that cannot be separated in moving the dimensions of education, especially Islamic education. Both have continuous interactions that can result in intellectual encroachment, but in reality, some educators and students do not understand the concept of education, so educators have not been maximal in seeking the development of students' potential in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study aims to determine the ideal character of educators and students contained in Surah al-Kahf verses 60-82, more specifically in the book of interpretation of the Qur'anul Adhim by Imam Ibn Kathir. This research was written using a literature study (Library Research) by reading and reviewing the literature that became the object of the research study. In addition, this study also refers to several works that discuss the characteristics that educators and students must possess in the modern era. This study concludes that someone who wants to study should convey his desire with full manners of courtesy, with determination and patience. Students must always respect the teacher and quickly apologize if they make mistakes. Teachers should try their best to explain the material presented so that students understand the intent and purpose of the material.]]>

<![CDATA[This research departs from the story of the destruction of Abrahah and his army in Al-Fi>l which is interpreted by some commentators as an event from an outbreak of disease. This meaning has given rise to polemics among commentators. In addition, the meaning of the disease is also stopped only to the exent of conjecture without being accompanied by complete information, especially on the side of scientific explanations. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to further examine the views of some commentators regarding the disease outbreak in the story of destruction of elephant army. The method used in this reseach is qualitative method with the type of library research. Furthermore, this study uses an epidemiologycal approach to further analyze the disease associated with the destruction of the elephant army. The result of this study revealed that the ababil birds is a reservoir animal that carries disease agents where the agent play an active role in creating a disease that can destroy elephant soldier in an instant. However, there has been No. discovery similar to the disease as describe in the story.]]>

This article also aims to state that this Ru>h al-Ma'a>ni> interpretation is an isya>ri style interpretation. The methodology used in this article is a literature study, by reviewing and analyzing the literature related to the style of Sufi interpretation, the method of Sufi interpretation, and the interpretation of Ru>h al-Ma'a>ni itself. The finding in this article is that this interpretation of Ru>h al-Ma'a>ni> has a Sufi tendency so that this interpretation is classified into the interpretation of the isya>ri style.]]>

<![CDATA[Thematic interpretation as a method of interpretation is a contemporary term that has just emerged in the modern era. However, the forerunner or basic form of this thematic interpretation has existed since the early days of Islam. This study aims to trace the existence of thematic interpretations in classical exegesis literature, more specifically in the book of Tafsir At-Tabari and Ibnu Katsir. In addition, the form of thematic interpretation in the two books is also the purpose of this research. This research was written using a literature study (Library Research) by reading and reviewing the literature that became the object of the research study. In addition, this study also refers to several works of contemporary scholars who discuss the thematic interpretation methodology as a finished product produced in the modern era. From the study conducted, the author found several basic forms of thematic interpretation in the two books of interpretation.]]>

<![CDATA[ This paper aims to describe how the North Dullah community's receptionof the concept of religious moderation from the perspective of the Qur'an. Thisscientific research aims to find out how the wasathiyah verses are based on theviewpoints and assessments of the community in the field. In this study, the areastudied has distinctive local wisdom, namely in the North Dullah sub-district, Tualcity, which is known as the Larvul Ngabal Customary Law and the Ain ni ainphilosophy. The method used in this research is field research with a qualitativeresearch type that produces descriptive data and uses a phenomenological approach.The results in this study are that religious moderation in the reception of the NorthDullah community is a moderate religious way, or an inclusive way of Islam or anopen religious attitude, not exchanging beliefs, respecting each other in tolerance,peace and justice. In its implementation in the North Dullah sub-district, it is adjustedto local customs, namely the customary law of Larvul Ngabal and the philosophy ofAin ni ain which is the basis. From the results of the interview, the researcher canconclude that in the legal articles of Larvul Ngabal and the philosophy of Ain ni ain itis clear that the customary law and philosophy are in accordance with Islamic Shari'alaw, especially the verses regarding moderation.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the popular commentary books written in the golden era of Islam is the book Al-Kasysyaf by az-Zamakhsyari (d. 538 H). The full name of this book is Al-Kasysyaf 'an Haqa'iq Ghawamidh at-Tanzil wa 'Uyun al-Aqawil fi Wujuh al-Ta'wil. This book of commentary, in terms of language, the beauty of its literary composition and balaghah, is a book of commentary that is unparalleled. However, as mufassir in general, the discussion and content of interpretation of the Qur'an are always influenced by the religious beliefs and expertise of the mufassir, so it is with az-Zamakhsyari in the book Al-Kasysyaf. His book is influenced by the rationality of Mu'tazilah understanding, so that his interpretation is colored with I'tizaliyyat (elements of Mu'tazilah thought). This paper examines Ibn al-Munayyir's criticism in the book al-Intishaf against I'tizaliyyat which is contained in Al-Kasysyaf's commentary on the concepts of Faith and Wisdom. This research method is qualitative in nature which is descriptive-comparative analysis, namely by explaining the I'tizaliyyat contained in the interpretation of Al-Kasysyaf and analyzing it with the thoughts of Ibn al-Munayyir in the book al-Intishaf, then giving conclusions. The conclusion is according to Ibn al-Munayyir that the I'tizaliyyat contained in al-Kasyaf is an ambiguous understanding and far from the truth.]]>

<![CDATA[Al-Qasas and al-amsal have not yet received a large portion of exploration from the maqasid side, even though their percentage in the Al-Quran is very large. Research on maqasid Al-Quran has begun to be carried out a lot, but existing research focuses on maqasid figures or discussion of maqasid Al-Quran with an asy-shariah maqasid perspective. Therefore the author tries to conduct research on the theme of Al-Qasas and al-amsal in Surah Al-Kahf with the aim of elaborating the interpretation of the verses that are the object of research using the Maqasidi Tafsir approach and contextualizing them. In this study the authors conducted a library research (library research) with the primary data source of Tafsir At-Tahrir wa At-Tanwir and Tafsir Al-Maragi by conducting data analysis using the Wasfi Asyur methodology.The results of this study indicate that between maqasid tafsiliyyah Al-Qasas and al-amsal in Q.S. Al-Kahf is tatsbit wa taqwiyah al-Iman (confirms and strengthens faith), hifzad-din (guarding religion), at-ta'yid (strengthening), at-tazkir (remembrance). The application of the maqasidi method boils down to the contextualization of the verses under study. Among the results: verbal bullying of preachers in cyberspace as a result of the study of maqsad taqwiyah al-Iman: critical thinking and the urgency of forecasting science in making policies based on the results of the study of maqsad al-i'tibar: Technological innovation as a means of national defense as a result of reading maqsad hifzan-nafs and hifzal-mal.]]>
