Abstract

The research purposed to know about the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management, the problems in the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management, and the efforts to solve the problem in the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar.  Used a qualitative approach, the result of research showed that the function of educational facilities and infrastructure management that had been done at SMK Negeri 1 karanganyar are planning, procuring, storing, maintaining, inventorying, and deleting the educational facilities and infrastructure. The problem of warehousing management i.e. the infrastructure was lack of storage to keep the commodity before being invested and distributed, the lack of storage to keep the unused stuffs before being annihilated, the use of consumable goods were not accordance with the procedure, the management of library storage was not maximal. The solutions for the Human Resources problems were assigning the tasks to administrative affairs and picket student, training for the human resource, doing the division of work; to resolve the warehousing management there were some way i.e. reconstructing the administrative affair rooms by utilizing the empty room in the new building, utilizing the empty rooms in the new building.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the activeness improvement of the X grade office management students in the archival subject in SMK Kristen Surakarta by applying the cooperative learning model with Question Student Have type. This research is included as a classroom action research (CAR). It was conducted in 2 research cycles, each cycle consists of 4 steps, which are: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data analysis was done by using the comparative descriptive analysis technique and critical analysis. The procedure of the research includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that through the application of learning model Question Student Have type can enhance the students’ activeness. The total improvement of students’ activeness covering 7 indicators of visual activities, listening activities, writing activities, motor activities, mental activities, emotional activities, and oral activities was 71.87% in which on pre-research the score increased from 27.7% to 51.84% on the first cycle and furthermore increased to 80.30% on the second cycle.  The conclusion of this research is that the application of cooperative learning model Question Student Have type is able to enhance the students’ activeness of the X office management of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) Office layout that has been established in spatial planning Sub Division of Public Relations and Protocol. (2) Obstacles and efforts to achieve employee convenience in Sub Division of Public Relations and Protocol. (3) The office layout design which effective to optimize the employee performance at Sub Division of Public Relation and Protocol. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subject taking technique used purposive sampling and snow ball sampling. The validity of data were triangulation of source data and triangulation of method. Data analysis technique used interactive analysis model. This Research shows that (1) Office layout in Sub-Division of Public Relations and Protocol Secretariat DPRD of Surakarta has not fully apply the principles of office layout. (2) The factors to derive the employee’s work convenience consists of light, air conditioner and ventilation, paint color of the wall are enough to encourage staff more comfortable in doing their work. (2) The effective office layout for the Sub-Division of Public Relations and Protocol is an open office layout with the placement of computer placed in accordance with the needs of staff who often use it.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve students' learning activity of class XI AP SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in following the subjects of managing the archive system of Lesson Year 2016/2017 through the implementation of cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method with combination of learning method of Mind Maping. type of research conducted by researchers is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study were students of class XI AP SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo academic year 2016/2017 which amounted to 36 people. This research is conducted by involving the teacher of managing system archives subjects, researchers and the participation of learners. Data collection techniques are conducted through several activities: (a) observation, (b) interview, and (c) documentation. The research procedure includes stages: (a) action planning, (b) implementation of action, (c) observation, and (d) reflection of action.Based on the results of the study, it can be application of cooperative learning model student team achievement division (STAD) method with combination learning method mind mapping can improve the activity. This is evident in the cycle I and cycle II the learner activity continues to increase. The liveliness of the learner during pre cycle has not reached 75%. In Cycle 1 the activity has increased on visual aspect activities 61,11%, oral activities 55,56%, drawing activities 75%, mental activities 69,44% and emotional activities 75%. Furthermore, in cycle 2 the activity had significant improvement on visual aspect activities of 94,44%, oral activities 91,67%, drawing activities 94,44%, mental activities 94,44% and emotional activities 97,00%. Thus it can be concluded that by applying cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method with combination of learning method of Mind Maping can increase learner activity on archive system management subject.Keywords: STAD, Mind Maping, Cooperative Learning

Abstract

This research  is Archives Management In UK II FKIP UNS Surakarta. This research position is to find : the management of inactive archives, detention of the archives management, the efforts that should be done to overcome obstacles. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results show that the management of inactive archives includes: management of incoming and outgoing mails, archival storage with university’s classification system, borrowing, rediscovery, shortening of archives by JRA, shortening by removal of inactive archives from work units to UK II, destruction of archives that have no use value, submission of static archives to the UNS Archival Unit, archive maintenance and archive custody. The obstacles faced are the infrastructure and facilities has not yet fulfilled the standard of archive management, human resource limitations, lack of security, maintenance of poorly watched archive, and the absence of some of archive. Efforts that should be done to overcome obstacles are the submission of infrastructure and facilities, the utilization of employees and students who are doing the internship, simple maintenance and securing with archival scan, rediscovery by keep track of the start.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of students class XII AP 3 subjects of public relations administration and protocol in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta through the application of learning models based bladed learning applications schoology. The type of research conducted by researchers is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Before applied learning model of bladed learning application based on schoology grade average grade in cognitive domain 66,84 percentage of 29,03% completeness, affective domain of 64,52% mastery percentage with mean value that is B, psychomotor realm is 69 , 81 with a percentage of completeness of 48.39%. In the first cycle of learning outcomes of learners is the average class in the cognitive domain of 80.26 with the percentage mastery 87.10%, affective domain percentage mask 90.32% with the average value of B, the average psychomotor realm is 79, 68 with the percentage masked 80.65%. In the second cycle of learning outcomes of learners is the average class in the cognitive domain of 85.29 or with 100% completeness percentage, affective domain percentage mastery 100% average value of B, the average psychomotor realm is 85.03 percentage of 100 %.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to find out: 1) Whether or not there is an effect of family environment on student learning outcomes of entrepreneurship in class XI Office Administration of SMK Negeri 4 Klaten, 2) Whether or not there is an effect of teaching creativity teacher on student learning outcomes of entrepreneurship in class XI Office Administration of SMK Negeri 4 Klaten, 3) Whether or not there is an effect of family environment and teaching creativity teacher together on student learning outcomes of entrepreneuship in class XI Office Administration of SMK Negeri 4 Klaten. This study was a quantitative research with a multiple linear regression The population of research was the student in class XI Office Administration with 83 respondents being the sample. The sampling technique used was propotional random sampling. The result of reseach, it could be found the coefficient regression Ῠ = 54,145 + 0,115X1 + 0,273X2. From the result of hypothesis testing, it could be found rstatistic (0,349) > rtable (0,2159) so that the first hypothesis stating that “There is a positive relationship between family environment and student learning outcomes” was supported. From the result of hypothesis testing, it could also be found rstatistic (0,466) > rtable (0,2159) so that the second hypothesis stating that “There is a positive relationship between teaching creativity teacher and student learning outcomes” was supported. From the result of F test, it could be seen family environment and teaching creativity teacher variables simultaneously affected the student learning outcomes with Fstatistic value = 12,521 and a= 0,05. Keywords: Family Environment, Teaching Creativity Teacher, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar; (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar; (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang bermaksud menggambarkan fakta pada objek penelitian yang tampak secara nyata dan penarikan kesimpulan didasarkan pada angka-angka yang diolah secara statistik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar yaitu sejumlah 47 pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar yaitu sejumlah 47 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang sebelumnya telah diuji coba (try out) dan diuji validitas serta uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji t yaitu nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 2,136  > 2,014; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji t yaitu nilai t hitung > t tabel atau  3,769 > 2,014; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji F yaitu nilai F hitung > F tabel  atau  14,229 > 3,209.
