Abstract

This village potential development activity was carried out in Wirokerten Village, Bantul Regency. This service has two work programs, namely developing the potential of tourist villages and making pocket books. This service begins with identifying problems that exist in Wirokerten Village, then collecting data through sources on the internet, namely from regional websites, then planning programs and finally making outputs in the form of ebooks and videos. Before making the final report, all these activities are evaluated first. The result of the tourism village potential work program is the construction of the Bawal House. While the result of making a pocket book is the introduction of psychotropics and the consequences if they do abuse. Wirokerten Village has potential in the fisheries and tourism sectors which can then be developed into a tourist village with innovations in the form of design concepts for fish cultivation and fishing so that it is expected to increase community income, increase knowledge related to cultivation and increase the number of tourists. Counseling related to the introduction of psychotropics is expected to be able to provide insight and increase public knowledge about the types of psychotropics, how to recognize them and the dangers they pose.

Abstract

Bugel village, located at Kulon Progo district, at the most west part of Yogyakarta province. This particular village is filled with natural resources. From very fertile soil, beaches and ocean, and farm land. The agricultural and industrial sector within this village is very well developed. But, it's such a shame that their tourism sector and beach is left behind by a lot. For that reason, it is crucial that the villagers gets the push and education needed for them to start being initiative at how to improve these 2 sectors. All data used within the composing and activity of this program is obtained through secondary data. Based on the data, several education programs have been constructed as the “push” the villagers needed to initiate in improving their tourism sector which will most probably start at their charming beach, and some education for how to market their new ideas.

Abstract

In KKN 80 UAJY, Group 94’s designated KKN location is located in Gotakan Village. Gotakan is one of the villages located in Panjatan District, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The group programs that must be carried out are; to seek the Potential of the Village (Potensi Desa) and to make Pocket Books (Buku Saku) out of the village’s potential. In working on the two group programs, Group 94 collected data through the website. From the data collected, Group 94 saw the phenomena or problems faced by Gotakan Village. For the village's potential, there are two potentials, which are potentials in the arts and agriculture. The potentials in the arts sector are in the form of kenthongan, jathilan, and macapat; as well as the potentials for agriculture are shallots and coconuts. Looking at the potential of the village, problems were found, these problems are the lack of art preservation and product development of the village’s agricultural products. Therefore, Group 94 suggested the people of Gotakan to be able to better preserve their arts and develop their agricultural products. Regarding the development of agricultural products, Group 94 has made a pocket book containing coconut processing into coconut jam and gandos cake.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is one of the mandatory courses that must be fulfilled by Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta students in order to obtain a bachelor's degree. The implementation of the Community Service Program for the 2021/2022 academic year is carried out online considering the spread of the COVID-19 called KKN Society 5.0. Group 26 as part of the UAJY KKN consisted of 10 students from various study programs at UAJY accompanied by one lecturer who got placement in Beji Village. Beji Village is located in Ngawen District, Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Beji village has a lot of potential in terms of culinary, culture, and nature tourism. Beji Village relies on the agricultural sector as a driving force for the village economy. Group 26 has 2 work programs to support Beji Village so that it can become an agro-tourism village so that other potentials from Beji Village can also be further developed. The program consists of the establishment of a Beji Tourism Awareness Community and the Formulation of an Agro-tourism Village Promotion Strategy. The work program is outlined in the form of group reports, pocketbook e-books, village potential e-books, and explanatory videos. It is hoped that the 2 programs that have been planned can become a source of reference for the village government in formulating village policies and become a guide for villagers in developing the potential of Beji Village.

Abstract

Beji Village is one of the villages located in Patuk District, Gunungkidul Regency, the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This paper aims to propose programs to develop the unique potency by using the service method. The village potency consists of the potency of agricultural products such as plantations, agriculture, and tourist attractions. From the results of data collection on the potential of the village, so the author makes an output in the form of an interactive e-book and video that explains the potential of Beji village. In addition, the author also identified the potential and potential of agricultural products as a material for discussion in a pocket book regarding processing agricultural products from mangoes which was then made in the form of an e-book, pocket book and interactive video. Mango fruit is processed into candied fruit which can later provide other options to be used as souvenirs from Beji Village. The results are expected to be useful and become new innovations for Beji Village in developing village innovation.

Abstract

Program KKN UAJY periode 81 masih dilakukan secara daring dengan nama KKN Society 5.0. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata tersebut dilakukan secara daring mengingat saat ini Indonesia masih dilanda pandemi Covid-19. Kelompok penulis mendapatkan Desa Giriwungu, Kapanewon  Panggang, Gunungkidul sebagai lokasi KKN tahun ini. Penyusunan program kerja ini penulis dapatkan dengan teknik pengumpulan studi  dokumen yang ada di website resmi pemerintah dan website pendukung lainnya. Melalui riset dari data tersebut permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu masyarakat masih kurang maksimal memanfaatkan potensi desa. Oleh karena itu, kelompok penulis memiliki program kerja yaitu memberikan inovasi terhadap Pantai Ngunggah untuk dilakukan perbaikan jalan, penambahan fasilitas dan spot foto. Rancangan program selain potensi pariwisata pantai Ngunggah terdapat inovasi keripik daun singkong dan emping jagung. Daun singkong diolah menjadi keripik daun singkong dan jagung diolah menjadi emping jagung. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam pengabdian yaitu kualitatif dengan tahapan identifikasi, studi pustaka, pengumpulan data, penyusunan rancangan produk, evaluasi, dan kesimpulan.

Abstract

Dalam proses peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dari suatu sekolah dapat ditunjang melalui pengembangan melalui metode pengajaran. Salah satunya satu penggunakan e-learning dari perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini. Manfaat dari sistem pembelajaran e-learning memiliki waktu belajar yang fleksibel, mudah diakses, dan lebih mudah dalam memonitor performa siswa. Pemanfaatan e-learning sangat membantu proses belajar mengajar ketika terjadi kondisi pandemic atau hal yang menjadikan sistem belajar mengajar secara tatap muka untuk dilakukan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran berbasis e-learning di SD Tumbuh 4 yaitu dengan menggunakan LMS (Learning Management System). Dengan LMS dapat membantu pengajar dalam memonitor siswa dengan lebih mudah sekaligus mempermudah siswa dalam mengakses materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Paroki Santa Theresia Lisieux (STL) Boro terletak pada area pengembangan pariwisata sehingga berpotensi menjadi desa wisata dengan amenitas khas berupa jahe emprit. Produksi jahe pada area ini memiliki keterbatasan kuantitas, kontinuitas, dan kualitas karena minimnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan petani dalam penanaman dan pemeliharaan tanaman serta pengolahan rimpang jahe menjadi produk jadi. Fakultas Teknobiologi, Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk memperbaiki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan petani jahe di area Paroki STL Boro. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dibagi menjadi tujuh kali pertemuan yang terdiri dari sosialisasi dan evaluasi pengetahuan dalam bentuk kuesioner, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan tentang prapanen, panen, pascapanen primer dan sekunder, serta yang terakhir adalah evaluasi berupa diskusi dan kuesioner. Topik pertemuan pascapanen sekunder terdiri dari pembuatan produk kesehatan (serbuk jahe instan) dan produk kosmetik (lulur jahe). Hasil analisis data kuesioner secara semikuantitatif menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan petani sebesar 75% antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Dengan adanya pelatihan, petani di Paroki STL Boro mampu menghasilkan produk jahe instan yang telah dipasarkan secara terbatas.

Abstract

The purposes of this service activity are to improve financial information through the Point of Sales application, determine costs, and promote Rosaline Bolu and Cookies Tiwul partners. Rosaline Tiwul Bolu and Cookies is a micro business that sells Tiwul-based typical Jogja souvenirs such as cakes and cookies located on Jl. L. Adisucipto No. 7, Kec. Depok, Sleman Regency. The method used in this activity is divided into several stages: planning, implementation, process evaluation, and making a point of sales preparation module. Partners are expected to be able to independently enter data into the Soda Pos point of sales application. Furthermore, it is hoped that it can assist the practice of selling on marketplaces such as Shopee to expand the market share of the cookie’s products.

Abstract

Sapuangin an area located in the Klaten Regency, Central Java Region, has the natural resource of roses plant which are intercropped in the residents' yards. Most of the people sold it as sowing flowers, but the obstacle encountered is the decline in prices due to the seasonal nature of sowing flower sales, therefore knowledge about processing roses to other form of products is needed. To answer the obstacles, the UAJY service team consists of three faculties, created a program to train the residents to process roses into the form of bath soap, bath salts, hand sanitizer, aromatherapy candles, rose resin and rose water. Besides providing training on making rose, it is important to is trying to convey information from upstream to downstream where the marketing process needs to be socialized meanwhile conducting competitor analysis and consumer interest surveys. To deliver the marketing materials used lectured and group discussion forums by dividing the material into basic marketing, branding and digital marketing. Based on the material presented, it was found that residents needed more direction in carrying out the marketing process. Residents are quite familiar with the use of social media, but training is needed in making logo designs to create content on social media. From the results of a survey of competitors it was found that the more the main raw materials were added to the product, the selling price would increase. Found primarily in soap, salt, hand sanitizer and aromatherapy candles, consumers want a fragrance in the product. Bunga mawar yang tumbuh subur memiliki dapat dijual sebagai bunga tabur, namun kendala yang ditemui adalah turunnya harga dikarenakan penjualan bunga tabur bersifat seasonal, sehingga diperlukan adanya pengetahuan mengenai pengolahan bunga mawar. Untuk menjawab kendala yang terjadi pada masyaratak tim pengabdian UAJY yang tergabung dari tiga fakultas membuat program untuk melatih masyarakat mengolah bunga mawar ke dalam bentuk sabun mandi, garam mandi, handsanitaizer, lilin aromaterapi, resin mawar dan air mawar. Selain pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan, tim pengabdian berusaha untuk menyampaikan materi secara hulu ke hilir dimana proses pemasaran perlu disosialisasikan hingga melakukan analisis pesaing dan survei minat konsumen. Penyampaikan materi pemasaran dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan forum group discussion dengan membagi materi menjadi pemasaran dasar, branding dan pemasaran digital.  Berdasarkan materi yang telah disampaikam ditemukan bahwa warga membutuhkan lebih banyak arahan dalam melakukan proses pemasaran. Warga cukup familiar dengan penggunaan sosial media, namun diperlukan pelatihan dalam pembuatan desain logo untuk menciptakan konten pada sosial media. Dari hasil survei pesaing ditemukan bahwa semakin terdapat tambahan bahan baku utama pada produk maka akan meningkatkan harga jual. Ditemukan terutama pada produk sabun, garam, handsanitizer dan lilin aromaterapi konsumen menginginkan aroma wangi pada produk.
